Chris and Bailey have serviced our old unit and just installed our new one. I have zero complaints with their service. Bailey is the usual service tech and is always great, but they had a few more guys out to do the install and all of them were a pleasure to interact with. They were all very courteous. I will suggest Air Houston to anyone needing HVAC work.

I highly recommend this company.Took a while to order parts (not their fault). I wish they could have supplied a temporary cooler of some type, since it was sooo hot and still under Warranty.The office personnel and technicians were courteous. I appreciate and found their work efficient and complete. Our AC is working nicely (thank God) again.

This company is amazing, responsive and overall just good people. We had hired Cowboy Cooling (a Houston area company) to put in an air conditioner to keep our Texas garages climate controlled. The system immediately failed. They would not respond to any calls or emails. We are out of state and were at a loss of where to turn. This company immediately stepped up and not only helped us figure out the warranty but fixed our issues and vowed to stand behind us with any future issues. This will be the only company we use for all of our air conditioning needs. Which are many in southern Texas heat. They are just good people. I recommend without reservation. The world needs more companies with a moral compass like this one!

Didn’t try to up sale my family things we didn’t need and price was spot on what we needed and the fact they stand behind their work and very open and helpful make them 1 in a million. Chris and his team installed a split AC system in the garage. The ceiling is tall enough that I was able to install a basketball goal, so now the kids and I are able to play some basketball after dinner in an AC environment. They did a great job on sizing the unit, communicating about the installation window, and doing quick work. Ill use them again.
