    Called the office and they sent Mark out to our house within 3 hours to fix my mini split that was not working in my workshop. Mark discovered several leaks in connections that were improperly made by the installers, causing the problem. He re-did all the connections to make sure they were up to spec (some were not), and explained everything to me in a way that was very easy to understand. Will definitely use Air Worth for all my HVAC issues and routing maintenance in the future.

    Very satisfied with Matt Romero and the team at Air Worth. Matt gave me a proposal for full replacement with several options to choose from. This made me feel like I was really buying something instead of being sold something! The install looks very clean and professional.     David was very prompt to come out on short notice on Saturday to look at my furnace that had been running for some time. He was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the unit so that I had emergency heat if needed until he could get the part which he did and was out first thing Tuesday morning.     We were without heat and I called this company. Response time was within an hour, tech guy, Jonathan, spent long enough to diagnose and fix the problem. He was polite and courteous, and I could tell he enjoys his work. Recommend highly!Our second visit in as many days. Tony was our technician and he did a fabulous job! Where do yall find nice technicians?? Our thermostat was bad this time. Very confident there wont be another call on this particular problem. Recommend highly again!One year later.     We have had repair work performed by the technical specialists from Air Worth (Mark and David) and would recommend this company to anyone in the Fort Worth area. Our Trane systems are only 12 years old. They performed in-depth diagnostics and explained everything as they were doing it. Even went to what I would consider extra trouble to try and find what is likely a very small leak in one system that could not be picked up. They reviewed that the small system (that likely has a very, very slow leak) needed more refrigerant and recommended also putting in a leak detection compound for that system (that we agreed to do). The other system was in the low normal range for coolant and we agreed to have some coolant added to that. Then, a little over three weeks later, the big system suddenly quit working. David came out on a Sunday morning and went through the diagnostics on the system and while he was doing that the system started up all of a sudden. This brought a likely diagnosis of a faulty pressure switch on the return line. He did an electrical work around to allow the system to run until they can get the part ordered and installed. There was no attempt by either people to try and oversell anything and they also made it easy to understand the technicalities of what they were doing, even if they were initially stumped for a diagnosis. Prices charged were quite fair and reasonable without any attempts to upsell anything. They made a point that our AC systems are good and should last a number of more years before needing to be replaced. We very much appreciate the honest and skilled approach these gentlemen and the Air Worth company brings to the service they provide.

    My HVAC unit was old and beginning to require freon regularly. Air Worth had been servicing the unit for some time and suggested I look into getting a new system. They gave me a quote that included a rebate and was very reasonable, and it would also clearly cut my electric bill. I decided to purchase the new unit. The turn around and installation was very quick - less than a week, and the crew that did the work was very professional as well as being friendly and helpful. The cost was exactly as quoted even though I think the installation may have taken a bit more time than anticipated. I had been very pleased with Air Worth when they were servicing my old unit, and I am now a satisfied customer as a purchaser of a new unit. I recommend them highly.

    We have been using Air Worth for 15 years and have never failed to be happy. They are not the cheapest, but they show up on time, communicate clearly whats going on with my systems and have never not been able to fix something. They have a solid team of employees who have been doing this for a very long time - which is comforting to know.Case in point: We needed to have one of our two A/C systems replaced. I had 5 different HVAC companies come in and look at the situation. Air Worth was the ONLY one who gave us alternatives and were happy to discuss the pros and cons of each. The other companies simply said here is what you need.We contracted for the replacement and it happened on the day they promised it would. The install was not a simple one but it was well done and they cleaned when they were done.I do not hesitate to recommend them whenever I can.

    We have an annual service contract with Air Worth to come out and check on our equipment twice a year. Its around $200, which is worth the money alone (especially in Texas), to make sure everything looks good before the extreme heat. Well - our air compressor stopped running on a 107° day, and they came out within a couple hours, got us up and running, and didnt charge us a dime! Didnt realize that service contract included a free check-up/maintenance in between our routine checks. Repairs are also very reasonable - they dont overcharge for parts. Highly recommend them - Mark has been our service tech twice, and knocked it out of the park both times.

    Very good service and friendly called yesterday evening as ac thermostat set on 75 and temp was 77. Have a bed-ridden disabled daughter that cannot endure high heat levels.. Just wanted to be sure it would not get any worse. Her room has o2 condenser and compressor that puts out lots of heat. David from Airworth called me back about 9pm to make sure temp was ok. Then he came by this morning to check unit.! It’s just the 110 temp that ac has hard time with, otherwise it’s ok. Airworth goes beyond good customer service!

    The outside and attic units on my house were too small for the size of my home and I shopped around for an AC company that can provide the best quality AC unit and service for the money that I was willing to spend. Before I contacted Air Worth, I was very close to going with another company to replace my existing unit with a new unit. I decided to get one last quote and I am really glad I did! Matt Romero (owner) came out to my house and won me over with his honesty, integrity, and industry knowledge. Matt informed me that the new unit (American Standard) that I wanted to purchase qualified me for a $1,850 rebate through the utility provider (Oncor). This was news to me, and I was surprised that the other company (also very highly rated on Google) that I almost moved forward with did not offer the same rebate, or any kind of rebate for that matter - that is a lot of money we are talking about! Just to be clear - this was not a rebate that the AC company offered, it was a rebate through the utility provider, so if you are working with an honest company that has been in the business for a long time they should know about the rebate and offer it to you. I will spare you the details, but the bottom line is that I saved $1,850 by going with Air Worth and the exact same unit that I was going to purchase anyway. Air Worth installed the AC unit 3 weeks ago, and I got my rebate check in the mail today, which is exactly how long Matt said it would take to get the rebate. Oh by the way, the AC is working great, and my pregnant wife is super happy! Moral of the story is to always ask if you are eligible for any rebates, and always chose the company that has honesty listed as one of its core beliefs on their website.

When I needed service this time I decided to give Air Worth a try after several neighborhood recommendations and Im glad I did. The technicians were polite, honest and straightforward. They informed me of the problem along with the exact price of repair parts and applied current promotions without my request. Upon completion I inspected their work and was very satisfied by the attention to detail that only comes with experience. When installing the new parts they wrote the date of installation for future reference, cleaned the area and replaced mounting screws that the previously mentioned company lost and failed to replace. Its this attention to detail that highlights the quality of Air Worths technicians. I was a technician in a different field for ten years and can appreciate quality repair work.

    Our outside unit was not running today. The first company said compressor was seized up and capacitor was bad on the fan side and moisture/water in the wiring in the air exchanger in the attic, so they recommended replacing outside and inside units for just under $7K. I paid them for the service call $40. Had Air Worth visit, Mark Beiger was the tech, he identified two components outside to replace, the fan motor and capacitor, and said the compressor was good. He had replacement parts on his truck. He also said attic unit drain was stopped up which was creating the moisture issue in the wiring area. So two components replaced outside, clearing of the drain in the attic, and we paid less than 10% of the other estimate. I have a year warranty on the parts and labor. If another component, for instance the compressor, does fail then I am back to considering complete replacement because of the age (18 yrs). This was acceptable to me and Im glad I had more than one opinion. Thanks Mark and Air Worth, you are cool and now we are too.
