We was on our third day of no AC. You guys sent someone out this morning and these two gentlemen were very professional knew exactly what they was doing and wasted no time within an hours time give or take a little we had AC I would recommend this company to anybody he was in need of AC work, I commend these two gentlemen for being so knowledgeable and professional about what they were doing. Ted w AC Medics was great getting his guys to come out and replace some coils leaking freon in my trailer home in Mathis. Junior and the young man w him were professional, thoughtful on working cleanly and efficient in finishing the job quickly. Junior even remembered my Dad from last year who passed away in February. That meant a lot. I cannot express the gratitude for their work. Will call AC Medics in the future for anything that may happen. Thank you again. June 2024 AC not cooling. Called AC Medics on Sunday and they were out the next morning. I like that I speak to the same guys when they come out and did a great job again.

Great AC and Heating company -AC Medics! They made time to come out and give an estimate. TJ explained what was wrong with my unit and offered several options. He was patient with my questions and kind to offer solutions. He quickly responded to replacing my unit inside and outside. He offered a fair deal over 3 other companies that came to give estimates. He and his staff worked very hard, keeping me informed along the way. They even encountered a small plumbing problem that TJ took care of promptly. They worked into the late evening completely finishing their work and cleaning up any mess along the way. They were definitely professional, respectful, and helpful. I highly recommend AC Medics to fix your AC needs!!

We called T&J after trying some of the larger companies and being told there was no availability until later the next day. They came out to our house after hours within the hour of our call. Even though they were unable to repair the unit that night due to needing a part, they were still awesome. They went out of their way to call and check whether or not the warranty was still good. He was able to confirm that the unit was indeed still under warranty the next morning. He got the parts necessary and came out to repair and troubleshoot. We were up and running by noon. He was very professional and explained what was going on with our unit every step of the way; not to mention he offered a very fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended.

AWESOME!! I will call Ted for all of my a/c needs from now on!! He came to my home after I called him within the hour, and did a super job!! He is very kind & friendly, very thorough, informative, & answered all my questions. He explained to me what the problem was, gave me advice, & what I needed to watch for if it happened again. Shortly after servicing my a/c needs, my Mom called him with an a/c problem, & she also very happy with him & his services! I have already recommended Air Medics to my friends & family!Being that we have homes in the south, our a/c comfort is a must!! This company is awesome! They were here within the hour and fixed my ac right away. They are the most affordable in town and are fairly priced. Any time I have another issue or anyone I know does I will refer them without hesitation.
