    Air Texas technician, Will, came to my home to do a tune-up of my heating unit before it got really cold here in Texas. He was polite and professional and told me everything he was doing and seeing in my attic. I appreciate this company so much. Now its REALLY cold and my heat is working great!

    Fast and efficient repair and installation, the team did a great job. I was very happy with the quick turnaround, especially in the face of the Texas heat!Second unit died recently, ATACH came back out and did another great installation, ready for a 75 degree Christmas!

    10/30/2024: regular service call revealed my furnace (last made in 1993!) was in need of replacement. So thankful for William, who identified that it was failing. He gave me options & Charles then sent a quote. His group was able to replace the entire unit this afternoon! Also, because I am a regular customer with an annual service I got a discount on an already exceptional price! Can not recommend this group enough!If you are looking for an HONEST, dependable, and professional AC/Heating group you have found them!7/2024: apparently did not post last years service call! Had to call this year as AC stopped working. William and Kelly were prompt, professional, and kept me updated as to what time they would arrive and what they found. (Capacitor failed.) They made helpful recommendations to make my unit work more efficiently. Highly recommend this company!!7/2023:A fabulous value when you get the yearly maintenance! My heat went out (but was not emergent) & they were here in less than 24 hours! I fully trust Charles to give the best recommendations

    Highly recommend!!! Woke up to our AC not working on a Monday morning. Reached out and Karen who was able to get us scheduled in that same day, and by noon are AC was back on and working! They were able to work with us not being home because of our work. We let them in remotely, they came in and fixed our issue communicating with me throughout the whole process. Amazing customer service and AC work! They guys have proven how trustworthy they are and I would not trust another company to be in my home when Im not there!

    Air Texas AC & Heating, Charles Griffin and his team did an awesome job replacing our 18-year old HVAC system. Neighbors referred him to us so we had him come over for a 2nd opinion and we ended up hiring them for the job. Very honest person, treated us like family and helped us all the way because we were working on a budget. The guys who installed the system were on time, efficient and even cleaned up after.     The Air Texas Air Conditioning new equipment install crew arrived when promised and immediately introduced themselves upon arrival. They are a very professional and personable team. They reviewed the work they would be doing at my house and then got after it while keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I made two special requests, one regarding my air filter and the second was regarding my primary condensate drain line, which they were more than happy to do. I retired from the plumbing, electrical, appliance, and air conditioning service business eight years ago after a 28 year stint and I have literally worked with thousands of service technicians over the decades and Air Texas Air conditioning is just wonderful and the best of the best.

    Charles was excellent and very knowledgeable! He explained everything clearly to my understanding and was prompt with follow up calls. Our system is a fairly old system, but she’s hanging on. Charles explained to us in detail what would be beneficial both money and system wise. He didn’t push the sale of a new system, which we loved, and respected.     My A/C quit working in the middle of the night, so I called at 7:01am and was told I’d be contacted shortly by the technician. After only 5 minutes, Charlie called and said he would put me on the schedule for the end of the day. At 6:20pm he called and said he was headed my way.
