I have had the pleasure of working with Jake from Austin Airfink for the past couple of years. He completely redid my ductwork, cleaned out my entire system, and fixed issues with my condenser/compressor. He also recharges my system and cleans it out before the season change every year.Jake is always on time and gets straight to work without any delays. Hes not just a technician; hes a great communicator who keeps me in the loop about everything he is doing. Since working on my house, the air quality has improved substantially.I highly recommend Austin AirFink to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling systems.

Jake quickly repaired our residential HVAC unit after having multiple issues over years with the heating in the winter. Jake was incredibly responsive, trustworthy, and transparent in his pricing and we will absolutely continue to utilize his services in the future.

I commend Jake and Air Fink for a job well done. The residential HVAC stopped cooling. I called the original company that installed the unit. The company sent an available technician. That technician replaced the capacitor but he missed two other obvious problems. The company also over-charged on the initial quote for the service visit. That SAME DAY the AC again stopped cooling. I was pig-biting mad.A fortuitous meeting with a neighbor referred me to Air Fink. Jake inspected the AC unit the day that I contacted him. He explained the problem with the unit and the discovered the frayed wires that the first technician had missed. Jake explained everything with good technical detail. The capability of the technicians from the original installer is luck of the draw. I have confidence in Air Fink.Jake ordered the replacement compressor. He installed the new compressor and has been responsive to inquiries after the repair. The repair has held during the Texas summer and an extreme cold front. The price was more than reasonable. Good job Air Fink!

Jake with AirFink Mechanical Services is highly professional and very responsive to urgent situations. My air conditioner went out right before it got super hot the summer of 2023. I noticed the issue at 5:30 in the morning and by 6:30 I reached out to Jake. He responded promptly and made arrangements to check the system quickly. He ordered the necessary part and got it installed the same day it came in, all for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend Jake and AirFink Mechanical Services.

Mr. Leo recommended and installed the right A/C unit at my house. The whole experience was great, they are very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend AirFink to everyone.
