    We have used air national Texas several times. I had new equipment installed by another company 7 years ago. I was not impressed with them. However when I reached out to Air National Texas they were able to service the failing equipment under warranty. They have also repaired other problems with the units both heat and air. They respond quickly and work to obtain parts when needed and make the repairs as quickly as possible. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs.

    Its unfortunate that the heat here in Spring is not only hot, but humid. It puts such a strain on your AC system. Thank goodness for companies like Air National.     Our outside A/C unit decided that it needed to break down on a July Saturday evening in the middle of a wave of triple digit heat. We called Air National Texas and was told they would get a technician to us as soon as possible. The technician assigned to our call was Karl, the head of the company. He arrived within a hour and a half of our call and had our problem diagnosed and repaired before the sunset all at a fair price. Their commitment to customer service is why we will remain loyal customers.

    With this extreme heatwave, it is reassuring to know that Air National is available. After the power failure and surge as the power came back on, my trusty ac unit which cools the main living areas, decided that enough was enough and shut down. A quick call to Air National that evening, and the next morning Michael, the superman tech showed up and took care of business! Always prompt, reliable, trustworthy, 5-star service!

He was concerned about leaving us without AC, so provided a used temporary part which worked for us until he was able to install the new part.     Im very impressed with the professionalism of this company. My house flooded during Harvey and my a/c worked for a while but all of a sudden stopped working. I chose Air National Texas because of the good reviews on my Next Door app and they were giving free flood checks. The dispatcher sent someone out that day. George did a coil cleaning for my system and replaced a capacitor which he had on his truck. The price was decent and I had a/c the same day. George mentioned that owners own home had flooded from Harvey and wanted to do something for the community by giving the free flood checks and a discount on the coil cleanings. Thats a company Im going to keep doing business with.

    The guys where great. They came out and replaced a 13yr old unit with no issues. They where late for their designated start time but made up for it in speed of installation. The unit works great and cools the house with no issues. The summer is coming so this will be the test but I already notice the unit working great at a higher setting so they helped make the right choice of units.     Had a great experience with Air National, was on time and completed the job in the given time we were told. Our old system needed to be replace sooner, however dealing with Lowes and Home Depot Pro-sales dept. we were not informed that the individuals were not license HVAC, but sales persons. Their products/service was more expensive. When on-line read reviews and selected Air National. The first person that came to see our air condition and answer all our questions and allowed us to make our decisions without all the pressure! We are happy with the new system, house is more cooler and the family is happy! More important we spend less money than three other quotes!!

    Karl and his team have gone above and beyond what I expected from an air conditioning repair company. Not only did they honor their quote, they had my AC back up and running within 10 minutes of them stepping foot in my home. Apparently, my condenser was completely gummed up and needed to be cleaned and they took care of it quickly. I will be calling these guys again. They were friendly and courteous.

    I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Air National AC & Heating. First let me give you a little background. I had owned my home for about a year and had multiple companies look at my AC system to determine why the second story loft room was not cooling properly. The results of these visits ranged from being told that heat rises to I need a completely new system. I knew I did not need a new system because the majority of the home was cooling very efficiently. Every room downstairs maintained a pleasantly cool temperature even with the thermostat set at 76°. However, the one room upstairs would never reach a usable temperature during the day throughout the majority of the year. The room has its own thermostat, two air registers, and one return and the upstairs closet has one air register (which only worked sporadically and with little to no air flow). Despite the multiple air registers or the temperature I set the room’s thermostat, the temperature in the room would soar into the low- to mid-nineties and the closet would reach close to 100° in the hot Houston temperature.I knew there had to be a reason that this one room was not cooling and just had to find someone who would really look at the systems and find the problem instead of just telling me I need a new AC. This is where Air National came in. I called to schedule an appointment for them to out to check my system. They scheduled a time and gave me a reasonable window for my appointment, which was good since like many others I have a job to go to everyday. The technician, Daren, arrived on time, took the time to listen to me about the issues I was experiencing, and quickly got to work in the attic. I found him to be both very professional and personable.As he worked though the review of the system and talked with me about what I had experienced, he began to pinpoint areas that needed his attention. I had explained to him that the register in the closet rarely produced any air flow. I told him I knew that there was air going through the duct because at one point I had gone into the attic and felt cold air coming from a leak in the duct. I told him that I applied duct tape to the outside of the duct thinking that would fix the problem but it had no result. After that he cut into the duct and confirmed there was plenty of air flowing and quickly located the problem with a damper installed in the middle of the duct line. At some point in the home’s history, someone had almost completely taped the damper shut. He explained that someone may have done this in the past to try and increase the airflow in the other ducts in the upstairs loft which clearly did not work. Daren completely removed the damper and reattached the duct and for the first time there is significant air flow in the closet.After identifying the issue for the closet duct, he then inspected the two ducts to the registers in the main upstairs room and found the damper for the two ducts were not open. After fixing the two dampers the air flow in the room increased significantly. The end result after five days of monitoring the temperature in the room is that I am now experiencing highs in the mid to high seventies during the day and low seventies in the evenings in both the room and the closet. Finally, after a year of kicking myself for buying a house with a second story, I have a completely usable room upstairs. I spend a fraction of what I would have paid for a new system and I can finally move a TV upstairs so I don’t have to listen to my son and his friends watching YouTube videos of others playing Minecraft!What amazed me about my experience with my technician Daren is that he obviously listened to me and took my experience and his knowledge to fix the issue - compared with the other companies who must have taken little interest in what I had to say or just wanted to get me to buy a new system. I will definitely use Air National AC & Heating again and would highly recommend them to my friends.

