I’m a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex, this is the only company I allow to come out and service our units. I have had no issues with any of the technicians that work there, but my favorite one and everyone’s favorite at my property is Mr. Jason. Everyone of my tenants love Jason he is professional, polite explained what he’s doing. This man has handled heating issues and cooling issues with no issue at all. He shows up once and it’s done, no guess work no nothing. He will do a diagnostic on the system and will find your issue and resolve it the first time every time. If any property manager or maintenance supervisor is reading this give this company a chance. They have everything they need when they pull up. They have replaced out door units, coils, ductwork and even done emergency ductwork repairs for us. 5 out of 5 stars don’t bother to call the rest in my opinion air solutions is the best.Thank you Jason for everything that you have done and will continue to do for our property.

Jordan and Jack did an awesome job replacing the coil of our AC. We have the service contact and the leaking coil was found during the inspection.The coil was replaced and the unit was cooling in no time. I recommend them for all heating and AC needs.The service contact also saved us money.

We have been using them for years. Jason came out today to do our quarterly maintenance. He is personable, professional and navigated our two dogs very well. He called and was early for our scheduled appointment. He did a thorough inspection of our system and cleaned the condenser coil. The staff at the office are helpful and friendly as well. We wouldn’t use anyone else! We appreciate Air Solutions service before, during and after the installation of our HVAC system.

They were very nice and explained everything well and I much cooler in my house and can feel the clean air and can breathe better . I was glad to feed them pizza for lunch those are cool too.Also I like to add this review to air solutions my stack was clogged and the technician Jack came at 7pm he blew it out and adjusted my dampers for more air flow on living room and did a very good job. All these guys that installed my ac including jack deserve a good raise .

Was helped by Jason from Air Solutions on 8/14/23. Needed HVAC looked at to keep the house cool and my toddler comfortable. Jason not only ensured AC running at capacity, but he also caught that there had not been a float switch to stop drain pan from overfilling and leaking onto ceiling. Had the float installed and not have to worry about. Recommend Air Solutions and Jason.

I called Air Solutions today for a second opinion after being lied to by a well known home warranty company. I was not expecting someone to show up the same day as I called mid afternoon. Tristan Marks showed up about an hour later and was VERY professional and courteous. He explained what I needed and why as well as what I did not need and what may be needed later on. He answered all of my questions and called the office to find answers he did not have. Based on his professionalism and the reputation of the company, I authorized the repair on the spot and quite possibly the job can be done the following day. Awesome experience so far and the job isnt even done yet.

We had called a different company over the weekend and got ripped off. I explained everything that happened and he assured me they don’t do business like the company we had called. Our ac was struggling during the heat of day. We called Air Solutions and Jason came out to trouble shoot, unfortunately it was more than just charging with freon. Jason came back the next day and made the repairs much quicker than expected it would take. He pulled the inside unit, cleaned, repaired, and modified some of the piping. He was professional knew his business. Im very satisfied with the job that Jason did. Weve used Air Solutions for repairs and purchased our central air and heating unit from them. Weve had nothing but the best service from them.

He called several times to keep us updated on his busy schedule that evening. He arrived at 10:00pm and was done by 11:30. Our unit wouldn’t come on late Saturday night and they weren’t going to be able to make it until Sunday morning, so Jason took the time to call and walk me through how to fix the issue and we were up and running. I had previously called 2 other A/C companies to come to my house and try to figure out why my living room was much hotter than the rest of my house. During the summer we used a tower fan and would sweat. The rest of my house was cool and comfortable. No one could tell me why and offered no solution. I finally called Air Solutions and Aaron Gibson took one look in my attic and knew immediately what he needed to do. Happy to say our A/C is now working properly and my living room is now comfortable. Best part...my a/c is not running continuously and the price was extremely affordable. I highly recommend these guys for any problems you might have.

What a great company! The installation of a new unit (commercial) was seamless. Months later when we used our heater for the first time it wasnt working. Tristen was very thorough in his explanation of why we needed to replace, the cost, financing options, etc. He made sure I completely understood before moving forward. No pressure to just sell. I opted for the affordable financing on a Thursday, and Weslee & Tristen were at my house at 8:00 the following Monday to install. They were very kind and professional. Our AC was iced up so I called twice because it 85 degrees in our house and we have two dogs and I have a five year. The Amazing AC tech Brian called said he would be here in an hour he was here in 30 minutes. We were low on freon and a dirty filter. He fixed it now you can freeze ice in the house now. Love Brian hes an Asset to Air Solutions as well as Eric which helped me on the phone as well. God bless them both. Our house was the one on Lincoln .

They came in and changed out a faulty system and replaced it with a energy efficient system that has reduced my air and heating bill considerably. I had to have my 24 year old air conditioner replaced in summer 2022. It had a leak, and the old R-22 refrigerant is no longer available. Tristen helped me select available replacement units. I went with Trane, because everyone needs a reliable unit in this Texas Heat. The crew removed the old one and installed the new one in about 5 hours. The new unit is quiet with no issues. I was not going for something cheap that would have issues later.
