It was a smooth process and they offered top tier customer service. They even let me know that I qualified for a program that allowed my ac cleaning to be free. I was advised that there were programs that allowed companies like Affordable AC systems to come into commercial buildings and change out lights to LEDS. We had a great experience working with this company. They worked with us when it came to scheduling. The switch in light bulbs completely changed the look of our lobbies!! We are very happy!

Great customer service. Be sure to unclog your drain or else theyll charge you $150 for a 15 minute job. Its not hard and you can do it yourself.

Affordable A/C Systems is a great company with wonderful professional people to help you. What’s even greater is they are accredited with BBB with A+ RATING. They saved us a lot of money through the AEP Coolsavers Program. AEP Coolsavers Program is a free energy savings program for both commercial and residential AEP customers. Their friendly informative professional service techs came out to service all of our units to every last detail from washing down units, inspection of AC performance, changing out filters and even changing out batteries in the thermostats. Their courteous phone staff assisted us with all our issues and problems. Not only did they prolong the life of our A/C units and saved us energy, but gave us saving of $1500.00. Wow, now that’s savings and TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Thank you Affordable A/C Systems.
