    I want to give a HUGE shout out of Praise and Gratitude to Air/Control and their Amazing Technicians Jason and Richard! Last night, our Farm House Air Conditioner stopped working! I called them this morning... they could not guarantee me they could make it out today... at 6:30 pm I received a text letting me know they were on the way. Jason arrived 1st, did some preliminary testing and discovered our Blower Motor had gone bad... they dont carry those on the trucks usually, so he made some calls and they had 1 in another city at their Office Location and Richard was headed home to Cameron and swung by that location and picked up the new motor. Jason went to go eat dinner while Richard had to drive well over an hour to the office then to our home... Richard showed up at 8:30 pm with a brand new motor. Jason installed it like a Pro and at 8:55 pm the Trane Air Conditioning System is blowing cold air again! IM SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR WORK ETHIC! This job was slated for tomorrow evening, but since we slept in a hot house last night, this Team went the Extra Mile today and did what ever it took to get our system back online! That is 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I want everyone to know about it! There are still great companies out their with great people representing those companies. I pray for a hedge of protection around Jason and Richard tonight as they drive home to their Families. Thank you again Air/Control for taking great care of us for over 12 years now!!! Your Company Leads By Example and it shows in your Employees and how they treated me and their willingness to get the job done regardless of the time!     I was very pleased with my air control service. The tech called before arriving, did a thorough investigation of my equipment , isolated multiple small issues with my AC unit and resolved them. He didn’t leave until my drain line was free and clear, the condenser was working, the coolant level was full, and the air coming through the vents was at an acceptable temperature. Overall he did a very thorough job, was polite and knowledgeable. I certainly recommend this business.

    This is THE BEST company we have ever used. Air Control is amazing. Jason came out yesterday (7/10/24) to perform the semi annual checkup of our system. He was very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. He truly seems to like his job and what he does, which is getting rare these days!!!We have so much confidence in Air Control and the service we receive from them that we wouldnt use anyone else! If you sign a contract with them, they come out twice a year to check everything out, and they even provide you with new filters each time at no additional charge. They are a great company.     I have been most impressed with the customer service. When my replacement AC motor was ordered, it was supposed to be overnighted so it could be installed the next day. Somebody on the other end dropped the ball and failed to ship the motor. The folks at Air Control moved heaven and earth to get that motor here so I didnt have to go through the weekend without AC. The technician left my house after 8:00 that evening, but, by golly, that unit was repaired on Friday! This place really went the extra mile for me. Customer service like this is a rare thing.

    We have used Air Control for 14 years! All the service representatives are very professional and knowledgeable. Daniel recently helped me set up my cell phone so that I could control one of our three units. He was so patience with me and helped me through the process of setting up my phone. The owners David and Kevin are GREAT TOO. They always take my calls or if they arent in or on another call, they always call back! The ladies that handle the phones and bookkeeping, etc. that I have talked too are wonderful. After lightening destroyed one of our units, they made a house call very late at night. They wanted to make sure we were safe and that the unit would not cause any other damage to our house. I could go on and on about the excellent service that A/C provides. A special Thank you to all the A/C employees that have cared about our heating and air conditioning over the last 14 years.

    Air Control has serviced our HVAC system for 12 years. We have never been disappointed in the service. It has been over 100° the past few days and the drain line to one of the units was clogged. The service tech was able to unblock the line, and checked to ensure the unit had the proper coolant level. The unit was up and running in about 20 minutes and the house cooled. The tech also provided proactive maintenance advice to assist in keeping the line clear. I highly recommend using Air Control.

    Our HVAC system in our house, we call her Christine and Sunday she decided to go to superheat around 1400. Of course, it shut down due to the temperature being 108 ambient. Bryan had Jerry come out first thing Monday morning and after some absolutely professional troubleshooting, the issue was repaired, and all is good. Cant say enough good things about this company.     Great guys honest..I purchase my home a yr ago had a well known company come to service the unit . After a few mins of looking. You need to replace. Really !     UPDATED REVIEW: During the semi annual service by Justin, a bad TXV value was found on my unit. He said they would have to order the unit and in a couple of days the office would call to schedule a technician to replace it and the dryer. After three weeks of me calling once a week, I finally got a reply, That just came in yesterday, and we can come out tomorrow.Now the reason for my 5 star review is work performance of Nathan, the technician that came to replace the valve. Not only did he correct the current problem but he corrected a number of items he saw that were wrong from the initial installation in May of 2020. These were items that other techs overlooked when performing the semi annual checks in 2020, 2021, 2022, and early 2023. Kuddos to Nathan for taking to initiative to correct what was wrong, or incomplete. He did a great job and took pride in his work.2 years ago I said Rescheduled twice due to weather and now hasnt contacted to make an appointment now that weather is good.

    Technician Kendall Fincher was professional. He was thorough by troubleshooting shooting for every aspect of why my art conditioner was not cutting and forming ice on the outside unit..He quickly discover that the capacitor was not making connection to the unit. Air/Control tested the unit and found no leak; but did locate a leak in the air handler in the house. Air/Control has my highest recommendation for diligence in detecting the problem and resourcefulness in offering solutions. It is rare to find a business willing to take the time to offer such a high level of customer service.
