We feel so lucky to have found this wonderful company! We came home from work to notice our thermostat was out and the AC was off. After resetting the breaker, the thermostat would come back on but only briefly. Summer 2024 hasn’t been as brutal as it has been in the past years with overwhelming heat, but of course this happened during one of the hottest weeks we’ve had this year. We were worried that it would more than likely be Monday before we could find a company to come out. I called Air Zone Experts after 8pm and they immediately answered and got us scheduled for the next morning at 7am. We were so surprised! Adrian came out and was kind and very thorough in diagnosing our issue. We were so pleased with our experience that we decided to sign up for their maintenance membership. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of service you receive is A+++! Adrian and his wife went above and beyond and we are so grateful. Will definitely be recommending their company!

I found Air Zone Experts after I had been lied to by another local HVAC company. The other company gave me a quote that I agreed to and signed. They quickly called me back to say it was the wrong price and changed the agreed upon estimate to a much higher price. I was livid! After reading many reviews I ended up calling Adrian. From the start his family owned and operated business was up front and honest about their services and pricing. Adrian first came to my house to give me a free estimate for a complete system replacement. He gave me a fair, honest, and cheaper estimate than the other company I had dealt with. Not only was his estimate a cheaper, it was on equipment that was higher quality than I would have received from the first company. After I agreed to the estimate we scheduled the install. On the day of the install Adrian and his crew showed up early for the job. My whole system was replaced amazingly fast. I was absolutely impressed by not only the speed but the quality of work they did. I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. I dont often write reviews or refer friends to repair services but Adrian and Air Zone Experts is definitely a company I will be referring.

The owner of the company Adrian actually came and serviced our AC unit. It was a maintenance appointment. He was actually early, which is better than on time. Much better than late! Very professional went right to work. Took care of it. Very polite. Carries himself as a man of integrity. Not only that I’m on a maintenance program where I get service twice a year and the price was amazing to do that so now I know I will be called in the winter right before winter and I will have a service on my unittaken care of. Our AC stopped working over the weekend and I was recommended to a company that won’t be able to come out until later in the week. I am so glad to see the Air Zone Experts truck on my way to work and call to make an appointment. Adrian was able to come out first thing in the morning and I thought I would need a new A/C unit since it’s 25 years old, but Adrian was very knowledgeable and took his time to find out exactly what caused it not to run and answer all my questions. He found out that we have a 5-month-old daughter and know how important it is to have AC running again so he was determined to go look for a replacement part to get our AC run again. After the AC ran again, Adrain took time to show me what I needed to do regularly to maintain the AC unit and even did the follow-up a couple of hours later to make sure the AC unit was still running smoothly. I would call Air Zone Experts again in the future for any HVAC services and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs their HVAC services done and doesnt want to break their bank account and get the job done. My heater was not heating my home. So I called several companies in the area first thing that morning to see if someone could come out ASAP. To my luck, the only one that was available was Air Zone. Adrian came to my home in less than an hour. My home temperature was 61 degrees. It was cold as a polar bear toenails. Needless to say, Adrian went straight to the furnace and found the problem and reset the furnace. After that my furnace was working again. Adrian explained to me what the problem was and told me what I needed to do to prevent that from happening again. He only charged me for coming out and nothing else. Very good experience, and he was a humble guy and very knowledgeable. As a military veteran, I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. 5 stars!!!!

I should give more than 5 star if I could. AC start making knocking noise, but still cooling fine, so called the company that installed the AC system originally, we were shocked with the price Estimate, $$$$ to repair, and was suggested to replace to new system for $$$$$, so called Air Zone, since the reviews were positive in google, to get the second diagnose and price, the first call was pleasant, short conversation with the Kristina, she made sure that they will have technician early morning to prevent any farther issue. Adrian came 6.30 am He saved us from the price shocked, He diagnosed, that sound is just from the motor that can be replace for $$$ and few minor repairs on the plenum. He was amazing, efficient and fast and very knowledgeable, and fair to price the repairs. He was Generous and didn’t charge for service fee. Opposite from the 1st company that charged us $$$ to just tell us best option is to replace the whole system. Adrian saved us from the big fraud of forced sale commissioned technicians.

Our AC was not cooling well and I was not at all satisfied with the way the tech sent by our home warranty company diagnosed this issue. They didnt even cared to check the unit in the attic and just refilled the freon whenever we complained about the AC. Enough I decided and contacted Adrian to get a second opinion.Adrian did a complete evaluation of our AC unit with $0 service charge(the big 2 companies charge you $$ for evaluation) and found our evaporator coil was leaking. He educated me how the evaporator coil will look when its leaking and few more details on what needs to be done while replacing the new coil.Decided to replace the coil and Adrian gave the best quote as against my home warranty company( who wants me to pay $xxx out of my pocket) .The work finished by Adrian is top notch and the best part is he gave one year annual maintenance as part of the installation.If you want a trustworthy and skillful technician no better person than Adrian. And his price is also very reasonable. I have my reservations on companies who charge you for visiting to diagnose the issue in the first place.I will never call for any other technician other than Adrian for my AC as long as I live in Frisco area. Great customer service and skillful technician. Highly recommended!

