Ray was extremely helpful! I was surprised when I contacted them from their website on a holiday, and he called me to set up an appointment right away for the following day. Ray fixed our issue quickly and walked us through a great explanation on some of his recommendations and the reasoning behind them. Well definitely be using Airflow Master again the next time we need HVAC service!

I had a wonderful experience with Ray. He was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot my AC and find my issue. He fixed it quickly, and charged a reasonable price. He also provided a lot of good advice on how to take care of my HVAC system, and was able to refill my AC with coolant and do a check-up after fixing it. I plan on using Ray for all my HVAC needs going forward, and I highly recommend him! Hes friendly, ponctual, helpful, and fair.

We have used Rey Gonzales since 2012 and he is an excellent a/c repairman. I had an issue last Saturday with my ac and he knew it was an electrical issue and not the unit itself. I had to hire an electrician- get new wiring (which even Rey said is very rare!) once the new electric was installed-the cost was minimal for the ac repair ..Very honest and trustworthy guy!
