I recently used David to replace my outside cooling unit, and it was an excellent experience. I was able to speak to David directly to get a second quote, and his price was better than the competition. He was prompt in getting the new equipment and meeting me at my home. He and his son made quick work of a 5-ton unit removal and replacement, he made several phone follow-ups to be sure I was satisfied, and now Im happy with more efficient cooling in my home. I would highly recommend David for your air conditioning needs.

When I realized this morning that the heat wasn’t working on a Goodman unit that Air Doctor installed a couple of years ago, I immediately called David Jr. He had someone at my house with an hour.The technician quickly diagnosed the problem - a failed part - and had it replaced within the next hour. The part was also covered under warranty so we were only charged for the labor.Very satisfied with the initial install and now the service.

My A/C went out mid-day in July - yay! After submitting a claim with my home warranty company, I learned that the soonest I could receive service was the next day... unless I could find someone within their program on my own that could service me sooner. I called 121 different companies - Air Doctor being one of them. Although he wasnt on my plan, he took the time to verbally talk me through some tests over the phone to help identify what could be the issue. He was very knowledgeable and I was thoroughly impressed that he took the time to assist me. I will definitely use his services after my home warranty plan expires. If you are looking for a knowledgeable professional that truly cares about your well-being - call the Air Doctor.

Our heater went down and I called David Sr at Air Doctor. Within 2 hours he was in our home working on our heater. Had it fixed quickly and taught me quite a bit about the heater as well! Contacted Air Doctor when I was told that my evaporator coil was going bad and the quote to replace it seemed much too high. David came out and went over my a/c system and pointed out things that other a/c techs had previously done that were not correct. He fixed these items but he did confirm that the coil, which was original with the house (37 years), was not functioning properly. We discussed the options and I decided as the other components of the a/c system were also older, to let David attempt to keep it running without putting any more money into it. It ran for another two months but quit running the evening of the July 2nd. Contacted David the morning of July 3rd and David came right out. He got the a/c system running again but it was obvious that it wouldnt run for long. David quoted a new a/c system at a price that was lower than the quote I had previously received for the evaporative coil only. What was something of a surprise was that David said he could have it installed that afternoon which was the afternoon before a major holiday. We were only without a/c for the 3-4 hours of the install.Highly recommend Air Doctor and David. He is very informative and is very happy to explain the details of the situation.

Absolutely one of the best experiences with an A/C technician ever! I cant rave about this company enough.Yesterday the A/C went out at my house, with my mother and dogs there. It was already afternoon. I started calling around, and was told that it wouldnt be until the next day, one company said after 4pm, another said noonish. I wasnt surprised, it was already getting late in the day.I called Air Doctor and David squeezed me into his already busy schedule, without me having to even ask.He came out within a couple hours, immediately spotted the problem, which was caused by the technician that came out last summer. He fixed it, cleaned the unit, had us cooling again in no time. Again, he was great and very nice. I hope I dont have to call him again anytime soon, but if I need to, hes the one.

I would highly recommend David at Air Doctor. He came on a Saturday and just charged me for the job, other companies wanted time and half. We have limited income and it helped us a great deal.Rather than telling us we needed a new fan since it was so noisy he repaired it for us. Saved our weekend from melting without an AC. David has always been professional and dependable. When our unit went out on Sunday during a long holiday weekend, I thought we were on trouble, but David Jr got things up and running again. We are so thankful for Air Doctor! Highly recommend!!

I have used the Air Doctor for years. On my old system when I thought it needed a new outside unit, they told me it only needed a capacitor, which was much less. Eventually, several years later, I did need to replace my unit and they did a great job. I also have several rental properties and they are fast to respond when a tenants system is down.

I called David to get a second opinion from a service call with another company. He got to me as soon as he could and had the issue diagnosed within minutes and quoted me a price that was 5% of the original quote from the other company. He explained then showed me exactly what was wrong with my unit and had it fixed in less than half an hour. The other company said it would be a couple days. I have every intention of using Air Doctor again if I ever need services.

Ive used Air Doctor over 20 years without a problem. This week our furnace bit the dust. They first tried to help me save the old unit. It was beyond hope and dangerous. They installed a new furnace and evaporator. They future proofed my unit by installing an evaporator that is compatible with my old condenser and a new unit with new freon. Its really nice knowing professionals you can count on!

I recently had to have some work done on my coil and found David to be most pleasant. He answered all of my questions with a passion that can only come from someone who loves what he does and takes pride in the work. When I found the warranty had been expired for only 2 months, he went to bat for me and got the manufacturer to replace the part anyway. Service was prompt and replacement went smooth. Would recommend to anyone that asks.

We found David on the Better Business Bureau and went with him due to his A+ record. Great guy! Came out to our home in McKinney on and 100 degree day and fixed our problem very quickly. He did not want to charge us because he fixed the problem so quickly, but we of course wanted to pay him for his time.

You get on chance to make a first impression. David, were impressed! Friendly. Knowledgable. Kept his promised, and most of all he gave a fair price for fair work. He was consistent from the first phone call until the service was completed. Did I mention that he didnt try and the old bait and switch like the rest of the industry. You often dont know if you can believe the reviews others post...Well, I dont even write reviews and yet here I am. We had a regular ac guy. I think its safe to say, we have a new regular ac guy.
