Not sure what happened a few years ago with this company but they were recently assigned to my house by American Homeshield and I was a little worried at first but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and Im really glad I did.I am very satisfied with the service I received. The technicians were on time, polite and very knowledgeable. They had the parts and tools needed to fix my AC the right way, no waiting to order parts. Overall my experience with them was A+. I hope this company keeps staying on the right track.

My air-conditioner was leaking and they sent someone out quickly to fix the problem. I am happy with the service that I received. Professional, timely and the issue was fixed. I will definitely call them again if I need HVAC services in the future.

American Home Shield used this vendor and they actually showed up a day early and had me back up in running in no time at all. Thank you David the service manager for checking with me when they had a cancellation and were able to fix my issue a day earlier than planned. I have always had great service from Advantage Air. They are very professional and respond in a timely manner. I havent had air for over a month because my home warranty had not been able to find any one to service my area( I dont believe that). I kept telling them call Advantage Air!!! They finally assigned to them and Advantage Air fit me into their schedule knowing that I had been without here for such a long time. They came out late on a Friday night(battling sworms of mosquitoes). They replaced a capacitor and put in a new thermostat. There was no power going in to the handler so my home warranty assigned an electrician to come and repair.I notified AdvantagebAir as soon as the electrician fixed the problem. Advantage air again fit me into their schedule and once again they came out on a Friday evening.They cleaned the entire unit inside and out, replaced a transformer and got myamy going. They were very neat and made sure they cleaned up after themselves.I highly recommend Advantage Air. The technicians, office staff and the owner are very professional.

Great service! The technician that came out was Freddy he was very professional and polite. He explained in detail the process and how he would service our A/C unit. He also provided great suggestions on how to maintain our unit in great condition. The receptionist Anabel and manager David were great. Thank you for the service. Would definitely recommend.

On 10/3/2019, my home a/c went out and had to call American Hime Shield for service. I was directed to Advantage A/C & Refrigeration by email. I called Advantage and spoke to Annabelle and she proceeded to setup an appt for me the same day. Annabelle was professional and helpful to my need that day. She was able to setup my appt the same day and had the pleasure of meeting George who arrived st my residence several hours later. George was able to diagnose the problem and kick his y had the unit up and going with in 30min after arriving at my residence.Again, thank you, Advantage a/c

Not sure what happened between the company and their previous customers for all the negative reviews but I had a very pleasant experience. Sure we did have to be without AC for a couple of days because they didn’t have the part on hand but they came out Monday to diagnose the problem and came back 3 days later and installed it very quickly.

This crew did a great job. I do have a complaint though. I cant sleep now. I used to fall asleep to my AC making a rumbling noise that echoed through the house settling us to bed and sing us a lullaby. Now it runs smooth and quiet making me paranoid. If it werent for the temp different from the outside, Id swear I had no AC. Professional. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
