Chow and his team installed a Mitsubishi Mini Unit in my garage, and I couldnt have asked for a better team to do business with. They are very punctual, and Chow showed me how to clean out the filters and how the remote control works. They left my garage cleaner than they found it, and the best part is, how very reasonable Air Engineers price was! I shopped 4 competitors, and by far Air Engineers was the best!

Air Engineers installed a new Mitsubishi mini split (ductless) system with recessed ceiling cassette.Chow (Owner) performed the install and was very attentive to my desires for a clean and tidy install.Chow went above and beyond with the concrete pad quality, duct cover hiding the cabling, adding an extra two years to the warranty as part of his Mitsubishi certification credentials, and ultimately the inside install was correct and accurate.Chow and his team have been responsive at all times during the process and they are willing to do what it takes to meet expectations.I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Our heater went out during the 5 day polar vortex and combined with the rolling power outage it left us in a very cold predicament. We were told someone would be out on Thursday but we were blessed to have Chow show up 7 hours after the initial call was placed (2 am Tuesday morning). Upon arrival Chow adheard to all covid protocols and quickly identified the root cause of the issue and walked us through the resolution. Chow advised a new part would need to be purchased and that he would return ASAP to replace it. Within 24 hours Chow had our heat back up and running better than ever. My mom has severe arthritis in her hands and body and even though Chow didnt know that he couldnt have treated my mom any nicer. He made sure to keep us informed of how things were progressing. Thank you for sending him we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Wow! Wonderful customer service and action from Air Engineers while replacing our 22 year old AC system! They called and helped on a daily basis while our Home Warranty company did nothing. After 10 days of 85-90 degrees in our home, this company picked up all our parts and installed the new unit without any help from Warranty company.But, best of all the installer was honest enough to call and apologize for an error in our billing. We were immediately credited on our card for the $495 mistake. Wonderful company to work with!!!

We had a mini-split system installed for our south facing bedroom. Our central air is located on the north side of the home and our bedroom was struggling to stay cool. We have a window AC but it’s loud. After some research, we opted with a Mitsubishi system. Air Engineers was listed by Mitsubishi as a professional installer in Allen. We had a very good experience. He recommended what unit would work best in our situation. He even recommended what electrician for routing conduit from the opposite side of the house since it required 240v. The install was beautifully installed. Now keep in mind that mini splits are pretty common in Asia, so having the compressor outside and the blower inside may take getting use to, but the performance is unbelievable. I’m amazed how quiet the system is. When it’s on low, you can barely hear it. The compressor is quiet! It’s right outside our bedroom wall. We have been using it for about a couple of months and I’m impressed with the unit. Our energy cost is lower now since we don’t try keeping the entire house at 70. Our bedroom is comfortably cool. I recommend Air Engineers.

We had our AC go out on Tuesday night and the next day our technician knew exactly what was wrong, got it fixed that day and also got extra vents installed for us. Pong was wonderful and we cant recommend him enough
