Jon and Alexander were amazing at installing our new inside and outside unit! They explained every step of the way and worked very hard from beginning to end. The whole process was outstanding. Our ac went out and they had someone out within the hour to diagnose and let us know what was needed. Fair and honest pricing and they even came out the next day to install. My parents used them in the past and they didn’t disappoint then or now. A great 12 year warranty and an amazing and competitive price!

Our thermostat wasnt getting power and they were able to send Jordan out immediately after calling. Definitely appreciate the urgency they provided or we would be stuck with no heater for this freeze. Jordan was really professional. He is very respectful of us and our house. I really appreciate him putting on booty without even having to ask. He was able to identify the issue and quickly fixed our problem. 10/10 would definitely recommend Jordan and Air & Plumbing!

Great Customer Service from start to finish. The company worked extremely fast to come out during an emergency, locate and address our emergency issue even at a late hour. The repair was done in a extremely professional, clean, neat, and fast manner. All service technicians are friendly, personable and very patient. Explained their process, made sure we understood and work in such a fast, highly efficient & effective manner they seemed as if we had known them making the experience a very comfortable and pleasant one. They were professional and fixed the leak. However, I feel that their prices are designed to push customers towards the higher end of their pricing structure by inflating the lower end. I had a leak by the water heater (which is 14 years old) from an old copper pipe they charged me $1,100 to replace the copper pipe with Pex. The job was relatively small in size. I think that the lead salesman was trying to get me to buy a new water heater by offering it as a package for $3,200 with the low ball price being the $1,100 just to fix the pipe. Well, I went with the low ball because I just needed the leak fixed and currently do not want to take out credit for a larger job. If they offered part of the $1,100 as a credit towards a water heater in the future, I would go with them. But since I felt a high pressure sales tactic that places undue financial stress on cash strapped consumers, I’m going to go elsewhere. If I’m wrong and that was a $1,100 job then my apologies. Below I’ve posted pictures of the pipe removed and the repair site.

We called Air Today for a water leak in our bathroom. Chris showed up within an hour and identified the leak. He was very nice and shut off the water to the leak to prevent further damage and called out his crew to come and pinpoint the leak and repair it. Tatum showed up within 30 min and found the leak within the first 5 min he was there. He quickly identified its origin and began the repair…He cleaned as he worked and repaired the leak within 20 min. He advised us on next steps to prevent mold and cleaned up the area he worked in. He was friendly, fast, very thorough, and knows his stuff. Left my bathroom clean and usable when he was finished. While they may not be the cheapest, they are worth every penny and do a fantastic job. I won’t use anyone else! Thanks Chris and Tatum! And thanks Air Today Plumbing!

Our ac wasn’t working right apparently because of a leak, so I called Air Today. Brandan came the same day to check out was going on and identify the problem and offered solution. George and Orly did an amazing job to replace our system, and a nice upgraded one. They were both very professional and polite. They both made sure to make things right. Before they wrapped up, their manager Josh showed up to ensure everything was good. I highly recommend Air and Plumbing Today. I appreciate their honesty and great work!

Thank you Air & Plumbing Today for the awesome work this morning. I called and spoke with Terri G. yesterday for an issue with our kitchen sink plumbing. It was very late in the afternoon and she had someone out same day. After assessing the work needed, the technician returned today to complete the work. We have an old 1950s built home, and the plumbing is not in the best of shape. I work from home - so I needed this work done fast and correctly. To look at it now, it all looks new and in top shape. I had 3 companies view and recommend systems to replace my hot water heater. None of the companies estimates included an actual evaluation for what would work best at my home. I had seen Air & Plumbing Today trucks in my neighborhood, so I called them. Roger came over and basically told me system I wanted was wrong and instead of making that system kind of kind of work he suggested a system that would work as if designed for my house and situation. NICE. I asked for a few days to think and called back Saturday to set up a follow-up appointment for Monday and instead Henry came to my house the same day. We signed the contract and Orlando came to my house the same day and installed the new unit. NICE. They got everything done quickly and professionally that same day. The new unit has performed as expected. We be more pleased. I would highly recommend!!

