Highly recommend. This is an updated review: 2.20.25 I’ve had them come service another issue. And they knocked it out of the park again. If you are looking for a honest, competent, no BS HVAC company use these guys. A No brainer. The ratings tell the storyThe service team was very thorough, reasonably priced and even schooled me on my AC system on preventative measures. Definitely did not feel transactional but they had genuine concern to solve my problem on the spot. Let’s just say he went above an beyond.

Charles has been amazing. Before him, we had 2 companies come out and diagnose our system that was constantly running and racking our bill up to $1500 a month. The ac would constantly run but no cool air. It would only be hot. We knew our bill was outrageous for our area. The first company literally blamed our filters. The second said we needed a new system and nothing could be done. But then Charles comes and saves the day. His knowledge and skills have fixed bad craftsmanship and now our bill is normal and we have heating and cooling. I just want to say he has been wonderful and I wouldnt look to going to anyone else. If you need someone, hes your guy.

Not only does Charles care about his customers needs he does an outstanding job. I have not see customer service like the service that he provides and will continue to refer him to all of my friends. He always does his best to arrive quickly at your house and stays until the customer is satisfied with his work. The amount of money that he charges for his work has always been fair and his work has been top notch. When you need AC work make him your first call.

Charles was the 3rd quote we received when having work done on our older A/C system. He took the time to explain several options for addressing the issues and as a result, we opted to retain his services at a slightly higher cost than the other guys fixes. He was able to provide us with better quality cooling than weve had in years and the understanding of why it was worth the small extra amount. The obvious attention to detail and the options he provided are impressive. I HIGHLY recommend Airestream Aire and Charles.

I have a very old A.C. unit and working with Charles has been wonderful, very sweet genuine guy and will explain to you whats going on with your unit, why it may be happening and what hes doing to fix it throughout the whole process. Charles is the absolute best in the biz! Several years ago a different company told my aging mother that she needed a new unit for $7500 - Charles came out, identified the problem as merely a faulty thermostat, charged her only $35 and the unit is still going strong today. With AirStream you will undoubtedly always get honesty, punctuality, and top of the line expertise - no question about it. A++++ every time!

AireStream has been my A/C and Heating Company for several years now. Charles is the ONLY one I will call. He is more knowledgeable and professional than ANYONE else I have dealt with. A simple gesture of wearing booties inside my house was HUGE to me. He has NEVER let me down. I use him for ALL my heating and air conditioning needs. He put in a new A/C unit about 2 years ago. I jus used him for a furnace issue today and he fixed that. He is professional and EXTREMELY knowlegable, and trustworthy! No one better!
