HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY!!! We were waiting on a company our Home Warranty had sent out to fix our AC. They could not get the part for 6-8 weeks, tried to charge us for unnecessary repairs and just gave us the runaround for 3 weeks. We called Aaron Service Company late one afternoon. JR asked us to send him the Serial and model number of our AC unit. He was out the very next morning first thing, had the bad motor removed, went and got the new one and had it installed the same afternoon! Was completely honest with us! Told us the part the other company tried to charge us for was still under Manufacturer Warranty! Definitely worth having him come out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We wont call anyone else for all our HVAC needs!Beware of any One Star Reviews ( they are not trustworthy reviews). . . They probably still owe JR Money!!!

I blindly called this company and spoke with a man named J R. He said he could be at my home in a couple of hours. I was at work and could not be there and I called my 87 year old mother whose lives with me, to let her know he was coming. J R called me a couple of hours later and said he would be able to fix my problem. He put in a new AC unit and a very fair price and with a 10 year warranty. J R did this while I was at work and I have never met him in person, we have only talked on the phone and my Mom’s glasses were broke and could not see how to write him a check for me, so she just signed it and let him fill it out. When I found this out I was so scared of what could have happened. I did call the bank to let them know what happened and to watch out for this check. The bank called later and said the check was for the correct amount. I was totally amazed by this man J R, that I have never met. He was professional and did an amazing job for an amazing price. I would absolutely recommend this man J R for any work you may need. He was a fair and honest man.

I just thought to write a review because I recommended this company to a family member today. J.R. has helped me with various A/C issues within the last few years. He always gets to me quickly, does excellent work, and gives me a great price. Also, he has never been condescending or talked to me in a baby voice because Im a lady (yes, oddly this is something that a lot of contractors do). I recommend Aaron Service Company with 100% confidence.

JR took the time to come out and charge up my rooftop RV a/c even though he mentioned they really try not to service rooftops due to the nature of the units. By the time i pulled up to my location, he was finished with mine and had already started working on my disabled aunts A/C central system (which we thought was a major repair beyond standard service) and had her charged up and going in a 15 minute period and did not even charge her for his time. I can not say enough good things about our experience with this company! You just dont find a lot of this type of southern hospitality anymore.. 10 stars!

I called on a Saturday and he was prompt, helpful, and gave me the BEST service I could have ever asked for! I had a different company out to replace outside unit last year, sold me used unit (said it was only 2 years old), just found out it was 12 years old when they sold it to me! Had called them to come out but they couldnt get here until sometime next week so I called Aarons... So very Glad I DID!! Mom is 78 and the heat is killer for her. John wouldnt let her suffer further! I would give John 10 stars, if it let me! I cant thank him enough!! Great service, great character, great company!

They corrected 2 other contractors mess. Also opened up ducting to a room that was barely getting any air that others couldnt seem to fix. Now the temp is the same rooms!
