I cant speak highly enough about Aaron Cone Air Conditioning and Heating! Our air conditioner broke down unexpectedly during the hottest week of summer, and we were in desperate need of assistance. Despite our call being during peak hours, they managed to schedule a technician to come out the same day. This level of responsiveness immediately alleviated our stress about the situation.Once the technician arrived, it was evident that we were in capable hands. Outstanding. I had a complete HVAC removal and replacement done with them. They showed up early, were friendly, and did a great job. The install looks very clean. They ran new copper pipes through the attic and made sure everything was clean and covered on the outside of the house. The unit itself looks and runs great. There was a big dent on the blower unit when they brought it because it was in an unopened box (not their fault). They were able to bring out another brand new one within a couple hours and still finished the entire install on time.They were the only company that gave us a timely and accurate quote. Will definitely continue to use them in the future for maintenance and service.

We had a burnt smell coming form our furnace late last night, I called Aaron first thing in the morning and he was here by 10am checkin out our units. Thankfully it was nothing major. He did an amazing job and was very professional. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone that is looking for AC and Heat services. I will use him again and would give him 10 stars if I could.

Today is 6.12.21 It is 5:47pm, hottest part of the day. My thermostat is set at 73 ....and it is 74* inside my home. Thank you Aaron and your employee! I called for your service last night just before 6pm, explained the circumstances and asked for you to come out. You did so bright and early this morning, this beautiful Saturday day.Yesterday was the crowning moment that my AC just quit, not sure of the outside temperature, but inside it was 87* - and well after closing time for such businesses. Myself and my two female labs were miserable, one is my legal Service Animal, I am a Vietnam Veteran {D.A.V.} I opened windows to a pleasant 71* ambient last night and we slept comfortably.Aaron shook my hand and thanked me for my business, he was pleasantly polite and engaging. are you kidding me Sir, it is I that thank you. Highly recommend!! Fit us into the schedule same day, arrived on time, found the problem, headed back to the office for the part, and got cold air blowing all within 30 minutes!! Will be using them for any problems in the future!

I woke up this morning to our a/c blowing warm air! High temps today are supposed to hit 108°! It was warmer in the house than it was outside. I called Aaron Cone A/C and they had a repair tech at our house within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it on the spot, all for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a/c repairs!

Just got done working on a heating unit. Jerry with Aaron cone heating and air conditioning did a fantastic job. These guys are very friendly and easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever to get you back on line. They will definitely be our go to HVAC company. The rates are very reasonable.

Our AC quit overnight, waking up to a warm 76° house. We called first thing in the morning, by 10:15, we heard back from a technician. He showed up at 10:30, after a quick diagnosis, our pressure was low and the fan motor on the condenser was shot. He added the coolant we needed and replaced the motor. He was finished by 12:30.House temps didn’t improve as we expected, I called back to let them know. Within just a few minutes the technician was back. Unfortunately the replaced motor appeared to be bad, he immediately headed back to the shop to retrieve a new one. Within 30 minutes, thru a rainstorm, James, our technician made it all right, no additional charges.The professionalism, promptness, communication and value have earned our long term business. I’ll gladly support and promote Aaron Cone for anyone’s heating and cooling needs.
