We had a great experience when Brian came out to our house. They were able to come out quickly. This company is authorized to service our Speed Queen. We had accidentally dried crayons in the dryer. Brian was able to clean the felt piece on the drum so it doesn’t come off into our clothing. He also took the whole dryer apart and completely cleaned it out and tested the flow. He also gave great suggestions for my washer as well as tips for my dishwasher. Brian was very friendly and helpful. We will give them a call in the future for our appliance needs.

I always have an amazing experience with ACE that’s why I continue to call them for appliance repair. This time my fridge led light went out - they came out diagnosed it and then came back to fix. The technician was so nice - you can tell they care about the customer. Not only did he fix the light he also tightened my door handle to the fridge and let me know about the filter in my dishwasher. Guys he cleaned the dishwasher filter for me. Not to mention he loved on our 6 yr old boxer pup on the way in and out … had to acknowledge all family members of course! ❤️ Trust your gut and call the people who care about their customers - call ACE!

We had an icemaker that stopped working. We had never used Ace before but they had good reviews so we gave them a try, and we are extremely glad we did. The owner Stacey personally came out to do the service call and was prompt and polite. Unfortunately it was a complex issue and he had to come back several times to follow up until the issue was finally solved. He never charged more than the agreed price even with his repeated visits. Always on time and cheerful. Very happy with his service and his company. Will definitely use again, they are now our appliance repair company for as long as we are in the area.We used them again this past week for an oven that stopped working because of a blown fuse. They promptly fixed it, and when the fuse blew again a few days later, they fixed it again for free. This was enough to keep our old oven going over the holidays before we get a new one soon. Excellent appliance service, we wont use anyone else!

He diagnosed and provided a temporary fix for my issue in about 40 minutes and had lots of good advice on purchasing a new appliance. I wish the service call to diagnose was cheaper, it’s more than twice local competitors, but time was of the essence so I didn’t have a choice in booking. That’s my only complaint, otherwise this company has been great!

It was very easy to make an appointment for the next morning after we called ACE with a Refrigerator that stopped working. We had a problem with our washer yesterday. Our equipment is 10+ years old and we were expecting the worst. We phoned Ace Refrigeration and Appliance Repair (Davis Blvd) to diagnose the problem and see if this could be repaired or if it was time to get a new washer/dryer set. Great customer service, they came out first thing this morning. The young repairman was able to assess the washer and determine our only problem was Drain Pump. He said they typically last about 10 years and said our machine was showing normal wear. The cost to repair was reasonable. He told us they are finding more problems with newer LG models and we should try to keep this one running, since those early years were high quality. This honest feedback saved us both time and money and I feel they are one of the most reputable companies in our area. Highly Recommend! We will continue to use them for all our needs.
