    Never been more impressed or happier with AC service before Hunter and Tyler came out to help us after Hurricane Beryl took out our power and one of our units wouldn’t run. In the middle of summer in the thick of the recovering from the hurricane, they came out swiftly and efficiently got us back to cooling off our home.     We were first introduced to Tyler and Air Monkey about seven years ago. We signed up for twice a year ongoing maintenance of our heating and AC units and loved the email reminder that it was time for service to keep our units in proper operating condition.     We have used Air Monkey for our AC maintenance for several years. They made small repairs when needed to keep the whole thing running smoothly. Our AC recently reached the end of its life cycle and was beyond repair. We were provided with some great options and advice on what unit would work best with our solar panels and our household needs. Instillation was done within one day. Couldnt be happier with the whole process. The guys that worked at our house were very respectful of our space and made sure they left everything clean when done. Even asked for the vacuum to clean the carpet in the hallway where they walked. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and professional air-conditioning company.

    I want to give a shout out to @airmonkeyac On the first night of Hurricane Harvey we had a power surge that blew a hole in our AC. These guys were here the next morning helping me. It couldnt be repaired, so while waiting for the replacement unit they lent us a portable unit and have walked with us each step of the way. They have now installed the new one and we are cooling down! I really appreciate everything they have done for us!

    It was a pleasure to have Air Monkey replace our whole home A/C system. Their staff is very professional & provided top notch customer service.     Tyler and the staff at Air Monkey are awesome! They return phone calls, show up when they say they will arrive, and stand behind their work. Due to the crazy parts shortage, a part for our ac was available nearly two hours away. Our repair guy actually drove to get the part so that we could have cool ac. These guys are honest and trustworthy, and I can’t recommend them enough.

    Called after hours and got an immediate response. They were here the next morning. I had been without ac for twenty two days. My old company really let me down.     I highly recommend this company. Jason, one of the owners, diligently worked with me to provide the best service time that worked with my busy schedule. My schedule changed and Jason smoothly readjusted my service time with Collin McKnight the service tech. Collin quickly found the problem with my a/c, but had to methodically work through a bigger wiring problem the last a/c company left. Colins work ethic, knowledge, and and desire to make sure I was happy with the work is why I will call on Air Monkey A/C to repair or replace my air-conditioning from now on.     You Guys are the best. I referr whenever someone ask me who I use. Trustworthy; just great people. Hunter is my technician, love the fact you get the same person working on your a/c. I put my trust in this man and know they will be out asap. Tyler worked with me to get my new air-handler and condenser appt. as my hubby was in an out of the hospital at the time. We would set appt and have to cancel continuously, but we finally got the a/c put in. I honestly thought he was going to think I was just putting him off for the job, but he hung in there with me.     I highly recommend Tyler and his team at Air Monkey!! Tyler came out to our home because we have had a very bad problem in our master bedroom since purchasing our home in 2002. It was always much hotter than any other room in the house, easily by 5 degrees or more, especially during the summer months. Tyler was very thorough while investigating the problem, and even more detailed when devising a plan of action, which he took the time to go over in detail with us. He was very patient while we took time to consider when and if we would do the project, as it was not a cheap one. He needed to increase the size of our master intake, replace most of the duct work, and reroute the rest, and replace some very bad a/c equipment. We finally decided to move forward after a few months of planning financially for it, and Tyler was ready to go with the plan. His guys were very friendly and professional, and kept our home neat and clean while working, and completely cleaned up at the end of each day. More importantly, Tylers plan worked perfectly!!! The air quality and consistency in our home is incredible, and something my wife and I just resolved in our minds could never happen (we went through a handful of a/c companies before finding Air Monkey). Tyler is very honest, dependable, and provides great service and products. And just FYI, we have been using Tyler for regular maintenance for the last year and a half. Very happy with him and his team!

    Just had some AC work done by Air Monkey. Service was excellent from start to finish. My service tech Hunter could not have been nicer with detailed explanation of work needed. Efforts were made to contain costs as much as possible. I will definitely request Hunter in the future although dealing with the company in general was easy and very efficient. Leo in the office also was so easy to deal with and wanted to be sure I understood what was needed and wanted to be sure I was happy with the process from start to finish.

    Tyler and Jason care about their work and customer satisfaction. They did a complete install for me last year and did a wonderful job. After several months of noticing my master bedroom was not cooling well I notified them of the problem. They immediately came out to troubleshoot the problem and found there was insufficient return.     Want to give another thanks to Air Monkey AC. Yesterday we noticed our AC was not cooling so we had them come out. The technician was professional, polite,knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He did a great job communicating the problem, solution and timeline of repairs. The ac will need major repair but cost was fair and he made sure to give us a temporary fix to get us by until they come back and install the part needing replacement. I’ve been using these guys now for 3 years and would not recommend any other ac company to my neighbors.

