I wrote the check incorrectly and he came back by to get the correct one even though it could have been an additional charge to me which they didn’t do. Great workmanship. Great service and honest! They saved us from getting scammed by one of the Big name companies that tried to tell us we needed an entirely new system. Called Aire Tech and they came out to inspect our system. They found it was just a clogged drain pipe that needed to be flushed. Extremely affordable fix vs. going in to debt for a new AC system. They are life savers! I won’t call anyone else for service from here on out!

New York unit was installed and subsequently inspected by Owner of property to his approval. I was not able to be present at time of completion.I was told crew cleaned up after installation which was appreciated. Owner felt unit not well balanced on slab. Additionally, Owner did not receive York Manuel and needs one to know filter size or trouble shoot any problem that may come up in the future. You can forward to myself (as property manager) and let me know if the balancing of the unit on the slab can be followed up on. Overall Aire Tech always can be counted on to do an outstanding job. They installed everything, including duct work, in less than one week. Also, I have a historic house and they were respectful of the house and of the issues an old house can present. Old trane seer 10 was shot. Had old r-22 and leaking. Couldnt keep house cooler than 78. Coils froze over. Pete & team explained everything they were gonna do. CPS Bill was super high, but after the install (new RUUD seer 15, 3.5 ton heat pump) it was so low I couldnt believe it! The savings alone will pay off the system in about 5 yrs! Definitely recommending their services...

The most honest and hard working A/C company in town!I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Martinez for over 5 years, however the most outstanding yet interaction with Aire Tech was a week ago. My heater stopped working (hence I have a unit that is more then 20 years old) and I knew I had to bite the bullet and change it, but my main concern was my mother. My parents are visiting, and my mother is fighting leukemia, and cannot be cold. I was more then worried and mortified by the bad timing. Got about 3 quotes for both fixing, and a new unit, and needless to say they were astronomical as expected. I remembered about Mr. Martinez, and called them right away. He was at my home the very next morning for a quote on a new unit. He could have given me the quote and walk out, however he noticed my mother was cold, so he insisted on taking a look at the faulty unit. He agreed there was something wrong with the blower like the other techs had mentioned, however he didn’t stop at that, and removed the panel to further review the blower. He was the only one that had gone the extra mile, and thanks to that within 10 minutes I had heat! It was not an $800 fix like the other techs had mentioned... it was a $30 solenoid that controlled the blower. I knew this was just a band-aid fix and I needed a new unit, however that allowed me a few extra days so I could prepare for the new unit. Thanks to Aire Tech, I now sit warmly on my own home, not worrying about my family being cold! The Martinez family is kind, honest, and will forever have my business!
