I had the most pleasant experience with Mr. Compton. I came home from a business trip to find my AC not functioning properly. I received the contact information for Air Check from a neighbor and was so grateful they were able to come same day as the high was 94 degrees that day! Mr. Compton didnt mind teaching me about all that he was doing and seemed to be very knowledgeable and prideful about his work. He got my AC back running and even called the manufacturer to see if my parts were still under warranty in the event new issues arise in the future. I highly recommend this company and am grateful to have found them.

Donald and his team have the experience and years of knowledge to get your big and small jobs done. They were here on time. My tenant called, stating that the air conditioner wasn’t working. We live in Houston TX, doing the summer months very hot with 95-102 degrees temperatures. I had my tenant to call Air Check Mechanical, now it was a Sunday morning. Mr. Donald was on his way to church. After church services he was there. He analyzed the problem and Monday morning was there to take care of it. He give me an option to fix the unit or replace. By 5:00pm my tenant had cool air blowing. I highly recommend this company. Very professional service is rendered at all times. Was very pleased.

Our heater stopped working, and we reached out to this business after researching several businesses in the proximity. There is another business near by that contains obvious fake reviews in order to boost their ratings. The reviews seemed very genuine in Air Check Mechanical Service, so I decided to call on a Sunday morning. Fortunately, the reviews for this business are accurate. Mr. Donald assisted us with our issue and was able to get the heater running . He provided thorough explanations towards the process and answered any questions we had with great detail. I would definitely recommend him.

Donald was excellent at the job. Im a plumber and one thing I know is to have great customer service, good communication, and to take your time with the job to get it done right the first time. Donald did all of that and gave me some good recommendations to further protect my unit from breaking down at an early age. I will most definitely use him again for general maintenance and also will refer him to anyone. Not to mention his pricing wasnt to bad. Donald has been serving our home since we moved into it in 2020! The AC unit when we moved into our home was already 20 years old, and he helped us maintain it for a few years until we were ready to commit to a new unit. We just replaced the entire system with Donald and him and his team did a great job, staying until near 9pm to ensure the job was done right! 10/10 recommend.

Called Air Check Mechanical due to an aging compressor that was on its last leg. Mr. Donald came out and took a look at the designated time. I appreciated the candor in which the remediation options were detailed, i.e. ok, good, and best remediation options and also the elaboration into what to expect that was provided. I landed on having the entire hvac replaced. Donald and his team were professional and the installation process was completed in a workman like manner. Net result, its apparent they take pride in their work and price point is fair for the market.

I called Air check Mechanical go check my unit. They came right out. They charged me a $98.00 service charge that they took off after i had the work done. The service man Donald was a nice guy. And he left my place just as clean as it was when he started the job. I bought the maintenance contract that way i will get them to check my unit to make sure the air as well as thee heat is working as it should. I give them a 100 for the service.
