My mother’s heater wasn’t working properly, I contacted the company, heard back from them within minutes, they came right out same day, diagnosed the issue, and they couldn’t have been more kind or given better customer service. I recently had some difficulty with my furnace. I called Advanced Cooling and they had a service tech out at 8:00 a.m. the next day. Paul was courteous and professional, and he knew what he was doing. He took time to really look over the unit and made the necessary repairs. Nobody likes spending a bunch of money to have their AC repaired. Advanced Cooling made the process much less painful by explaining the problems to me as well as the repair plan through a step by step process with an accurate quote that was priced very well (yes I did verify with other companies and friends in the HVAC business). The repair tech was prompt and kind, he truly cared to get the job done correctly and quickly so we could have cool air again, the dispatcher was also kind and got us on the schedule quickly as well! I am very happy with their service and will continue to work with them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

First post was mistakenUpdate:Due to the age of our systems and one not working properly, 4 companies (including Advanced) suggested replacement and provided good logical reason to do so.HOWEVER, only ADVANCED took the time and supplied a repair proposal at far less than one NEW system. 2 others basically said it couldnt be repaired and one , at our request, provided only a replacement cost.Knowing the risk to repair is on us , we accepted the repair and it’s working perfectly now! We know we will need to replace in the future but now have opportunity to save to replace instead of having to borrow.We’re very satisfied

I had a problem with my a/c this morning. I contacted advanced cooling and read the message to the tech. The message said it was a communication error and that I may not be able to fix it myself. The response time for the tech to come out was remarkably fast. He came in and worked on the a/c for about a half hour and had it running again for me. He was pleasant to work with even though it was Saturday morning and he is on call. This is fantastic service.

The ac went out at one of my rental properties. It had been a continuous issue. Two separate companies came out said the over flow was clogged cleared the line and left. The problem would reoccur it a couple of weeks. Advanced Cooling sent a technician out w/I the hour. He took his time and found the issue. The company that installed the drain line and attached it to the bathroom sink failed to notice that the sink drain pipe was to long and actually blocked the ac overflow line. Problem solved. I appreciate the military discount.

I had my system installed about 3-4 years ago indirectly by Advanced Cooling. Javier has always been great about getting or sending someone to check on any problems I have reported. Today he sent Rodney, Rodney had barely been at my house for 5 minutes before he identified the problem, which was a bad control board, and found a replacement and drove all the way to Allen to procure it for my repair. Rodney was nice, prompt, and professional. If I ran my own business I would not hesitate to hire Rodney myself, which I think is about the highest praise you can give someone in a review.

We were having AC condensation leaking issues at our business recently. Your serviceman Rodney Eleby came to our office promptly after the call was made. I showed Mr. Eleby where the issue was located and he immediately went to investigate. He discovered the cause of our leaking problem and showed me the drain lines were extensively clogged. He proceeded to work and went the extra mile and replaced the drain lines and made sure it wasn’t going to leak in the future. The space below the AC unit was very cramped and tight, but he managed to get to it anyway and got it done right! Mr. Eleby was very professional and courteous the entire time he was here. We are very pleased with the work he did and we’re very satisfied with the quality of work. Well done Rodney! We appreciate what you did! I had a complete new install about 1 year ago. The HVAC installed by Mr Nietos crew is still running like brand new. My highest electric bill in the peak of summer was $129. Super efficient system and runs so quiet i cant even hear it. Would use Advance Cooling again, and recommend them to anyone who needs service or complete install.

I am so glad I finally met Javier. He is a straight shooter and he just goes into your home, figures out what is wrong with it, and does whatever is necessary to get it working right. Sound simple, right? Not so simple around here, I have found out. I have been with another well-known company around here for two years, and the system just never worked right.He is a honest guy and I plan on using him from now on. We have a zoned system which seems to be difficult for HVAC guys around here, but he had my whole system working right, for the first time since I moved here two years ago. Also, he does not seem to mind getting your current system working correctly, instead of telling you you need a whole new system, when you really dont. When you DO need a whole system, he will tell you that too, but he will also give you options for spending less if you cant swing the cost right now. I love the guy and I am glad I met him. People like him should be rewarded, I plan to do so by telling everyone I can.