Always a pleasure to work with these gentleman! They are prompt, work quickly and clean. They go above and beyond. (This time the plumber helped me load an antique table into my van because my air bnb guests had it up on end and i was worried it would be damaged.) They are very communicative at every step of the process, so I never have to guess about any of the work theyre doing. Prices are very reasonable as well! This was the second job I called them for and Ive been very pleased both times! They will definitely be my first call again the next time I need something done at either of my properties.

The team showed up on time and fully prepared - very quickly replaced both exterior hose bibs and pipes with nice quality new hardware, and explained how the old hardware wasn’t even the correct type.Strong attention to detail, they even made sure to adjust the valve handles to be horizontal in the off position before wrapping up.I’m relieved to have the leaky faucets gone before the cold weather arrives. Shoutout to the good people at Air Today.We were experiencing a heater problem, called the company and spoke with Michelle who got the wheels rolling on sending a technician. As promised, Ryan arrived on time, inspected the unit, but had to administer last rites as the unit was unserviceable. As our air conditioner was 30 years old, we decided to replace it as well. Ryan provided a very reasonable estimate to replace both units.The following morning, the Team of Jacob, Anthony, and Orly arrived on time and began the tear down and replacement process working almost 6 straight hours until the task was completed. They did a great job and operated very well as a team.We are pleased with the new equipment and very pleased with the overall process. Michelle facilitated the scheduling and kept us informed of when and what would occur. All 4 techs were very professional, courteous, respectful and answered all our questions.Thank you all.

Awesome company!! I dont write many reviews, but had to share my experience with Air & Plumbing Today! After a few no-shows or cancelations from a different company I called Air & Plumbing Today and from the kind person who answered my call and scheduled me immediately to the plumbers who came out to diagnose the problem and the plumbers who came to install, I received nothing but 5 start service. Henry and his coworker Danny(?) got to my house on time, diagnosed the issue with the water heater and then explained to me what would need to be done, financing options, etc. They were so kind and patient as I figured out my financing and were even trying to come back out the same day to install the new water heater. I instead scheduled for a couple days later. Orlando and his coworker (cant remember his name!) came out to install and they were also both so incredibly nice and professional. They got everything done quickly and professionally. I had to call on a weekend in the evening to ask a question and they happily answered the call and took the time to answer questions. The plumbers and office staff could not have been nicer and eager to help. They made the entire process stress free. I would highly recommend!!

Forrest F dropped by to check on a drain clog I was concerned about coming from my washing machine. Water was coming out of the bathroom faucet after a rinse cycle. He checked the kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and ran a rinse cycle to check for any clogs. After a thorough inspection he suggested running a camera line to make sure of any issues. I agree, not only to pin point any problems but for a piece of mind. He was a total professional, answered all my questions and concerns. We were observing some unusually low water pressure when multiple faucets were on and he was able to squeeze an appointment in quickly for us and quickly diagnose that it was time to replace the water softener! We called Air and Plumbing Today, Gabe and Matt came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem; a leaking evaporative coil. They provided several options, we opted to replace the coil. The quote was $2,600. The next morning, Gus and Kevin installed the new coil, refilled the coolant and did some general system maintenance. They were polite and careful not to do any damage. They covered our floors and cleaned up after themselves. When it came time to pay, the charge was exactly what they quoted. We were very pleased with the whole process and the results.

