Good morning! I had my ducts cleaned yesterday by Absolute Air with technicians Jayden and Johnny. They did a fabulous job. They removed the vents, cleaned them and put them back on after the job was done. I was so surprised at the pictures they provided, before and after the job was completed. What a difference! They worked nonstop and completed the job expeditiously. They cleaned up beautifully after the job. A job well done!!

A talk with one of Absolute’s receptionists had me feeling pretty confident in their company. After a short discussion he gave me an estimated time of arrival as he was completing the call he was on and had another service call ahead on mine. Daniel was right on time and fixed the problem in short fashion. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to inspect the total unit and provided us with helpful information to ensure that our system was safe and dependable.There was no extra charges for the Saturday call and the repairs were very reasonable. They always seemed genuinely interested in me, what I needed and wanted, and what would be best for me. They were always professional, understanding, and helpful.Although I hope I will not need to do this again anytime in the near future, Absolute Air of Kaufman, TX will be the people I call for all my heating and AC needs.2024-02-20, Six years later. I scheduled a tech to come out and look at it and tell me what was wrong. Once here, the tech was professional and friendly. He looked over the compressor and told me the fan had failed. He fixed it, ensured it worked, and was gone in only an hour or so. I wish it were cheaper, but it works, and I am happy. I have AC once again!

Our A/C unit was installed by Absolute Air and we also have annual (Fall and Spring) maintenance program with Absolute Air. The service today was conducted by Thomas, who was very professional and respectful during the entire visit. Thomas advised me that we had a capacitor that was weak in the outside unit, which he replaced under warranty and explained that our unit was working very well after the capacitor was replaced. We highly recommend Absolute Air and Service Tech Thomas.

After checking the attic, Mike found the issue right away - the blower was falling a part. Had we left for vacation before it could be fixed, we probably would’ve came home to a house with no working A/C and possibly a dead family pet from the sweltering heat. 5 Star service!! If you need fast courteous AC service, this is the business for you!! My AC quit working late on a Friday night (of course - isnt that when it always happens). I waited until Saturday morning to start calling around. The first few places I called not only acted like they were too busy for me over the phone, but also could not fit me in for several days. I finally called Absolute Air and not only were they the nicest people over the phone, they wanted to make sure I would be taken care of that day. Mike showed up an hour or two later and within 30 mins my problem was fixed and he was off to the next service call. While he was here, he was so friendly and explained so much to me about the problem I had. I tell you, this is the best place of business where they truly put their customers first. Mike was drenched in sweat in this 90+ degree Texas heat and was still so nice, professional and accommodating. Absolute Air far exceeds my expectations for service and speed. When I initially contacted Absolute Air, I needed an estimate for work on my inverted A/C system. Specifically, the damaged duct work underneath the pier and beam house. It still had water and was inaccessible so I said I would call back when I had the water problem resolved. Without being bothersome, Absolute Air kept in touch with me and came out when the water problem was resolved. We determined the best course was to reconfigure the ducting and upright the blower unit. They came when promised and did an excellent job of re-configuring the system, reconnecting all the fitting for electric, coolant, condensate, etc. They cleaned the ducts, and boy were they DIRTY after 50 years! They plugged the old outlets at the baseboard and cleaned up afterwards. The entire crew came out and got the job complete in one day, thank goodness. The new system works GREAT, and i should see a reduced electric bill now. Plus, the unit is performing much better! They were professional, courteous, explained everything needed and answered all my questions. I can highly recommend this company.

The install team (I dont remember everyone but it was a team) was great, they answered more questions and talked to us throughout the process so that any issues were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend Absolute Air to anyone needed to update their AC/Heating system.Hard numbers: Our average daily usage for the prior three months to install (DEC-FEB) was 65KWH or $6.99 per day, for March that dropped to 56KWH or $5.97 per day. So a solid savings of $30 per month. I cant wait to see what savings well get this summer! Especially with the fairly mild weather Ive used for these comparisons.

