Since moving into our new home in Ellis County - we have used services from A/C & Heating Experts LLC. We have received excellent & affordable services - most recently we scheduled a visit for a quick tune-up to ensure everything is up-to-par as we go into a new season. Our technician, Perry was thorough in his visit. While he was here , he shared some insight about our drain line to help prevent the flow of water from clogging in the future. I highly recommend contacting Eddie (owner) to get his team of knowledgeable, honest & kind employees for the next service call.

A/C & Heating Experts installed our complete system in our new house. We have been exceptionally pleased. Today was the last day of our complimentary visits to check the system, and we were very quick to pay their nominal fee for them to continue routine checks and maintenance. Eddie and his team exude expertise and professionalism along with plenty of integrity. Im 63 years old and I dont think Ive ever seen a more trustworthy business. John took care of us today, and he was very thorough and took his time to explain things to me and answer my questions. I could clearly see that he was treating our heating and cooling system as if it were his own. I highly recommend A/C & Heating Experts and I regularly tell my closest friends about them.

Perry came out and serviced our A/C & heating unit. They are fabulous! They are polite, sensitive to those in the home, and willing to explain everything they do. They installed a new unit in an emergency last year and have continued to maintain service for us. They are committed to keeping our unit functioning well and helping us whenever necessary. I would recommend them a hundred times over!

100% satisfied. Eddie has several years experience doing HVAC in the extreme temperatures of Texas. Hes up-to-date on codes, products, and usage, and professionalism/quality of work is on point! He and his team showed up at the appointed time, removed the old system, installed a new system, and cleaned up as if they were never here. He was able to answer all of my questions. Its 109 outside and 73 inside. No one wants to drop thousands of a new a system, but I couldnt be happier that THE ENTIRE PROCESS worked out as it did. Thank you Eddie and A/C & HEATING EXPERTS, LLC.DEFINITELY RECOMMENDEDPhotos show installation of equipment and condition of house exactly as he left it.Oh, and theyre bilingual, too. Excellent customer service man I called Eddie and explained my issue to him and within 12 hours a technician was at my door. Perry the technician came in and was very courteous and he addressed a few more areas to us making sure they were good before leaving if your looking for a good hvac company in the DFW area give them a shout

John was fantastic. He came out over the weekend withing a couple hours of calling and got us working for the unreasonably warm October and then came back today (Tuesday) with the parts to replace. He went the extra mile in suggesting a maintenance plan to try to avoid these things in the future and gave our whole system a once-over to make sure everything was working well. As long as they are an option, I will not be calling any other HVAC provider.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such an outstanding experience with Eddie and his crew I figured I should share it with the world! They installed a brand new AC/heating unit, and dehumidifier, including all new ducts and blower unit. Everything they do is top notch. They are super clean, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. I highly recommend AC and Heating Experts! I would have given them 10 stars if offered.

I cant say enough about this company! We were without ac for 5 days in 100 degree Texas heat and they came right out and fix the problem someone else created! UPDATE: The owner, Eddie, got back to us after I posted this review, a review on Facebook, and sent an email. He kept in regular contact until the issue was resolved. I wish I hadn’t had to jump through hoops to get in contact with someone (e.g. if I didn’t do the “extra” things (post reviews, email) how long would it have taken them to contact us back?), however it seemed Eddie understood the root cause of the communication issue and is trying to hire someone for their high volume of phone calls and full voicemail inboxes. My service from the techs was great and I hope with Eddie’s solution in place that this is an isolated incident.Original Post: Had someone from AC & Heating Experts come out and tell us they needed to send info over to our home warranty company and next steps would be in their hands… our home warranty company has received nothing, we keep trying to get ahold of AC & Heating Experts via phone call, text, and no one has gotten back to us. We just need to know the status of that report being sent to American Home Shield so we know how we’re moving forward.It’s been a week with every day at 100°F with no AC.Can someone please just call us back.
