Absolute Comfort Mechanical is hands down the best! They truly care about their customers and do amazing work. I run a bar/ restaurant in Plano, Texas.. my heat was not working properly and the crazy weather we get , temps were dropping fast to about 17 degrees! These guys came out within 12 hours of my call and fixed my heating units very urgently. They are honest and know exactly what to do! I highly recommend them! Peace of mind , and knowing you can trust them is everything!

Working with Kenny and Josh has restored my belief in honesty and integrity when it comes to a business. Our A/C was having issues and I was given an completely crazy estimate for work to be done that my unit didnt even need and would of been out a lot of money based on dishonesty from the first company.I was recommended by a family friend to Absolute Comfort Mechanical and glad we was as after the first call with Kenny he re assured us that he would make sure we were taken care of and not taken advantage of and had Josh out the next day to walk us though everything and explained what was really needed to repair our A/C. This company has earned my life long business and I will definitely be sending all my friends and family theyre way.Again thank you Absolute Comfort Mechanical for everything !!!!

Jeremy and his team mate ( I cant remember his name) were very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate them arriving at my home so quickly. They were very through and friendly. They went above and beyond. The fee was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

I called Kenny Monday morning and him and Jeremy showed up within 20 min.They surveyed the issue and gave their honest opinion regarding purchasing the diff brands. I did some research and the Goodman brand that they told me about actually got good reviews and the common downfall was the install was not done properly. I called Kenny back that evening and set up my appointment to install the new unit Wednesday. Jeremy and Junior showed up bright and early and got to work. That evening I slept like a baby. A previous quote, the person was going to charge me the same amount just to replace the outside unit and told me the furnance was good. So glad I waited because Jeremy/Junior identified a blockage when they removed the furnance. God has away of aligning ALL things. Thank you Kenny, Jeremy & Junior!

The professionalism, promptness, knowledge and all-around attention provided to customers is truly unmatched! Calling ACM is the best choice you can make and the wisest use of your hard-earned money. I promise you cannot go wrong with this company. If you dont believe it, try them for yourselves, LOL.

Highly recommend Absolute Comfort Mechanical! I made a frantic phone call at 530pm, by 630 they had someone at my house to inspect what was going on and by 11am next day I had a new unit installed. They delicately discussed in detail why I needed a new unit, talked to me about pricing and handled me being completely overwhelmed like true professionals. Having to replace your AC is never exciting, but it really helps when you have the right people for the job. You can tell this company understands the everyday person and isnt looking to financially ruin you in the process. Affordable, efficient and knowledgeable. Every single person I spoke with on the phone and in person were professional and kind. So if you need heating or air, these are your people!!Thank you Kenny and your crew for everything.