The morning of our trip or air conditioner went out we called Adrian at 4:00 a.m. and he was able to come out and tell us our fan broke he had to go and buy a new part but came back and replaced. We were able to go on our trip and our kids and their sitter did not have to sweat (we would have stayed if he could not have fixed it.) EXCELLENT communication though the whole thing. We had a similar incident w years ago and he was able to fix quickly. We also signed up for his maintenance. Adrien is the best. Highly recommend.

Adrian, owner of Air Zone Experts, did an outstanding job here at my home in Frisco, Texas fixing my problem of my two upstairs thermostats not showing anything (e.g. time nor temperature).It was a Monday morning and because I had previously used another company, I called that other company first. They said they couldnt even get to my issue until later in the day; they also said theyd charge TWO up-front fees if they had to examine two units. So I did some research and saw two other companies which I further researched - one of which was Air Zone Experts in Little Elm.I called a second place and they said they could arrive between 11 AM and 1 PM. Then I called Air Zone Experts. The lady who answered the phone told me that Adrian could be at my house in 30 minutes to 1 hour - I was ecstatic!Adrian showed up not only on time but EARLY! I showed him to the attic and he explained what hed be looking for. I joined him up there; he took the cover off of the unit and smelled a burning smell (which my son and I had smelled a couple nights earlier). He then tested the battery (or charger) feeding power to the unit and discovered that it wasnt getting any juice; further exploration/testing revealed wire that had gotten loose and burned out. Adrian quickly fixed that and we were good to go!I dont know what your secret is, Adrian - other than being punctual, totally honest, and extremely effective and efficient - but your company, Air Zone Experts, is my GO TO company from now on! Please keep doing these jobs yourself and, once again, thank you very much!

Honesty is extremely difficult to find in the AC business and Adrian is direct and honest in his recommendations. He came over on a Sunday Morning (didnt charge extra $$$ for this service) to inspect our furnace and AC units and provided a very detailed explanation and showed me the issues involving our units. He walked through all our options and made several helpful recommendations. When it is time to replace our units, we will be using Adrian and his company.

I cant say enough about Air Zone Experts and Adrian, they were a God send!!! Extremely responsive, professional, fair, honest and knowledgeable.I contacted Air Zone on a Friday and Adrian arrived promptly at the scheduled time on Saturday --- they did not charge me an additional off-hours trade call fee. Adrian took the time to listen to my concerns about the problem I was experiencing and then he proceeded to take a look at my AC Unit. I was told by another company that my drain pan may be the issue, which I also told Adrian. He could have easily told me the same thing and charged me likewise; instead he informed me that the unit had been switched to off (which is the first thing he checks). Apparently, my pest control treatment service company turned it off (thinking it was the light switch) when they were out the day before.I was so impressed with Air Zone that I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. When he arrived, he wore a mask, had slip covers for his shoes, and placed a cloth under the attic access when he opened it up to catch any falling debris from the attic.When he was finished, he came inside and explained (in layman’s terms) what was wrong and what he replaced to get the system up and running.I was worried that because it was an emergency call and such short notice that we would have to pay an arm and a leg, but this was not the case! They called me back within a few minutes, asked a couple of questions, and then scheduled a service call for the following morning.Arriving 10 minutes early on a Saturday morning, the technician promptly started triaging the issue and ruled out the most likely causes. Not finding the issue, they did not immediately give up and try to sell me a new system. Instead they diligently continued to dig deeper, troubleshooting each of the systems components all the way down to the individual wires to isolate the problem. Once the issue was know, having the part on the service truck it was quickly replaced and now my house is cool and comfortable again.For many years I was a regular customer of the area’s biggest HVAC companies, yet I never felt like I was a valued customer. I highly recommend Air Zone Experts for all HVAC repairs/servicing needs. Our AC unit was down this labor weekend and we tried calling several HVAC repair companies and not a single company was available to assist us except Air Zone Experts. The best part is that Air Zone just charged us the normal call out fee and there was no additional after hours call out fee that almost all other companies charge for the weekend. Adrian was the owner who showed up at our home late evening and was able to diagnose the problem in less than 15mins. After getting a high quote from a competitor, I had Adrian come out to inspect my system. He walked me through everything, and took time to show me what was wrong. He was able to come in quite a bit lower on his quote, and was able to salvage some of the items the other company wanted to replace, which reduced the bill even further. After parts came in, he showed up on time and got my evaporator coil replaced. He found that my drain pan was a little flimsy, and went and got one for me at no extra cost. He also installed locking caps on the unit outside with no additional charge. Hes definitely my A/C guy now and Ill recommend him to anyone who asks.