After my old A/C unit gave up on me (13 years in the San Antonio Sun is a lifetime), they sent out someone to diagnose the problem the same day I called and then set up an appointment to install a new unit the very next day. 8/10-2024Our AC stopped working after a thunderstorm yesterday. We lost power briefly, but when the power came back, the AC stopped working. Frank, the technician, arrived and quickly found the problem. Frank was very knowledgeable and professional. As he made his diagnosis, he took clear pictures that helped in explaining the issue he found with the unit. Once he knew what we needed, he presented us our options, with no pressure, and just good honest service. I highly recommend Air and Plumbing as well as the technician Frank. He then walked out to the unit and talked me through everything he was doing and looking for. Once he found the problem he walked me through the repair and also explained why it occurred. The first AC tech that came from another company said I had two burnt parts and with parts and labor it would cost $1500 dollars. With Edgar, he found the problem and just fixed what was needed and did not try to up sale any additional services or parts. A very honest technician with a great company! The lady who answered the phone said they could have someone come out between 9pm-midnight that night, but less than 5 minutes after we got off the phone she called me back to let me know someone was already on the way. Irelynn showed up at our home by 8:13 (she drove in from Cibolo to far west SA) and diagnosed the issue, as well as checked our unit for damage and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Honest review: these guys are top-tier, 10/10. Chris has helped us twice, always gave me affordable repair options, and talked to me as if we were friends, not doing a business deal. Ultimately, we decided to replace our whole unit; I already feel and smell the difference. Second, Josh showed up to check on the installation crew, talked me through everything, and offered some future options for duct cleaning. Lastly, the install guys, Jacob and Anthony, were phenomenal. They worked tirelessly going up and down the stairs in and out, and got it all done in a day. It was almost 8, and they still cleaned up the job site and ran through everything with us. It might have been 8 pm, but the service stayed the same from start to finish. They even vacuumed and wore booties. They deserved more breaks than they took, which was none. All in all, you can not go wrong using this company! Happy customer!

Andrew and George were amazing! My 87 year old mother has been without AC for 4 weeks now and after many headaches and calls to American Home Shield, we gave up and called Air and Plumbing Today. They were super responsive answering a Facebook message from me at 7:00pm this past Friday night. They immediately called and had someone out to the house first thing Saturday morning. It was determined that she needed a new unit. They came out Monday to run some tests and I am happy to report she has a new unit today and called to tell me she was actually cold in the house. Important to note that while Andrew and George were there, they noticed a new carbon monoxide detector laying on the rocking chair. Very impressed with Air Today. I called them out on Monday (12/6) to get a second opinion about our AC unit. Isidoro confirmed we needed a new unit, and he was able to get a discount to lower the price. They were able to get us in as soon as possible and discussed all the financing options in case we needed them. Mando and Jacob arrived this morning (12/8) to install it. They wore all the necessary protective equipment, and laid out cloths in the house to keep things clean. The hauled away all the old trash and cleaned up perfectly. They were very respectful and were able to actually correct things that were done incorrectly on the original unit install. Not only is the new unit installed correctly and working properly, it looks very neat and professional. Mando and Jacob did a fantastic job and I definitely recommend them!

Yesterday, Brandan came to do the bi annual inspection. He explained to me that a problem that was identified 6 months ago was in fact getting worse and he gave me the options. My unit is old and I know with time, Ill need to make some upgrades. After looking at all my options, I made the decision to install a new unit. The unit was installed today by Gus and Kaylob. They were outstanding. They were very thorough. Explained everything, cleaned up and took all the trash. I continue to receive superb service from Air and Plumbing Today. After our 8 year old water heater (new build home) failed over the holidays, I contacted 4 different plumbing companies and did a fair amount of Yelp and Google review checks. I was very surprised by how high the top range of the bids was compared to what was supposed to be the regional average. I’m glad Air & Plumbing today Made my cut because they were awesome. From the extremely courteous scheduler to the ridiculously prompt technicians (within the hour—lucky me, they were already in the area), I was impressed from the start. I found the flat rate pricing a little unorthodox at first, but I quickly adjusted, as they were very competitive. I gave the go ahead and Ethan and Robert snapped in the action and were done in practically no time. The end install looked great, and works with no issues. I’d definitely call them again in the future.
