They arrived on time, were very polite, very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with our water heater. Jason provided helpful informative, and no pressure information. He explained all the package price options, which allowed us to discuss what was best for us. They worked promptly to remove our old 18-year-old water heater tank and install our new one, our new Gucci water heater haha. A&A Plumbing Technicians Paul Rodriguez & Alec Bees were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I appreciate the time they took to provide helpful information on how to maintain and service my plumbing needs. Great insight on how to be proactive versus reactive. They made several attempts to flush my hot water heater, but due to neglect on my part, realized the task cannot be fixed the traditional way so they provided me alternatives to fix the issue. After selecting one of their recommendations, they flushed my hot water heater in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job was completed.I appreciate the time and effort they both took to ensure my issue was fixed correctly and performing to standard.

We had a tough and novel situation and knew we needed a professional service with the ability to bring specialized equipment and personnel into the job. It also had to happen stat, since the issue required cutting off water to the whole house until a repair could be done.Paul and Kobo from A&A came out. They assessed the situation, drew up a clear estimate, and went step by step, explaining everything as they went.The job involved chipping through concrete and a blowtorch, but in about 3 hours our house was fixed, and the work looks fantastic.A&A may not be the cheapest game in town, but when the results really matter, I always call them.

Paul has been awesome, patiently explained every issue and all avenues of fixing the problem. He was very thorough and professional. He has been to my house before, for yearly maintenance, and each time he is consistent and tells me the pros and cons of everything and what I should fix immediately vs what can last a little longer and the things that don’t need fixing, he gave me advice on what to do and helped me prevent issues. He is an excellent plumber and an honest person!I didn’t realize I could only leave one review per business. I also have to say A+A plumbing from the office staff to plumbers, my needs have always been very promptly addressed. Jason has also come to my home and he clearly knows his stuff and has a strong work ethic. Polite, immediately finds the issue, and explains all options. I had a leak under the kitchen sink and another one in the master bedroom sink, which had forced us to stop using it. From the start, the operator was incredibly friendly, took down my details, and was even able to schedule someone for same-day service. Unfortunately, my schedule didn’t line up, but she quickly arranged for a technician to come out first thing the next day.The technician, Paul, arrived right on time and was extremely courteous and professional. After I showed him the areas of concern, he immediately got to work. Paul was able to diagnose and resolve the issues efficiently, and took the time to explain both the problem and his solution in a way I could easily understand.What truly stood out was his attention to detail. As he was heading outside to grab something from his truck, he noticed my little dog had urinated by the door. Without me asking, Paul immediately grabbed a paper towel and cleaned it up — a small but thoughtful gesture that really impressed me.Additionally, while walking through the house, Paul spotted a potentially dangerous issue with the carbon monoxide vent pipe in the upstairs boiler area, which had been left disconnected by roofers just two weeks earlier. I’ve had several bad experiences with plumbing companies taking advantage of the immediate situation and inflating the cost to a ridiculous amount — well beyond reasonable. That said, I had an excellent experience with A&A PHC overall. The initial call to schedule was amazingly friendly, informative and helpful. The tech called 30 minutes before arriving as promised. He assessed multiple issues we had and provided an estimate before doing the work. He completed the work immediately and was in and out in about an hour. Now, in full transparency, I still feel the cost was too high for the hour time and limited materials involved, but it also wasn’t so outrageous that I wanted to chase him out the door either. Although, it might make me think twice next time about just doing it myself at the roughly $500/hr rate this came out to be. In short — friendly, professional, on-time, good work, a bit pricey.

I have to say this company has extremely knowledgeable employees! I had a couple of estimates to get a gas line installed and the first plumber that came out from this company was so knowledgeable and took me through every step of the process and explained the hows and whys in detail. He gave me an estimate before he even left my house. We ended up going with this company because I felt comfortable knowing every step of the process, the costs, and most of all Mario knew what he was doing.I did get a message from Mario saying he wouldnt be able to do the job the next day, since he was still working on a job he was already scheduled to do, so I was a little worried about not having him come back. But I trusted him and he had only good things to say about the plumber coming in his place. Well, I have to say, Chris really exceeded my expectations! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable as well, but also as kind, friendly, and thorough about every step of the process too. He took the time to explain what he was doing and did a great job putting the Sheetrock back in place nice and neat and did an amazing job installing the gas line! Kudos to this company for hiring exceptional employees! I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing, AC or heating needs.

