    Miguel helped us out when our compressor broke. He was able to come by, give us an estimate, and replace the whole unit all in one day, and for about $3,600. I liked Miguel because he listened to what I wanted.

    Absolutely AMAZING company! I promise you do not need to search or get any other quotes. Air Experts were professional, gave the best price and overall friendly who will explain EVERYTHING so you can understand. Miguel was awesome and his team delivering a new AC/Heating Unit. They installed the unit, provide additional services to ensure the unit was installed correctly and did above and beyond on performance. I had other AC companies provide quotes, most of them didnt offer promotions, or ignored key areas, but not this company. I had 8 other companies come by and provide quotes, Air Experts was the company that beat them all. I highly encourage you to try them, if you are looking for an AC company that is reliable and can explain how the process works, please call them. This company needs to be rated over 5 stars, thank you Miguel and team for doing a Great job and giving the best possible service. San Antonio is lucky to have you guys!

    Miguel got to me quickly on time very professional and didn’t make me look at every little thing I didn’t want to I just wanted it fixed and he fixed it and explained what I wanted to know. For 1st time I feel confident I have my AC & Heating person I can trust & go to. I was secretly 100% prepared I would need a new AC unit and it was great that was not the case. That would have been a heavy expense I was not prepared to swallow. Highly recommend.

    My wife and I called Air Experts to check out why our house begins to feel warm around 3-8pm then fine in the evening. Miguel came out within a few hours that evening and quickly determined the problem. He presented us with several resonable repair options. We made our decision and he completed the work in short order.I liked that he was very professional and gave us reasonable options that didnt scare us. We would definitely recommend Air Experts to our friends and family.

    Miguel did a great job! When I first called Air Experts, I really liked that Miguel (The Owner) actually answered the phone himself and was able to schedule a visit right away. Miguel was very professional and friendly and explained exactly what was going on with my unit! I would highly recommend Miguel at Air Experts for anyones AC or heating issues.

    We are doing a lot of updating on our 75 yo home in Olmos Park, believe me, we have been dealing with a LOT of contractors for the many things that need to be done. Air Experts and Miguel is a breath of fresh air, (no pun intended). He and his crew showed up on time when they said they would, replaced our aging AC system with a quality unit at a very fair price, paid attention to details my wife is picky about, stayed late until the job was done to make sure all was working perfectly, and cleaned up after themselves!! I was very impressed by the way his helpful crew kept us informed about everything they were doing as they went along with the installation. Miguel pointed out things that needed to be done to make it right, such as adding disconnects at the compressor where there was none before. And they did this all within the budget we agreed on. Very Highly recommended, They are as honest as the summer day is long.

    Migual was friendly and professional while working on the AC/Heater unit. He followed through on his words on scheduling. He replaced AC part that was going bad so we wouldn’t have AC issues when the HOT weather arrives. I entered a contact with him to keep providing professional and friendly service to keep my AC/Heater working. I really Iike the fact that he keeps his word on scheduling and not keeping me waiting or give me a wide range of time when he could arrive.

    I have used this service several times and always have been very happy with the service I received. Miguel is very fair with his pricing and he fixes what needs to be fixed and offers suggestions on what you need to do in the future. A lot of times women will get taken for a ride on the prices but I feel he is very fair with his prices and will use him again.

    112 degrees On A Sunday. No less .The hottest day of the year and Miguel not only showed up when promised he did a very good job finding out the problem and then proceeded with a fast but through repair .     Miguel has come out twice now at inconvenient times; once after 6:30pm during the heat of the summer, and once again early Sunday morning during the first near freeze of the year. Hes been honest, approachable about concerns, and aware of budgets. I highly recommend!

    Miguel was super nice and polite. He was very oriented toward correcting the problem efficiently and doing a quick check of the overall health of the a/c system. Thats opposed to someone is first oriented toward replacing major components or the entire system. Im certain that he has had and will have continued great success with this approach. Kudos!
