5 STAR review. Live in Texas hill country. 104 to 112 EVERYDAY. Blower motor on a coil went out on a Friday nite. Called Saturday and left message with Missy. Talked to her again Monday morning when they opened up. Fortunately she was able to send a service tech. Very knowledgeable young man arrived around 1pm. Changed blower, service checked outside unit. He wasnt happy with temperature differential and it was determined the heating strips were running while making cold air. He repaired that and now have a happy household.Many thanks to Affordable Air for responding very quickly while having a busy schedule. -
