    I have used ACA in Bertram for several appliances at my former house, and this time called them in an attempt to shop local and keep myself out of the big box store. Dottie in the office made some good recommendations based on their years of service and I was able to order a new GE washer and dryer from them. Two technicians came and installed the new appliances, ensured all my questions were answered and hauled my older W/D off for me. I also use ACA for my annual A/C contract. Love shopping local.

    I can not say enough about how wonderful these folks are. Two years ago they fixed the computer in my dishwasher. Today they fixed my trash compactor. These guys are fantabulous!! Courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and reasonable pricing.

    This company is great! Called them on neighbors recommendation to check Dads AC. Diagnosed bad rusty coils and no hard sell to sell anything else. I was impressed and had them check my AC that was barely cooling. Chad explained the issues and gave several options. Again, no hard sell!! I had whole unit replaced at reasonable cost and excellent service!

    ACA has THE BEST technicians and always provides excellent customer service. I would say our lead tech, Chad, is a miracle worker of HVAC. They were out installing a new compressor unit (lower unit) and in the process installing a hard start on the upper unit they uncovered the low voltage problem that was keeping it from starting up. Chad and Gavin worked tirelessly in the 104 heat wave. (No telling how hot it was in the attic!) To make sure that unit was working for us. Couldnt ask for better support.

    Called and had a technician out same day. Fast, honest, and great customer service.Unfortunately had to tweak my review slightly. We ordered the part that needed fixing and my husband installed it as opposed to paying them to purchase the part and then paying them to install.... during installation my husband has found that the back of the dryer is bent pretty good from the technician and a lot of the screws are not even screwed in. Outside of the damage to the dryer, other wise great.

    ACA is definitely a first class company. We moved out to Burnet last summer and in the first month the AC failed, they were there the next day and a new unit was quickly ordered and installed. Since then we had a problem with compressor, again they were quick to respond and replace the unit under warranty. They have always been excellent at responding to calls and calling back when they say they will. They just replaced some duct work for us. We have been very satisfied with the level of expertise and their service. Good people and reliable!

    ACA tech came out to fix dryer last Tuesday. Had to order parts . Could not come back out until today, Monday, 7 Oct 2019. The delay was a bit irritating. Geramie the Tech for ACA was very professional and worked quickly to replace the heating element, and reassemble and test the dryer. Cost was reasonable. I will recommend this company to others and will call on them if I need something else repaired.

    I called this company based on a referral from a friend. Even though I was not in their service area, the lady that answered the phone, helped me get part numbers for my non working dryer and even helped me order the correct parts on Amazon. She advised me on what was the likely culprit and how to replace them. All with no charge and the most friendly attitude! Im sad I did not get to use this company but based on this experience I would think this is a very reputable and upstanding business.

    During the COVID19 pandemic, our washer went out. My husband is a paramedic, and we could not wash and sanitize his uniforms. ACA was on it immediately and got a repairman out within a few hours. The washer could not be repaired and had to be replaced, but ACA called me personally to discuss what to buy and gave me great advice about what I should look for. Always friendly and helpful, reasonably priced, and honest.

    Service that you just dont expect to get these days.... these guys will restore your faith! They came through for me when nobody else would and did so in a pinch. I ended up needing a custom fabricated part for my electric range and ACA was able to inspect, measure, fabricate, and install all within a matter of days, taking into account a very tight timeline that I had. Thank you to ACA!

    ACA is the first place I call when my appliances break they are always fair on pricing and tell you when its worth it to not do the repair. This time my washing machine lid lock broke on a whirlpool machine and I am choosing to repair. They also previously repaired a Samsung refrigerator and the cooling part for the fridge had frozen up. My last washing machine that had broken several years ago (bearing issue) I opted to replace based on their advice. All service technicians are very knowledgeable and know their stuff. They answer the phone and communicate well and work around your schedule to fit in repairs.

    We had two professionals come out today to our home to address a leak issue from the ac. We had water drops comming from kitchen ceiling and right away they were concerned with clearing up some of the water that had accumulated underneath the unit inside. Also had seen right away a issue with the direction of one of the tubing. Knowledgable and friendly men. Not to mention shortly after the visit the water had stopped dripping completely.
