Shawn is the best! I’ve worked with a number of AC professionals, and Shawn hands down knows his stuff. He went above and beyond for us in not only restoring our heat but also adjusting our ducts for better air flow and resolving an AC installment issue that was causing water to go where it shouldn’t. Highly recommend.

He was very prompt and efficient. Polite and explained everything he was looking at and doing, giving me the option to continue with his services or not. I liked the no pressure and honest approach. My unit was very old, so he told me what would actually be worth fixing, etc. I would call again for future services.

Id give 10 stars if I could.. Called to inquire on heater issues, got ahold of owner/seasoned professional who answered my questions specifically enough for me to troubleshoot my issue. Owner was very polite, understanding & demonstrated a willingness to help us leaving me w/ the impression this company is not only passionate about HVAC systems but also about the safety & satisfaction of its customers.
