    Raul is hands-down the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I’ve ever met and will be the only company I call for any HVAC issues. I have called him multiple times for HVAC issues and he always:1. Responds very promptly (usually answers on first call, or will text if busy)2. Can get there same or next day (and will prioritize if its an emergency)3. Most competitive price on everything from maintenance to more complicated work4. Is a pleasure to work with because he isn’t trying to sell you anything and very trustworthy so you know its a fair price.Just this past week he saved me ~$9,000 on my HVAC system as other companies were telling me I needed to replace my entire system - but they could not explain what was causing the issue. Raul is like the ‘Sherlock Holmes’ when investigating HVAC issues, and the most valuable part is, he really cares about WHY its broken and if he can fix it without replacing any parts. He spent a lot of time with me discussing what he did and explaining the reasoning in depth so I would understand. He will be the only company I call from now on for anything from routine maintenance to replacing my entire HVAC system - I’m calling Raul.

    I personally called one of their employees, Raul. He has been servicing my AC for several years. With this company and Raul as their representative I trust that he is giving me the best details for my repairs. And their charges are very competitive.     Raul was called on Saturday to repair my AC .He was willing to come the same day but we agreed that Sunday morning was good. He repaired my air conditioning in a very timely manner. His service very efficient, reasonably priced and hes very trustworthy and honest. Honesty is very important. Hes the top of my list always. I referred him to my daughter.

    Mr Raul is amazing. He was here within hours, very professional and respectful, and he fixed our unit the first time. He was very honest with us and his prices are very, affordable. We recommended him to our church and has since repaired the AC and duct system. He came out the same day then also. We will always call Mr Raul when our AC is under the weather. God bless you!

    This company is hands down the best. When the freeze happened here and my heat went out, Raul came out first thing in the morning making it a priority for my family to have heat again. He gets everything done in a timely manner and is the most reasonably priced a/c repair company in the Houston area. Even earlier today, he was quick to answer my phone call to help me find some specific parts. I highly recommend this company for any and all a/c repair and installation.

    I have used Air American Solution 2 times now, and I must say I am very satisfied with their work. I feel that this guys have A LOT of experience they take the time to detailed explain what needs to be done and what’s best for me and my home. The last job they did was simply amazing, I wasn’t getting air in my master room, restroom and a guess room, the air was very low and I could barely feel anything. They added new ducts and added new vents. The AC/Heater feels great now! I am more than pleased, the price was great and they answered all my questions.If you have problems with your AC/Heater I highly recommend you this company. They are EXPERIENCED people, they know what they are doing. 5 starts!

    I bought a new A/c unit and I always had problems with it they sent technicians from the company I bought it from, the problem never was fixed, Until I switched to Air American Solution. I never had problems after with the AC. how do you know the technician is good? when you don’t need to call them again. Called him again recently, needed to do a new attachment to your house and he is the only person that I will let work on my A/c. great customer service, reliable, good prices, & very professional & friendly.-Teresa Gonzales

    Raul / Noel and team did an amazing job. They replaced my evaporator coil. at the most competitive cost. After quoting with 3 others. Air American came and made the installation in half a day. Came back to check that the system was working. After the install. We found the that the new evaporator coil was leaking. They set up a visit to come see the unit at no cost. They found that the evaporator coil was over-pressurized due to the old blowers 1 speed function. He quickly came up with a safe solution and took the time to explain.

    We are new owners of a home that has a complicated Geothermal HVAC system that uses the pool to also cool the AC. After contacting another HVAC company and having our AC shut off multiple times, Raul at Air American came to the rescue. He was extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and responsive to our every question. He spent many hours at our home and was extremely patient and loyal to get the problem solved. He has the passion for his job that is difficult to find!!     Raul is incredible. We have a geothermal system and we had several AC guys come out who couldn’t figure out the issue. Raul came with a deep understanding of the how the system works. He not only fixed the problem but responded instantly when I reached out to him later on that night. He researched my issues and was explaining things to me near midnight. I’ll only use these guys from now on.

    He was very professional and was not expensive. He did a great job, he also told us some other things that would need to be change out soon. He didn’t just come and check what we called him for, he checked the whole system to be sure there were no other issues we couldn’t see. He even fixed some other things at no additional charge.     Even though the summer is over but the AC is vital. When my AC stop working just last week was very stressful time. I wondered how much of my of my savings it was going to spend.
