Great service! Dennis installed my AC, then my AC got damaged i dont know maybe some small nail or stone penetrated the rotor and made the damage to the condenser coil. Dennis replaced the entire condenser coil with the warranty and was super nice, helpful and knowledgable! Highly recommend him!

Dennis was very responsive to my initial call and questions - he provided very upfront pricing and was even available the next day for a full 3-ton Trane system install.Pricing was very competitive, being one of the lowest bids I was able to get. I believe they are able to achieve this pricing due to their efficiency- they arrived at 7:00 AM and were done before 1:00 PM with a 2 story house, including removing and taking away the old system. Their quick service probably allows them to do multiple jobs a day rather than one full day per job. They were not idle at all either, every moment was spent either working or taking very brief breaks.Not only that, but they were very careful in laying out large cloths to walk on and not dirty up floors. I went to sleep (night shift) and when I woke up I couldnt even tell that they were there other than the now cold air coming out of the vents.I havent worked with them for maintenance, but I will edit this review if theres problems with upkeep or longevity. Otherwise, I would love to work with Air Patrol again in the future for my home HVAC needs.

Dennis and his crew showed up bright and early at 7:00am as he said they would. No time wasted as they began to remove the old unit from outside and in the attic. They worked pretty much non stop and we’re done somewhere between 12:30-1:00pm. My house was cooling in no time. Also of all the quotes I got for a new unit, no duct work needed, Air Patrol was the most reasonably priced.

These guys are awesome. I had them install a brand new inside and outside unit in my house. Not only were they the cheapest that I could find using the same equipment, they were extremely professional and fast. I recently had an issue that I thought was the AC, so I called them and they immediately came out. The issue ended up not being their fault, it was a problem on my end with the disconnect blowing a fuse after a storm. Not only did they replace the disconnect, they tried not to charge me for the call out and the work even though it was not their fault. Being the type of person that I am I could not let them come out and not pay, so that was on me. Even though they refuse to not take money I insisted because theyre stand-up people. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new install or maintenance work.One more note about this company. After they replace the disconnect, they stayed here for another hour making sure that everything was in tip top shape before they left. Ive had brand new units installed in my other houses, and Ive never had this quality of service from the big-name people.Again I would recommend them to anybody wanting a new unit installed without a doubt.