    OMG! After 3 other repair companies couldnt offer a good solution to me having purchased a complete HVAC unit less than 3 years ago but unbeknownst to me, they sold me a heat pump which is difficult to get to work with gas heat! I think the company I purchased this from is no longer in business so used companies recommended by the manufacturer. One company simply offered to sell me a $4000 heater that would work! Last year I was taught how to flip 3 switches to get the heater to come back on but if the temp is below freezing, it wont stay on. That gets really old bundling up to go outside to the service panel only to have it run for maybe 10 minutes. Yesterday Air National came 2 hours sooner than expected and THEY FIXED IT! They figured out how to make it switch to gas heat and now the thermostat even has a special emergency heat mode setting on it. I am so excited and will definitely recommend them.

    I originally called Air National because I thought they would fix my A/C issues. The first tech that came out was indeed friendly. The suggestion that my air filters (although I have used the same ones and changed at the same time for 5 years) were not allowing enough air flow thats why my AC was not cooling enough. He revised that when he came back out and replaced the TXV with an Orifice tube (which was oem). He charged the system and it seemed to cool ok but not great. A week later had to call them again and have a more experienced tech come out and charge my system the rest of the way since my system was a 2-stage A/C system. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and now back to the same thing. A/C is not cooling. Neither tech ever got out a sniffer to see if there was an A/C leak. They communicate well and are friendly, but from what Ive experienced, they seem to LACK in real life experience. After my last experience I just cant conscientiously invite them out again. My electric bill went up by $50-$75 just from the time the A/C wasnt running efficiently. Now I have to spend another weekend in a warming house and again pay for more electricity. Extremely disappointing to say the least. Until Air National can get more real life experience I can not recommend them.UPDATE: The owner did call me after this post and he did make it right. Turned out that the Evap Coil in the attic had a small hole in it leaking out. So far the replacement coil and recharge of the system seems to be working. I would give 3.5 stars but google wouldnt allow me to so I rounded up to 4. They did fix the issue, but were late the first day and then they did call, but were over 3 1/2 hours later than they originally said on the 2nd day. I do understand that things happen....but my A/C appears to be fixed and working properly.

    I like to look at all options when making major decisions. When our ac system went out we called several companies, and we went with Air National because they explained the situation and offered more than one solution. We went with a new system and we were very happy with the guys that put it in. Good work, reasonable cost, I would highly recommend them.

    It was a ridiculously hot night last night as it typically is here in Spring. The heat woke me up around 2:30 AM and I realized that my AC had conked out. I called Air National and they were at my front door in 30 minutes - in the middle of the night! WOW! They found the problem, fixed it, and I was still able to get some sleep before getting ready and heading into work. I was truly impressed and satisfied. After it was all said and done, they even gave me a discount on the parts. Well done. I highly recommend you give them a call!

    Excellent Service!Thank you Michael Cossey for the excellent service truly. Michael took care of calling our warranty, ordering our part and following up throughout the entire process. He even came on his own time (he was on vacation) to add coolant just so our unit could hold up until our part came in. That is the true definition of customer service. Once again thank you Michael!

    This rating is because of Raed who made things right for us. We have replaced the inside coil and had new ducts installed along with insulation over the past couple of years which amounted to roughly $5,500. The house still did not cool as expected and one upstairs room did not have air coming through the vent at all. I had been told by a different technician that we needed to install another return vent. I called again when the AC could not keep the temperature at 70 during the few 70+ days this February. When Raed was sent out, he immediately told me that the duct was too tight. He also stated that it would be best to have a box coil since air was going into the attic. Then he said we needed to get a new outside unit that matches the inside unit. I was very frustrated at this point. He handled it beautifully. We did end up purchasing the new outside unit, but he replaced the inside coil with a box coil, thermostat, and rehung the duct work. We were only charged for the new outside unit. For the first time in 3 years the air is cool and consistent both upstairs and downstairs. Raed was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and he made it right.

    I used air national last summer during the 4th of July hot spell my a/c stop cooling call my home warranty company n they could not get to me til Monday and this was Friday. When i did call air national i was treated very unstandablely they told me they would someone that Saturday which i thought was much better than MONDAY sure enough they (mike) came they was looked at it explained what need to be done it would take a few day cause they had to go under the house for my vents were block. They sent out another crew and they really work to get my vents unblock. I was very pleased they followed up mike even came after his vacation to check if everything was working properly they called and came back n January to make sure my heat and a/c was still working Ok.     The installation was fast. Wish I could comment on cost but talking to someone about another installation the cost was a little high compared to their installation. Cant compare apples to apples so whether I paid too much for the installation or not, I dont know but I was satisfied with the installation. So far my A/C and heating costs are down (also had more insulation put in my attic).

    Chris came out on Sunday evening and had a very positive attitude towards his job and my concerns. Chris answered my questions and was very informative about what he needed to do and what was expected from the readings he got. Chris checked every possible avenue that could be creating the issue, in my case, it was a loud compressor noise. The conclusion was that my system was charged correctly, an electrical surge might be the issue. all readings pointed in that direction. Chris, thank you for your honesty. I recommend Chris and Air National for any A/C issues, they give you honest work.

    Words are not sufficient!! Just prior to the pandemic Karl bid on a new generator for our home. Despite a year long wait due to supply chain issues with generators and rising costs for both materials and labor, Karl was a true man of integrity and his word by honoring his original quote. HOA rules caused issues and Karl personally was a champion in relocation of the unit and personally insured our satisfaction. I cannot offer a higher recommendation to a business.
