Ashton came out to our place to see why our heat pump is not turning on and off correctly. This young man is very friendly and seems very sincere. He checked out all the components to to check for continuity and found a burnt out switch and a bad control board. He didn’t try the “hard sell” for a new compressor. We value honesty. He even got up into our crawl space to see why air was barely getting to the kitchen! That’s something this old fat man can’t do anymore. The repairs will be done in a couple of days and I’m expecting to be pleased with the service!

Excellent Experience. We moved into a new home that needed some upgrades starting with lighting. We wanted over 20 new recessed lights and lots of new fixtures in a home with tall vaulted ceilings and almost zero attic space. Danny was very knowledgeable in his walk through and quote process and then JOSH and Gus were absolutely amazing for the install. They were both very considerate of my preferences, did amazing work and went overboard to prevent drywall damage where possible, running all the wire. I added about on about 5-6 new projects during their time there and they were very happy to do anything needed. The project spanned many days and I was totally comfortable letting the team be at the house when I was out, they started to feel like family. I also quoted this job with a few other electrical companies given the scope and Accurate was very competitive. Good people and great work at a very fair price. They are starting our HVAC work tomorrow! Thank you!!

My heater unit stopped working, I called Accurate electric heating and air. they sent out Jordan, Absolutely a great technician, with a huge eye for detail. He was able to find situations in the outside unit that was causing the fuses to blow on the inside furnace. He’s safely fixed the problems temporarily, so my unit could work until the factory parts will arrive in order to fix the unit properly.. A super great experience, and I highly recommend Jordan along with Accurate , Electric, heating and air. 5 Stars!!!

We had exceptional service from Josh and Cade . It was a tough job and they were very knowledgeable and thorough. We live in an all electric neighborhood and wanted to turn our wood burning fireplace into one with electric logs. We first needed a dedicated plug put into the back of our fireplace. The customer service is great! I had some scheduling conflicts which necessitated changing my appointment on two occasions. This was never a problem, I was always handled in a friendly and courteous manner. When a scheduling conflict occurred on Accurate’s end, Maddy was very apologetic and to make things right, she gave me a discount on my bill. The technician who performed the estimation, Daryle, was very nice and professional. The two technicians who performed the replacement of my smoke detectors, Danny and Ronnie, were very courteous and efficient. Overall, I have had a great experience. I will definitely use this company in the future and would recommend them for any of your electrical project needs.

Today we had the 24kw generac generator installed by Daniel & Gus, they are by far the 2 best guys we have had working on things. That speaks for itself for the fact we have had many. They were very polite, had great sense of humors which that’s a huge bonus with me. We fed them lunch no they didn’t ask for it they are great guys so they should be properly appreciated. I purchased a new home in Wildcat Ranch and my dryer kept giving me an error message that the ductwork was plugged which is odd for a new house. The builder DR Horton wouldn’t fix the problem so I called Accurate Home Services and they sent technician Ashton Vines who is very knowledgeable and respectful. Accurate Home Services offers a free inspection prior to providing you with a written estimate. Ashton was very thorough and inspected everything and it turned out that the builder put a metal screen on the exhaust vent which was plugged up. Ashton removed the vent and cleaned the whole system at a reasonable price. If you need a reliable company to handle your electrical. AC/Heat needs I highly recommend Accurate Home Services.

He found the leak at one of the connections on the condenser and tightened it down and added a half a pound of freon and the system has been working great. Luckily for us he had the part needed to repair our broken system. He had our system back up and running under an hour. I was able to get a same day appointment.Update 3/23/24- I had go use the company again but another maintenance task. Same good experience. No complaints!The phone representative remained professional even when I called multiple times for an ETA. My technician was Joshua, who was super nice and took the time to explain the issue. This company was very impressive. The lady on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions and work qith me on a time frame that work with my busy schedule. When it time for the tech to come out they sent me a picture of the tech and his arrival time and when he got here (Daniel) was very polite and professional. He help me get my fan installed that I have been wanting up for quite some time and also fixed my 3 way switch in the hall way that has never worked since I have been here mind you I have had other people look at it during a remodel and they couldnt get it fix just replaced the switch. I called Accurate Home Service and spoke to Marrisa ( I hope I got the name right ) she was pleasant and real helpful ,so I made an appointment.Darrell , a supervisor, was the first to come out, he was fair, honest, upfront and knew what he was doing. After that, I was ready for my repairs to get started. Danny arrived, it was evident from the beginning that he has a passion for his craft and is a true professional. He was reliable, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Next was Ronnie even though he was in a stage of learning, you could tell he was eager to learn and you can see he was a good co-worker always willing to help. We had a new ac unit installed by this company a month ago. It was never working right and would not cool our house below 80. A technician came out after a few days of it being installed and said everything was in working order. After about 2 more weeks of it still not cooling we called again and they sent another technician out. Ashton did a wonderful job and immediately figured out the problem and even put in extra work to unclog our drain. He explained the issue in detail and our house is finally cooling.

On 5/29 our air conditioner was not cooling. It was a late afternoon weekend day. We are new to this area and was not familiar with any of the local professional repair vendors. After doing a Google search we selected Accurate Home Services. The Office person ( Misty ) was very courteous and answered all of our questions. A repairman was dispatched who was at our home in a very short time. He diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running. At this time Tanner did talk to us about a repair that was going to be eventually needed on the AC Disconnect. On 6/16 the Disconnect did malfunction. I called and spoke with Brooke. She took care of us, immediately sending someone to our home. The AC Disconnect was replaced and the house was cool in a very short. We are very impressed with the personnel that represent this company. They are all personable and professional with a broad product knowledge. Ac unit wasnt cooling as well as it should. I scheduled a tech to visit in the pm and was able to get a visit the following day. The office called and texted me to confirm and provide notice of when their tech would arrive. Koyt Rowan was sent to check what the issue is. He evaluated the outside unit, inside unit, and quickly inspected in the attic space since I had a new roof installed to ensure the lines were far enough away from the roof that they werent damaged during the new roof install.Upon evaluation of the indoor unit he found the unit was leaking refrigerant and provided me with my options, being top it off for short term fix, replacing the unit under warranty if thats an option, and replacing it out of warranty. He did a good job explaining the differences and costs of each option. He had the office check if the unit was still under warranty, which is was not. I opted to go with refilling the unit for today as work through the process of having the unit replaced. Unit was filled back up and Koyt verified the unit was cooling again.Overall professional while also friendly during the visit. Koyt was friendly with our outside dog while inspecting the unit outside and refilling, mindful to not let the dog outside the fenced area, and patient and friendly with our toddler who wanted to inspect his inspection while inside. He properly and quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me the proof of what the problem was, provided me with my options, and executed on the option I selected.

He really took his time to explain all the ins and outs of what he was checking out on my AC, and then he explained his solution to the problem. I really appreciated this because being a woman by myself at the time, I could feel that he was not trying to financially take advantage of me and charge me for things that he didnt do. I definitely know that I can trust his advice and recommendations about my AC and that he is not trying to get over on me.I let him know that I think the unit could be leaking because our floor is slowly but surely getting saturated and Brycen went above and beyond and diligently worked to figure out if the unit really was leaking, and if so, where it was coming from.This is the second time that Mr. Brycen visited my home to fix/maintenance my AC, and he has never made me feel uncomfortable, or weird, he is a true gentleman! Again, I can appreciate that as a woman, and as a customer. Brycens wonderful and professional personality also shows that Accurate Heating and Air takes pride in taking time to hire good quality employees to represent their company, and Mr. Brycen most definitely represents this company VERY well!!I will be specifically requesting Mr. Cox for all of my AC system needs!
