    I’ve been a customer for a little over a year; Max was referred by a friend. The team is very responsive, reliable and ethical. The first visit was for an acute issue with my outside unit. Then, they came for 6 mo maintenance and advised me that I could take care of an issue I was having on my own, saving me over $100. Then, this last visit, he let me know my 24 yr old unit should be retired. It was difficult to hear, and I was not prepared for it, but it was 89°in my house so when he said he could get me a new system installed 2 days from now, I jumped at the appt. I got estimates from others, and his price was the best by far. Plus, I knew the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend Max and his team! Cherry on top, we get to support a local business!

    My air conditioner really hated me these last two weeks. I used my Home Warranty company to contract a business to come and fix my A/C unit, but after 1 week, no one had showed. My neighbor recommended Air to the Max and I Had the best experience! He rented his Portable A/C to me for an affordable price. He stayed in contact with me every step of the way. He squeezed me in whenever he could. He was upfront and honest with me about the diagnosis and the pricing. Worth every penny! I really appreciate everything Mr. Lopez and his assistant Carlos has done for me and my family. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with the services you receive. I feel like I have a PH.D in HVAC services. 😂LOL.. He explained everything out to the “T”. Very informative! I will definitely be using his company again for my preventative maintenance checks. My new favorite AC company !

    This company is really a godsend, never overcharged, does additional work to insure work is properly accomplished. Explains in detail how to maintain your equipment. Other companies quoted double the $, and always try to add on unnecessary labor. Max and his people are highly trained professionals.     Excellent service. Friendly clean and professional staff. Our AC system was broken and were in need of a new unit.     9 year old unit fell apart today leaving my house at 85°. I was scheduled for Max to come out the next day, which I think is very fast. He was then able to come out only a few hours after I called instead! They found the problem immediately and replaced the part, and also clean the two units to my house! They were reasonably priced, friendly, and so very helpful in my time of need. I do NOT have to sleep in a hot house tonight!

    Carlos showed up the day after I called about my air conditioner quitting. Which is great being in Texas during the summer. He was on time, very polite, professional and honest.     I really like Max and his assistant. Got a next day appointment and they arrived a little early to service my two systems. They fixed a couple of problems from neglect, cleared a drain line, cleaned the outside units, and fixed a couple leaks, one of air and the other in the water drain. Price was reasonable, honoring a military discount and he seemed to be an expert. Id recommend completely.

    In the middle of July our air conditioner decides to quit on us at noon. The temperature is about to hit 100 and we were filled with a sense of dread. Thankfully, we have a great connection with this company who demonstrate the kind of professionalism you hope for but seldom get. By next afternoon our system was fixed and we were out of that miserable, sweltering heat. Yay!! Very happy, indeed!!

    I recently purchased a new inside and outside unit from Air to The Max. I want to share my experience. Max and his crew were amazing on the cost of the equipment and during the installation process. They arrived on time. Max stressed safety to his employees throughout the installation. The crew was polite and cleaned up everything. I did not have to go behind them to clean up after the job was completed. The prices were very affordable for the units. For the past ten years, the well-known company I had servicing my equipment did not come close to what Max offered for the same A/C units. The price difference was a savings of almost $4000.00. Also, while my A/C was inoperable, Max offered a portable A/C unit until the equipment ordered was installed. Max is a very humble, God-fearing man, with great prices on his equipment and services. He will conduct bi-annual services on my new equipment. If you are having issues with your A/C or heating, as you shop around and compare prices for repairs or new equipment, I highly recommend Air to the Max; chances are, he will beat most other competitors prices.

    I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Max and his team were professional and timely when I asked them to repair, clean, and flush our AC unit lines/pipes. More importantly, Max initiated preventative maintenance conversations with me after the repair to discuss what I could do to prevent the pipes from having build up and blockage. Hes not an in-and-out kind of person; he really wants to take care of his customers, not to mention the most polite person Ive had come to the house and perform repairs.     We knew our 19 year old AC unit would go out soon and when it did we got lucky twice. First, because it didnt go out in the middle of Summer. Second, because the two big names in town either didnt answer the phone or didnt want to come out on the weekend. Luckily, Max answered the phone and came out the next morning to take a look. We knew it was time for a replacement and braced ourselves for the price gouging that never came. Max gave us several options/price points and they were all well under what we feared. Installation was professional (much better than the original builders) and Max took the time to explain everything as he installed it. We are genuinely lucky to have found Air to the Max and they have another loyal customer!

    Highly recommend! I had scheduled an appointment with another company to perform preventative maintenance and cleaning on my HVAC system and get it ready for winter. They told me that my system was too old and outdated and that it had rust. I was quoted $16,000+ to replace this system. I called Max for a second opinion and he went through everything with me. Our heater is gas and he used a camera to see all through the combustion chambers, tested for carbon monoxide, checked every wire, repaired an area that was damaged from the previous company removing a cover and so much more! He showed me that my current HVAC system is in good standing. His fees were extremely reasonable and he seemed very knowledgeable about the entire system. If you want an honest company, call Max!
