    The team for Air-Ton just finished up the install on my brand new system today. Tim came to my home last week at a time that was convenient for me and looked over not only my existing system but my entire home. He was looking for how my existing systems was configured and asked me how the system had been performing. Once we talked over the issues I had been having he explained to me what my options were and how I could get the very best performance for my budget. We spent several hours reviewing all the various options with him taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each setup and what the potential trade-offs might be. Once we landed on the right setup for me we scheduled the install. The team showed up promptly as scheduled and worked through the day to complete the job before the end of the day. Tim and his team took the time to review the new system with me an explain how the internet connected thermostat worked. After working with the team from Air-Ton I am already looking into other upgrades that I did not originally think might be within my budget. They are some of the very best around. I spent several months looking into different vendors and this group was far and away the best value around.

    I want to share my 5 star review of Tim and his company for their professionalism, honesty and actually doing the right thing and basically telling me to save thousands of dollars and buy something from Home-Depot. Yes, I am giving them a 5 star review for not hiring them! Here is why: They were the 5/6th company I called for a quote on a mini-air split for a sun room. I had a variety of quotes ( $6-10K) and just a general uneasiness on the companies I called and their explanation for what would be best for my sun room.I called Air-Ton and shared what I wanted to accomplish. Tim called me back in 10 minutes saying I hear you want to install a mini-split in a 120 Sq ft sun room, I would recommend you not do that as you will have massive humidity and condensation problems from the smallest mini-split unit. However, I can come and let you know if it makes sense to install a window-unit and/or let us run the ducts from the house . He came over, same day and said, for the space for me to save money and buy a Portable Air conditioner from Home Depot ($299), run an exhaust and call it a day. That would be the best option for me and my very small sun room. This is the only company that suspended self interest, saved me thousands of dollars in installing a mini split AC ( something I was willing to do) and did not charge me $1 to come to my home, did not convince me to buy anything with them. Tim has converted me for life for his professionalism, knowledge and honesty and I will be hiring him for all of my AC maintenance needs. He is the real deal -- this type of honesty is frankly a novelty in todays cut throat environment. Dont hesitate to call Air-Ton, you will not regret getting their perspective and hiring them!

    Great customer service! Joseph came out and did a very a thorough assessment of our system. He was very up front and honest about what our issue was and how to correct it. Also spoke with Tim and the same professionalism was provided. By the time that Joseph left, we were scheduled for the replacements needed. The installers are top notch; arrived on time, very friendly, ensured that floors were protected and cleaned up after the install. David was also on site and provided good insight into our system, as well as listening and answering all of the questions we had. Highly recommend Air-Ton.

    Family business and it shows. More knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy than anyone I have ever worked with. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we didnt have a single hot night when our AC went down. Put in the new equipment the next day and the work was world class.     They called me to do a standard maintenance check on my system. They were on time. There were 2 service guy that came out. These gentlemen were very helpful answering questions and clean my unit.     First off the consultation was incredibly detailed and informative to the point where I think I can open an AC business. my different options were explained and all additional work was explained as well. We were talking AC for about an hour. Air-ton then installed a new unit in my house yesterday. They made sure to put down covers to keep the floor clean, did their thing without any unforeseen issues or missing parts or anything like that, which again highlights how important that consultation was. They left and the house looked like it did before they showed up. They cleaned up everything and now I got a pretty sweet AC system. Plus someone is coming back tomorrow to check all the work done and explain some of the functions of the new thermostat.

    Fantastic company!! If I could leave 6 stars I would.I called a different company first and after a week of back and forth the issue still was not resolved and the other company recommended I replace the entire outdoor unit which is less than 6 years old.I called Air-Ton and they came out same day and had the actual problem diagnosed and fixed for a tenth of what the other company was going to charge. Everyone I interacted with at the company (Tim, Ray, Yassir and Kim) were great. They have a customer for life. Thanks Air-Ton!

    We have used Air-Ton for over 10 years and have always been completely satisfied with their work and products. We utilize two AC units to keep our home at a constant comfortable temperature.During our annual AC checkup, the oldest and biggest unit was discovered to have a leak. Air-Ton discussed our options: refill the coolant, which would be very expensive and would continue to leak, or replace with a new more efficient unit.We had already decided that when that AC unit needed replacing, we would go through the additional expense of having the entire HVAC unit replaced (AC & Furnace) and moved to the attic. The old unit was located in a hallway within a small closet. Tim provided us quotes for a couple of units he recommends and knew would meet our needs.The team showed up promptly as scheduled and worked through the day to complete the job in one day. Tim took the time to review the new system and explain how the internet connected with the smart thermostat.I know I can always trust this company and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

    Yasser at Air-Ton is a true blessing. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine.When my AC started to act up, the thing that bothered me the most was that I would have to choose a repair company and deal with a technician. The thought of that was worse than the heat and potential expense.As a woman, my experiences with AC repairmen and plumbers in the past were with guys who put on charm just to upsell and overcharge. This was not the case with Yasser. He exuded a genuine good character, and I felt confident and trusting his diagnosis of the problem.Yasser was straight with me. He clearly explained the issue and was incredibly patient with interruptions from my toddler.I was also impressed by how well the office staff kept in communication. It was a rainy day with thunderstorms predicted. The office kept intouch about when the technician would arrive, and he called himself to say he was 20 minutes away. Very professional.Oh!     I called Air-Ton to schedule a last-minute HVAC inspection for a home I was looking to purchase. Kim and Alex were fast and flexible with scheduling, and were very patient with all of my questions and concerns no matter how many times I called or what time of the day. During the inspection, the HVAC tech (Yasser) thoroughly checked everything, and paid extra attention to our areas of concern. We were on-site while the inspection happened, and the techs took time to explain what their findings were and answered any follow-up questions or concerns we had. From start-to-finish, Air-Ton provided wonderful customer service!

    The ac tech came out and cleaned our ac line, he was fast, efficient and the price was reasonable. I will use them again. My only request would be for the tech to wear a mask when he enters residences during a pandemic. He didn’t have a mask on, which isn’t too big of a deal but it is something I think they should require of their employees when they go into peoples homes to do work. Overall though, I am pleased with the work done and will likely hire them again.

    Had an after hours AC issue, which is never good in Texas summer time. Air Ton answered the call, showed up within an hour. Courteous, uniformed, knowledgeable, prepared and got the job done. As it was late in the evening, they needed to come back the next morning to finish up (and had to wait on local power provider to fix a power issue first). Left us with a portable AC unit for the night (VERY unexpected service, thanks so much!) and were back before 9AM the next morning to finish up. Hard to find all those attributes in one company these days. I called them in a pinch, and now they will be my go to HVAC company, and will definitely recommend to my real estate clients as well!

Gerardo explained to me the difference in SEER ratings and how it would help in energy savings.The demolition of the old system and installation of new was done in a timely manner.