    Kole came out to address an issue with our AC no longer blowing cold air. He arrived just a bit before the arrival window and had our issue pinned down in less than 10 minutes.     I had a new condenser installed at my house by Air Monkey last month after deciding to finally replace our old, inefficient one. My husband and I are new homeowners so we’re still learning about the ins and outs of home maintenance/ repairs, etc. I actually learned so much about A/C because they were so transparent about what needed to be done in our house to have efficient air flow. They explained that our old unit wasn’t strong enough to give out the output necessary to cool our rooms with higher ceilings. The install guy Kole was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Sometimes I get uncomfortable having servicemen come do work on the house when my husband is at work, but I never once felt uncomfortable having Kole or any of the other crew guys in my home!All in all, it was a great experience and I will be recommending Air Monkey to any of my friends and family who need work done! It’s such a relief having our home properly cooled this brutal summer.

    These guys are the best people to work with! They are fast, efficient, and honest. We were paying over $500 a month in the summer for electricity and had to have our thermostat set at 72 degrees just to keep the house cool enough.Now, after the Monkeys serviced us, we are at 77 degrees and its too cold at times!     Hunter came to look at one of our units and helped diagnose the issue. At 5pm I sent a request for a tech think I could get someone the next day but to my surprise Hunter was there that same evening. We had a leak, needed to replace parts, and work around a previous contractors poor quality install. Hunter was able to help us out to provide options for what was low cost now, and what was low-cost in the long run. I appreciated the fact there wasn’t an up sell right at the start.     Air Monkey does all of my HVAC installs and repairs on the house I live in and my numerous rentals. I gave them all my business is because they fix the problem with quality parts, quality craftsmanship, and in a timely fashion.     Leave AC work to the pros!I had ADT come install my security system which included a new nest thermostat. They wired everything incorrectly and my house was climbing to 88 degrees by the end of the day.I called Air Monkey and they sent a tech over within 30 minutes, which was more than necessary so we could sleep tonight. He diagnosed and fixed all the issues within an hour. I would definitely use them again 10/10.

They showed up when expected, even sending a notification letting me know they were on the way. While inspecting my AC units they discover somethings my prior AC company had not handled properly. The serviceman took pictures to show me and offered to give me an estimate iright away. The price was very reasonable so I had it taken care of. The serviceman was very polite and even wore booties over his shoes while in my house. I don’t write reviews very often but when I find a good company I like to share for others to know.

    It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Air Monkey (Tyler, Chris, and Hunter). We were in the middle of a remodel project on the home when we found that we needed to have a custom exhaust vent built for a vent hood as well as significant damage to air ducts in the attic. Tyler came out and laid out a very thorough plan for building the custom exhaust duct and installing new air ducts throughout the entire house (including meeting a stiff timeline due to ongoing construction). Chris and hunter did the installation of the new duct work and I must say these guys were absolute rock stars. Air Monkey executed there plan to perfection, completing the job exactly as they planned. They communicated very well with everything they were doing and they treated my home as if it were their own. I believe if you are using anyone other than Air Monkey for your HVAC needs then you are making a mistake.

    These guys are fantastic. I had them out last year to clean/maintain my aging A/C system during the heat of the summer since I planned to install a new system over the winter. I was able to get through the heat just fine.Fast forward to 6 months ago I had them back out to fully replace my HVAC system and ductwork. Im in an old house and it still had the original ducting so it was time for it to go. The guys spent the whole week (Monday-Friday) tearing out all the old stuff and installing new everything. Ended up going with a two-stage system and R8 ducting. They were very accommodating with my choices and werent trying to push me in any direction too. Their install job is really quite good, puts the old ducting and system to shame. It was pretty clear that they cared about installing it correctly as opposed to quickly. They were priced reasonably too. Not cheap obviously, but very much comparable to the other quotes I got.Ive given it some time to see how it compares to the old system and the difference is pretty amazing. I keep the house colder (at most 73F) and even still my electric bill has been cut in half compared to last year.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Air Monkey.

    I was a little unsure when I booked the free AC checkup through my electricity provider. I was sure this was going to be a quick check up and oh by the way let me tell you you need costly repairs or a new system we happen to sell. It was neither. I have had my AC serviced several times through its 15 years of life, but never like this. Hunter was very informative, knowledgeable and personable. He never once tried to sell me anything, which I was fully expecting. We only talked about a new system after I brought it up (the system is 15 years old like I mentioned before). He used digital gauges for monitoring pressure, intake temp and exhaust(cooling) temp, etc. Having all of these together gave a way better picture of how the system as a whole was doing. To my surprise, my unit got a clean bill of health. He was even shocked due to its age. FYI, its a Lennox unit. Thank you guys for even coming out on Labor day morning (not requested by me, I even made sure when the appointment was made). Will for sure keep their number.
