Oscar came out on short notice when our AC stopped during the afternoon. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely recommend and will be using this company again if we need anything in the future.Meanwhile, my aunts house downstairs had a free-on leak and he was able to knock out two birds with one stone. Highly Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend. I was told by Colair that I needed to replace my air ducts and they were going to charge me $10,000! The service man came out and checked them and said they were in good shape and didnt need to be replaced. Even he could have decieved me and replaced them for $5000. But he was honest with me. Next time I need something I will definitely call AAA Pronto!

Just had the best and most prompt response and service on our heat pump and air-conditioning by AAA Pronto air-conditioning and heating from Pharr. Replaced our whole unit and ductwork in record time!Oscar, from AAA Proto air-conditioning and heating in Pharr, stands behind his work 100% and speedily responds when anything needs attention.
