Satisfied with the air conditioning maintenance service, the attention from the technician was good & friendly, all the equipment was cleaned and after spending a while the difference was noticeable, for now the air was working normally.The reason why it rated 4 stars is because the attention to request the service through WhatApp, the response time was long, the first messages explaining the detail the response time was 2 hours & after that the next one They answered my message almost 1 day later, if that is always the case, they should improve this issue a little, Clarifying that this comment is constructive criticism.The reason why I continued to hire the service was because of the positive opinions of the place, it was clarified that in general everything was good on the part of the staff who came to the home.Greetings.
