Alan was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The first opinion we got said we needed to replace our unit. Alan discovered that was not the case. The A/C in our newly purchased home stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Alan came out, later the same day, to diagnose the issue. Due to the age of the unit, we opted to replace the system. Alan and team had us up and cooling ASAP. The team at AG Performance Heating & Air are responsive, trustworthy, professional, competent, and kind. We wont use anyone else for our HVAC needs.

Got lucky to find Alan and his team through home warranty and he will be my go to for HVAC work as long as Im in San Antonio. Knowledgeable, punctual, specs good quality equipment and fair pricing. Great overall service and 1 year warranty on labor and 10 on equipment.

Alan was fast, courteous and was willing to work with me to keep the cost down as we were on a tight budget. He didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of upgrades that werent necessary like the larger A/C companies will do.He did a great job and I will be using him again in the future!

We desperately needed a new system. Previous owner tried to piece meal the units and they didnt match up and wasnt work very well either. We had AG PERFORMANCE diagnostic the problem. He found many problems. He remove all the old equipment, ducts ( falling apart & leaking) electrical & supply lines. After it all was redesigned, installed and running again, it was like day & night.
