    You get what you pay for!! I’m so glad Air Integrity was highly recommended to me because Roger Knight did a phenomenal job re-zoning my home along with installing all new air ducts with a brand new updated air-conditioning system that has saved me so much money on my electricity bill. Air Integrity is very respectful of your home. Everything was left spotless after the job. And I am very pleased with my updated HVAC system. 10 out of 10!

    The phone dispatcher was very friendly and accommodating. She squeezed in a last minute appointment on the evening of the arctic freeze for a heater problem. The tech, Roger, was extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable. He went over and above.I highly recommend Air Integrity.

    Air Integrity has completed multiple projects for me. I was quoted by another company $14,000 to replace my entire ac system. Air Integrity told me I just needed a tune-up and kept my unit going. That was 2 years ago, and I didnt pay even a 4th of the other quote. I had all the duct work replaced with a return air added and a new plenum. I highly recommend Air Integrity for an honest ac repair company!

    Technician was up front with costs and what was needed done to fix our furnace. The business communicated clearly when they would show up and gave updates on arrival. Then showed up when they stated. The technician explained clearly the repair that was needed and had the parts and materials to make the repairs. So the repair was timely and we had heat back in less than an hour. Getting service from a local business in Deer Park like this is refreshing.

    I met the owners of Air Integrity, Roger and Kathleen, at the Thursday Networking Team in Pasadena and knew that they were the people to call when our AC went out with a 5 day old baby in the house. I called and was able to get back into my home same-day. We are so incredibly thankful for them and their technician Andres for helping us so quickly during a very difficult time as new parents. The job ended up coming in a bit less than quoted because they ended up not needing as much material as they originally thought. They have excellent service and are amazing people. I would recommend Air Integrity to everyone!

    I cant say thank you enough for Roger and Andres. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and I will definitely use them again.My story starts a little expensive. I had called another company which is quite large, and I thought that was a lot more reputable in the Clear Lake area. Their technician was friendly and knowledgeable, or so I thought. He had come over and looked at the unit in my attic since my air conditioner wasnt working on Monday, but my evaporator was frozen. I had to shut the unit down to let it thaw out before he could do more with it.I wasnt going to be available until Wednesday for him to come back out so I made a follow up appointment for then. He informed me that it wasnt worth doing anything to it since he said the evaporator cool was rotted out. He also told me that I need a new evaporator, and that it would cost $6,000. It sounds legit until I called a friend of mine that has done A/C work his whole life. He advised me to get a second opinion, which I am so glad that I did.I knew Roger from the neighborhood that I lived in so I gave him a call. He had a job that got pushed back so he was able to work me in the same day. He came out Thursday, and he basically told me that my evaporator coil was fine, but it needed to be cleaned. Also, the original guy that installed the unit, which my contractor had set up, did the installation wrong. I was sucking in air from the outside without it being filtered so I was getting yard debris, leaves, dust, and anything else that could get into a 4 inch pipe.Roger and Andres cleaned out the evaporator coil, the blower motor including the fan blade, and the overall housing. They went through the whole unit in the attic and the condenser outside. They also installed a 20 X 20 X 4 filter upstairs that would catch all of the debris from the outside. All in all, they were here the better part of the afternoon and early evening. I thought my unit was great then, and Roger even texted me a couple of times during the evening for temperature readings.The unit was still not working correctly so they came out the next day, Thursday, to work on it some more. Apparently, the evaporated coils were more caked up than they thought. They got out a garden hose with a spray nozzle and cleaned the heck out of it. They also re-checked the freon level. They even replaced my Nest thermostat with a nice, professional Honeywell/Resideo thermostat, which I found out that Nest thermostats arent very good. He was here again a good chunk of the afternoon and early evening.When it was all said and done, my air conditioner was colder than it had been in years, and my wife was a very happy person. The best part is I didnt end up spending $6000 for an evaporator that I didnt need, I ended up spending a little over $2,000 which included the new thermostat. I am very, very pleased with the level of service that I have received, and I will definitely use them again. They are also a very honest company that is concerned with customer satisfaction instead of selling something new just to sell them something new.

    Air integrity replaced our unit in 2022. They were very professional, and explained everything that was being done and why. We had an issue with a switch, and later with a thermostat and Roger came right out and took care of us. We definitely recommend this company!

    After another company came out and charged for a diagnosis, we were quoted $8000.00 to replace the condenser, or $13,000.00 for the whole new system. I thought it might be best if I just ordered a new condenser since it was only $2,000.00 for a new backward compatible one. While searching for a technician to install it I found this companys owner through Coastal HVAC Supply, and Roger came out very quickly. He thought it might be best if he took a quick look to verify the compressor was bad and found it only needed a capacitor, a very quick fix since he had a new one in his truck. We suffered several days in 95 degree heat without A/C because of the unethical and/or incompetent technician from the first company. What a treasure to find an honest and competent technician. I highly recommend Roger and Air Integrity and I wont use anybody else!

    Not only did Air Integrity help me through deciding when it made the most sense to replace my old system, they have fully supported the new one, AND when my aging home suddenly surprised me by needed a new roof, they were able to refer me to the PERFECT roofing company, too. Birds of a feather really do stick together. Good folks, fair and square-dealing, and a joy to see when the responsibility of home-ownership throws unpleasantness into your life.

    Got home late all other companys said they couldnt come out till another day. It was the end of thier work day came out to trouble shoot, Andreas ( sorry if misspelled), came out solved and fixed everything quick and professional.     I called on December 28th since I turned the Air conditioner back on from the heater. The noise at the unit outside was horrible and it was not blowing cool. I called Roger at Air Integrity HVAC and was out the next morning and repaired the unit. The cost was affordable and he was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend them for local Deer Park area home owners.

    The HVAC expert that came out took a look at my situation inside the attic and outside. He was able to make proper recommendations based on the issues I was having. All of the recommendations fixed the air that was not blowing properly in two different rooms of our house. We also noticed our AC units are running less time after the service. The electric bill started to be noticeably cheaper after the repair and service because of the work they did. Its relieving to have an HVAC company that can make sure you understand the work youre paying for. Thank you for making our AC units run like brand new again!

    After being told that our 5 year old unit needed to be completely flipped out (with a $15,000 price tag) Air Integrity came out and completely repaired and serviced the unit and our house is cooling perfectly again.     So Let me Say This 1st Off WOW!!!! So u know how this Texas Heat can Be About 2 Days Ago i came home and i was like wow its Kind of Hot in here so i went 2 my Thermostat and turned the A/C Down and waited for my home 2 cool off. well That Did not work out for me , So I called Air Integrity and they told me they could have some one out in about an hour. my 1st thought was really an hour lets see how late they are gonna be. well i was Wrong they showed up at the Scheduled time and they Diagnosed the problem with in 20 minutes and they where Nice, courteous and Fixed the Problem so i could go to Bed with A/c And they where up front and Truthfull with Their Pricing. i am so Thankfull and loved the service with Air Integrity! I would definitely recommend!!!!!!!

    Professional (in appearance & ability) fair price, and quick to respond!
