    Eric provided excellent service from start to finish. He made himself available super quickly, which was greatly appreciated, since I run a small business, and it was 58 degrees inside with no heat! He was thorough in diagnosing all potential issues and troubleshooting for each of them. He was very clear in explaining what the issue was and why he was opting to go with the solution he was recommending. When my unit required a more rare piece that he did not have on hand, he reached out to his network of contacts and drove across town to get the part so that he would be able to get us back up and running on the same day! He was very professional and kind. I highly recommend Eric and plan to use him for any future needs for both my business and my home!

    My control board on the furnace went out hours before expected snow and temps in the teens. Other tech came out, checked but informed me he wouldnt be able to get the part he needed due to parts store closing early (and would be closed the next day or 2). A friend sent me Aaircos information. Eric was immediately responsive, showed up after 5pm with parts needed and fixed the heater within a few hours. 100% would recommend and use for all future needs.

    Soooo happy I found Aairco! Eric is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when he provided 3 very reasonable options and didn’t just try to tell me the only fix was a full replacement (like the “other guy” did before him). The option just below full replacement was best for my budget, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As hot as it is outside, my house gets cold!     I texted Eric at 9:30pm last night about my AC issues. He responded right away and offered to come out to my house that night however I didnt want to bother him, even though he offers 24/7 emergency services. I just told him the next day would be fine and they were at my house by 8am! They had the issue fixed by 8:30am and my AC was working!!! It was very efficient and affordable and I was so incredibly thankful because I cant handle heat at all!!! I highly recommend AairCo for any of your HVAC needs!!!     Imagine: it’s about 5pm and the A/C stops working. Hurricane Beryl is going to make landfall in the next 8 hours. I’m calling local HVAC companies (well, their 3rd party call centers) hoping that someone can make an emergency call out. No luck. As I’m searching through companies I see AairCo, and remember that I’ve seen that company around town. I call the number; lo and behold I’m talking to Eric himself! He discussed the issue, gave a quote and an ETA. Thankfully it was a relatively quick fix for a professional and he was done by 7pm. Eric braved the elements and an impending hurricane to ensure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend!

    I was very impressed with Aairco. I called them needing immediate help with an AC leak in one of my lines. Eric was at my house within 15 minutes. He thoroughly inspected my house and was able to find the source of our leak and repair the problem. Afterwards, he spent more time correcting other errors in our AC system which I did not expect. He went above and beyond and I really felt like my business was valued by the company. I was also charged a very reasonable rate for all of the work that was completed. I’d highly recommend this company!

    Jan 2024– have put the heater to use. They replaced the motor and got my heat going for me. The last freeze was rough without heat but this time around… I was able to stay comfortable and warm. Thank you to Aairco for your great services.May 2023– I have been without ac for over 5 years so finally getting the ac fixed has been a gift from above. Aairco did a great job with an outside unit installation. They were thorough and efficient. The pricing was better than all of the competitors that I spoke with. I feel very satisfied about the job done and any future work I may need. My past unit would not cool past 80/81, constantly running, causing my electricity bill to be high as well. I have already noticed the cost difference in my electric bill. In the long run this will now save me money. Grateful for the work done by an honest company.

    Eric was referred to me by a dear friend. I had mentioned I had been having AC issues. She said “Eric is kind, nice , and fair, he will do a good job. A week later my AC went out. I called and he came immediately and told me what the “others “ hadn’t. He came the next day, was neat and professional and even fixed all the other damage. House feels right, I got a chill cause my house is wonderfully cool. I thank God for his help. Use this man. He is fabulous!!!

    Eric was fantastic. Our neighbor told us that our air conditioner was making noise outside. We contacted Aairco later that evening and scheduled an assessment the next day. Eric was able to identify the problem and then install a new air conditioner (evaporator coil and outdoor unit) the next day. His price was very reasonable but more importantly, he was trustworthy and kind. And we preferred Aairco to the other bigger company that provided us with a haphazard second opinion. We’re looking forward to working with Aairco in the future and we plan to recommend the company to our friends who may have issues with their air conditioner as well.

