    I have used AKKO a/c for a couple of years now and am in awe of the excellent service I have received. I recently purchased a new a/c unit for my downstairs. It wasn’t cooling properly and Andres came out every time I called. He was patient with me (I’m not very nice when I am hot!), assured me he would get it fixed and he did.

    One of the AC units of my rental property broke down. So I contacted Andres on Sunday. He agreed to take a look at it the next day. He found the issue and fixed it in no time. He also checked the other AC units and provided recommendations. He replaced the other unit in reasonable price. I was not available to go the rental property. However, Andres co-ordibated with the tenent and fixed all the issues. He is also very knowledgeable and explained the issue with the drawing. My tenant is also happy with the work and he commented the following:By the way, I can’t speak to the quality of the work as I am not an expert but I can tell you this: that crew was super friendly and respectful of your property. Always wore shoe covers, put down mats when working, etc. Communicative, set good timing expectations, etc.If you’re pleased with the work they might be a good go-to for future stuff.

    Being unfamiliar in a new environment and with a home that required fixes, I am so grateful I connected with Andres from AKKO AIR LLC. He is friendly, trustworthy, professional and kind. He surprised me with a foldout chair when he realised I was sitting on the floor on the first visit! He knows his stuff, is very skilled, very efficient and goes the extra mile. Andres and his assistant Jason did amazing work and I was impressed with the outcome of his recent visit. The appearance of the old HVAC stressed me out so much when I first moved in.     My heat went out suddenly on one of the coldest days this season. I had a great previous experience with AKKO in the summer with an AC issue and decided to call them again.     Have used AKKO as biannual maintenance for my residential HVAC system. Andrés is very professional and helpful throughout my experience with them. When he first came out, my unit was on its last leg but I told him I wasn’t ready for a brand new system just yet. He was upfront that I was due for a new system but helped me get the most out of what I had at the time. Once my old system did finally fail, AKKO gave me a fair price and had a new system installed faster than I could have imagined, even with it being a rooftop unit that needed a crane and a host of other hurdles. Would highly recommend and plan to continue to use AKKO as my HVAC company of choice.

    I called andres a few days ago to get a second opinion on a repair job done by another company. he came out and did a routine maintenance and found that the previous ac repair tech did not repair/replace what he said he did (which is what i suspected). andres communicated effectively and his work was thorough. it was overall a 10/10 experience and i will utilize andres and the employees at akko moving forward for my ac heater repairs.

    AKKO keeps my system tuned up and running well. I tell him to treat my HVAC like his own and do what is best. Our house is comfortable and low humidity levels, and our electric bills are low with the 2-stage system. They just did my fall service so were ready for the changing weather.

    Andres(he is the owner and also does the work himself) provided awesome service, he was punctual. He was also very responsive via phone and text messages. When he arrived he was very courteous and professional and explained everything in simple terms rather than technical terms, so it was easy to understand. He took his time, I never felt like he was rushing just to get to the next job. I hired him to do an annual maintenance and tune up of my A/C, which was only $69.99, very reasonable. During his inspection he found that the capacitor was not working properly, he walked with me to the unit, he showed me the readings, explained to me what was failing and then showed me what a new one should look like, and showed me the readings on the new one. He told me the unit would continue to work as is, but recommended that we change it, before it went completely out. It never felt pushy, he was just informing me what my choices were and it was up to us. I found Andres by asking on my neighborhood Facebook page for recommendations for A/C technicians, and I now know why he was recommended by my neighbors. We will certainly be calling him again for future needs, and will highly recommend him to family, friends and neighbors

    The solution to the A/C issue needed to be referred back to the company installing the unit due to warranty concerns. However, Andres was punctual, open and honest about the A/C issue.     First, I have Choice Warranty. When I placed my claim, I was scheduled an appointment 2 days away. Its my A/C and pretty warm. The temp in my home had reached 78 degrees. For me, that was warm. I called and told them that an A/C going out should be considered top priority. There was nothing they could do.So, I called Arkticos. He said he was completely booked to my disappointment. Within an hour, Arkticos called me back. He had cancelations so he could come to my home in the next hour. I was extremely relieved that I wouldnt have to endure this temp another day. I was more pleased that Arkticos called me back because he didnt have to. His service was great! He was quick and professional. I highly recommend 👌.
