    Ace Air Conditioning is an awesome company that stands by their work and always does a great job. We have used them for routine maintenance, they replaced our entire system this year (cheapest price out of all the estimates I reviewed), they cleaned our duct work, they also installed a range vent over the oven. Michael the owner, Zach his brother, Patty the receptionist and all of the technicians are like family and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

    I cant say enough about the team at Ace Air Conditioning! These guys do great work, are quick to respond and work in a professional and efficient manner. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they always leave the place better than they found it. As important as these things are thats not the main reason our family loves the Ace Air Conditioning team. You see Ace has handled all the HV/AC needs for my in laws for more than a decade. They always treated them with kindness and respect. The last several years when there were A/C issues at my in laws home my wife and I or one of my wifes sisters would call for services as my in laws were not able to so due to health concerns. None of us live in Abilene and we could not always be there to meet the technicians when they would show up. Its because of the on going relationship my in laws had and subsequently we have with the Ace team that we trusted them to come to my in laws home even when we could not be there. My mother in law passed in June and their house will sell soon, but before this chapter is closed in Abilene we wanted to say thank you to all those at Ace that honored my in laws over the years with courteous professional and caring service. You treated them and us like family and we appreciate it more than you know. Im sure there have been several technicians over the years that have worked at the house, but for the last few calls Zach was our tech and he was awesome! Thank you Zach, you absolutely represent the what is best about the ACE team!

    I have dealt with this company both personally and professionally for over 30 years. The previous owner Joe McAlister was always a very kind, fair, and personable man to deal with. He always gave you his best effort. Joe handed off this business to his top man Michael Stephenson. As the new Owner Michael has done nothing more than build on top of the great history that Joe left behind. Four years ago Michael and his crew replaced both of our Trane systems (bought from Joe in 93) with two new Trane systems. We also added a mother in law house that they outfitted with a Trane unit. Whatever needs or concerns we have they are quick to address them. The lady that runs the office and dispatch function, Patty, is probably one of the nicest people you will ever talk to. These are good home town people giving the best of service. You should give them a try.

    We are impressed with Michael as owner of Ace Air conditioner. He used every possible repair on our over 25 year old Air unit to get it running again, even working on electrical power running the unit. Well it finally bit it so he gave us a super deal on new unit, to include coils inside for advanced coolant.Michael still goes out in the field to personally do jobs, help others on calls and still runs the business thoroughly. Theyre Great and glad we found them from recommendation.

    Great experience with getting ace air conditioning to work on my ac/heater needs. Jerry came out and from the begging was very profesional. While working on my ac unit he explained and taught me more on getting to know my system which not many will do. This company is very knowledgeable and from my experience would recommend this company to everybody, I will continue using them because a great first experience goes a long way thank you Ace air conditioning.

    Ace is the best. They arrived when they said they were. They were professional. Based on the issues we told their scheduler about, the technicians came prepared to try to resolve our issue of the a/c blowing and not cooling. Our indoor thermostat also needed replacing as it would periodically choose its own temperature. Within 90 minutes A/C was up and running, maintenance done on drainage system and a new Trane thermostat installed (5 yr. warrant on it). Highly recommend these folks. Thank you to scheduler, Patty and to technicians Jerry and John.

    Our AC unit completely stopped working on a Saturday morning. So my husband left a message with Ace, and we crossed our fingers. We were relieved when we received a call back not even an hour later, and Zach was out at our house soon there after. He checked, repaired, and replaced what needed to be in what seemed to be in a short amount of time, and we had AC again. We would highly recommend Ace and Zach to everyone. Thank you so much!

    I hired Michael Stephenson and his crew at Ace Air Conditioning to replace two 20 year old A/Cs and I could not be happier. His guys were professional and a pleasure to host for the week it took to install my equipment. My home has never more comfortable and my electricity savings is about 35 percent, just like Michael promised. There was one glitch. A defect in the downstairs unit led to a loss of refrigerant about two weeks after the install. I called Michael and he personally responded 45 minutes later and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour. They do great work at Ace and stand behind their work.

    Ace did an amazing job all around. Old AC was 17yrs old and the compressor burned up. Gave me several options including just replacing the condensor. In the end decided to replace the entire unit for peace of mind and energy savings. All of the guys on the crew were great, respectful, and quick! Made my wife feel very comfortable even though I was out of town during the install/removal.Whenever I need my 2nd unit replaced I will definitely use them again. I cant say enough good things about my whole experience.

    Wow! Mike came by in ten minutes just like he said! I had been hunting a technician all day and been put off over and over. My unit needed a fan replacement and he had it changed out and running again in about 30 minutes. Fair price too! NO SERVICE FEE JUST TO SHOW UP, no service to answer the phone when you call, just a man and his business. Ill be using ACE again for sure. Thanks.

    The repairman arrived when promised on a weekend. He worked quickly, and then gave detailed information about the repair and made recommendations that fit within my budget. I would gladly call Ace again.
