I set up appointment for that to be done. He changed out a surge protector which had done it job and needed to be replaced. I am very pleased with Comfort Experts: the professionalism of the technicians and the quality of their work.I did get the duct and register cleaning. Jon and Philip did a great job on 12/13/22. They removed all the registers and washed them. Then thoroughly cleaned all the ducts. They replaced all the ducts after they dried. They cleaned up any mess. Jonathan came by for our winter check up of our heat/air unit. He was on time and introduced himself when I opened the door. Showed him where the unit and thermostat were and he went to work. On occasions he would stop and point out things, explain the need for continued maintenance over time and at the end pointed out their upgrade service plan with all of the benefits that come with it. Jonathan was thorough and very knowledgeable about what was needed to service our unit and made sure that I understood what was needed and to contact them if anything should arise in the future. We call them every 6 months for an A/C filter change. This time our technician was Joel. He took his time cleaning our outer unit, checking it for issues, then up in our hot attic changing the filter and double checking that everything is working smoothly and that theres nothing growing up there, no water in the pan, etc. We like these guys. They are clean, prompt and thorough. Thank you!July 2023 update: This time we had Ian. He was thorough and professional, as well as likeable. Havent had an issue with any tech yet, they are all so awesome.April 2024 update: still using these guys, still happy. Our technician today was Mike. He was awesome: professional, knowledgeable and very cool. Checked out the issue I called about and stayed very late to make sure out was solved.

Jordan not only was nice and professional but even after I told him he didnt have to wear the booties for his shoes because the dogs always keep the floors a challenge, everytime in and out of the house he put them on. My scheduled appointment was between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Yaz arrived at 10:15 (YAY!). My appointment was for a checkup of my AC unit. Yaz was thorough, he answered my questions, and only concern was the ducts needed cleaning (he will send me an estimate). A personable young man (yes and no maam!) who, after checking the outside unit, could not take a bottle of water as per company policy! Comfort Experts lets think about changing that policy! Was very pleased with the service and the tech!