Last summer I finally had to give in an replace my 20 year old system (2 units, one dedicated to the upstairs and the other dedicated to downstairs) with a single 5 ton unit with zone controlling. My house temperature is now much more regulated (we had hot and cold spots in all the wrong places before), but most importantly -- my energy usage has CUT IN HALF! We finally have an electric bill that we dont cringe at paying each month! I had to call to get our heater looked at this week. I first company I called came out the technician looked at our system for maybe 5 min said you need a new inside and outside unit your compressor is bad it will be $10k. I asked a few times about just repairing it. They said no and kept pushing financing a new unit. I told them multiple times I’m not financing a new unit and they just kept on. It just didn’t seem right to me.So I called Absolute Air their technician came out hooked gages up to the system opened up the top of the outside unit fiddled around 30 min later let us know that there was a valve on the inside rubbing and we needed a new one. It needed up costing us $600 to fix the unit. They even tracked down the random manufacturer of our unit and got the part warranted which saved us $250. Absolute air is awesome if you need your HVAC unit serviced

Amazing company. Stands behind their work. Called at 6pm and Daniel was at our home by 6:30. Located problem ordered parts and had the unit repaired the next morning. Would highly recommend them. We had purchased a different unit from another company that did not last four years. Absolute Air installed a Lennox for us 2 years ago. Unit has reduced our electric bill and better quality air in house. The part was covered under warranty. All technicans are professional and friendly. Thanks again Daniel for another great job.

We love this company and their support of Still Waters in Kaufman. When our air quit working we immediately called them. The technician was amazing, he quickly figured out the problem and worked up the cost for us. We ended up putting in a new unit because we had patched this one several times and it was 20 years old. I felt bad that the technician had done so much work to find the problem then we ended up just going with a new unit but he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He checked back with us multiple times to make sure we were happy with the new unit and system even though he didnt personally install it. I love having my heat and air controllable via wifi as well!!!

I called Absolute Air during this past cold freeze. Unfortunately my heater stopped working, however, Ashley answered the phone and quickly was able to get my heat back by switching to the Aux heat feature. This got me through the low freeze days. Ashly also took the time to call me back the following day just to make sure my heater was working properly in the Aux heat mode. She mentioned that they would be dispatching someone on Monday to check the A/C system and get it working again. Jay arrived as promised and had my heat pump A/C system operational with 30 minutes. While he was here he also checked the complete system to make sure that it was all in working order. This is why I always call Absolute Air.

Daniel came out to our house on Friday and confirmed that our unit wasnt able to keep up in this heat as it was low on freon. He recharged the unit and looked the whole system over. He found an air leak near the plenum and told me that I should tape it up as the existing tape had come loose. He also identified that the contactor was going bad and double checked the capacitor to make sure it wasnt going bad too. System is now working great!

No going back to the office for anything. I could have gotten my new system in 2 days if my schedule would have worked out. Let me start off by saying my wife is pregnant with twins. At first I called a different company to come out and check my a/c that was not working in the summer heat. After he no called no showed I was in a bind and called Absolute Air at 530, the technician Troy arrived later that evening and found a minor electrical issue preventing my unit from working, he fixed it quickly. He also took the time to thoroughly check my unit and make sure everything was operating at the correct pressure and functioning properly before packing up. Needless to say Troy kept me out of the dog house that night. I appreciated the fact that Troy took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left even when I was most likely his last call of the night and I’m sure he was ready to go home. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Our AC unexpectedly went out on a Thursday night and to my surprise someone answered the call around 11pm as I wanted to just leave a vm. I was able to get Chad out here at 10am next morning and he discovered our refrigerant was low along with a possible freeze up. Our ac unit is really old so we asked for a quote for a whole new system, and we were able to get one as well. Love this company and will be using them for a new unit soon.

Currently working from home due to covid19, while eating lunch I noticed my home felt warm. I set my thermostat at 78 degrees but it read 84. I went outside to notice the condenser wasnt on . I called one company their earliest appointment was for July 7th I relunctantly asked to be booked in case I ran into the same situation with another company. I google based on my zip code and decided to call Absolute Air. Thank God Brittany answered the line and advised me the technician was currently in Kaufman but could be at my house in about 30 mins. I was overjoyed, they texted me a picture of my technician with his name Daniel C. He arrived on time according to the estimate given to me. Thank God for Daniel who got me out of a warm house back to a cool one. He explained what his findings were and cost before I moved forward with the work , I also agreed to purchase a service agreement to have them service the unit for heating later this year. I again am thankful for the wonderful service provided to me during my time of need from the moment my call was answered by Brittany till my technician Daniel left my home.