    This company is amazing! I highly recommend them! Eric, the owner, who is licensed with tons of experience came to my house at 7pm on the same day I called after he had already worked a long day. My AC had been running warm for a few days. He was cheerful, kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the business. He took his time and evaluated every system from the condenser to the the unit in the attic. Since my system was 18 years old I knew it was probably time to replace it as I had been repairing it now for several years. Eric gave me several options with some great pricing never once pressuring me to do anything. I was able to get 0% financing for 60 months with Wells Fargo through his company. He and Austin, one of his employees were at my house within two days replacing my entire system. They started at 6am and did not stop until the job was done at noon. Everything was spotless when they left and I was freezing! LOL!! They did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier!! He is also very much about continuing to take care of his customers well after the installation. I feel so good about this company and this owner! Please call him, you will be so glad you did!

    I got a quote from Eric at Aairco about 9-10 months ago. We got quotes from others as well but he seemed to be the most reasonable of all of them. What I liked was his sincerity and approach. He’s the owner of a small business and showed his care for quality. We ended up holding off because our unit was still functional and life’s expenses just kept rolling in. Well we made it through most of the summer and of course we had issues. We reached out again to get another quote and he was more than happy to come back and give us the estimate. I know people because I’m in the service industry and I knew he was service minded. He worked with us and went the extra mile to make sure the installation exceeded our expectations by doing the extras to insure it was flawless. I can’t believe the results! The unit is 100 times quieter than the previous one, electrical savings were immediate, and he has been hands on throughout the whole process. Eric thank you!

    Eric is fantastic and will work to get you the best value for your money!!! Our AC died before the freeze and we were so nervous our heater would go too.     More companies should be like this one. We had already been without heat for 3 days when we called them about our unit. Within two hours they were at our doorstep. Within 24 hours we had a whole new furnace, at a reasonable rate. We were so appreciative for the kindness, quickness to fix the problem and professionalism.     As the hot weather hit and in the upper 90’s , my normal provider and every other AC service company could not provide service for min 3-4 days as everyone is busy- Eric - AAirCo owner answered my call right away- was at another job in Alvin- listened to my issues and said he would be over within an hour- just needed to get his crew going- arrived- tested- fixed my unit and had my AC up and running within 20 mins- my issues were small however great service- and helped me right away.     I am so glad we found AairCo Service Company!!! Eric now has a customer for life and we will definitely refer his company to our friends and family!We had another corporate AC company do work on our AC system and we still had the problem we had originally called them out to do and they quoted us an exorbitant amount to fix that problem in addition to the insane amount we paid for the other problem they found. It was at that point we decided to call around. Im so glad we did!We found Eric and his company AairCo Service Company and he came out about an hour after we called him. He took one look and recognized the problem right away. He was able to find us an OEM part and had it to us that same afternoon.     Had an absolutely amazing experience! Was able to fix everything without it costing an arm and a leg and actually was able to explain everything that was going on even about things that may need to be fixed in the future. We have had issues with other companies in the past that actually ended up messing up the unit even more, but Eric was able to fix it and made it even better than before!     I just wanted to give a shout out to Aairco HVAC. I was in need of a last minute smart thermostat installation on an old existing house. It was the end of the day and nobody else would come. He showed up after he finished his last job to take care of me. He did a beautiful clean installation of the new smart thermostat and then had to climb on my roof to my AC in the dark in the middle of the night. He went above and beyond from start to finish.     My house is only 3 years old and the unit they installed gave me nothing but problems. Plus they never showed me how to run the unit. I have a mother-in-law suite attached to the house and have diverter valves that open and closed that control air flow to the main house and theirs. He showed me how it should properly work. My compressor went out on my main unit and i had about enough with the crapy unit that was installed. He gave me a great price on my new unit and showed up the same day to install it. He even fixed a loose wire on my main thermostat that was causing even more issues . Stayed at my house till everything that wasnt properly working ever since i built the house was working properly.