I would highly recommend A&A Plumbing to anyone. They do excellent work and they do it in a timely manner. From the initial call, I believe I spoke to Sienna, she was very helpful and polite and assured me she would get someone out right away. For safety reasons, they send you a text with a picture of the technician so you know who to expect and when to expect them.In less than 30 minutes, David Smith arrived. He accessed the situation and gave me a full estimate before starting the project. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner. He even showed me with his camera where the blockage was. He made sure I had a clear understanding of the problem before starting. David immediately got to work. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the heavy duty equipment he needed to clear the lines so he called for backup. Within less than 15 minutes Edward Garza arrived with the needed equipment. They had the issue resolved in no time at all. These guys were extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. There was also another gentleman on site but I didn’t catch his name. A&A Plumbing is my company of choice and I give them a 5 Star rating. I originally had another company scheduled to install a new water heater but my situation turned out to be an emergency and I would have to wait another 4 days for the replacement. Time was of the essence as my garage was flooding w/water. David Smith and DS were professional and reassuring. DS immediately came in and started vacuuming up the water to put my mind at ease. David Smith discussed the various options for the replacement. Not only did I get a premium water heater (Rheem) but I also saved $400 by using A&A. The other company told me they would have to cut into my wall to remove and replace the unit. This task was ultimately going to have to be repaired at MY expense. A&A DID NOT tear down any walls NOR cost me any extra financial burden. I am so impressed with David Smith and DSs professionalism, craftsmanship, affordability and ability to explain the process in layman terms. Kyle was our A&A certified plumber and he did an amazing job on all the projects we needed done. He brought our pipes up to code, did an amazing job on our sink vessel install, and solved our leaky spigot problem. We had, had multiple plumbers come out who either was not wanting to do the work or charging an outrageous amount for the work that needed to be done. A&A prices can’t be beat. The dispatcher who answered took her time with me on the phone, didnt rush me to get the next call. The Techs, Jason and Jordan were very professional, polite and respectful of my home. Explained the issue and provided options. During final inspection, he put on shoe protectors when they entered my home. Minor issue during the installation, Jason called me about 3 times, making sure it was resolved, offered to come back if needed. I would call A&A again for my next plumbing problem.

If I could give Chris and Matt 100 stars I would! They showed up on a rainy morning with the task of finding the mystery leak that was using 5 gallons of water per hour. Amidst the pouring rain and thunder, they discovered the leak originated somewhere under the sidewalk. Digging commenced. And the digging went on and on. Poor guys! They were both covered in mud but their professionalism and courtesy never wavered. They answered all of my crazy questions and explained everything they needed to do, could do and should do. Lots of stars to Evan too, for bringing other equipment/supplies that were needed to finish the job and doing the inside stuff since he missed the digging part and wasnt covered in mud! A&A Plumbing is fantastic! Ive had a little hiccup, a few bumps, but once they got in the groove, it was smooth sailing. The supervisor has even come and done some repairs for me after an initial repair with PVC needed to be re-done with the copper pipe, as I not only wanted to keep copper piping but the attachment is better coppet on copper. This is the plumber that corrected the mistake San Antonio Kitchen and Bath (AKA Texas Green Remodelers) made. The photo of the copper pipes at the shower head is their correction of the mistake of the blue pex pipe photo on the SA Kitchen and Bath review. I love their expertise! A&A diagnosed the cause of a leak--a plumber had installed the flange incorrectly. Heres A&A Plumbing (Chris this time) to the rescue! Heres some of the other repairs in the photos below, especially the dynamic water heater. I didnt get a chance to review them on another site for awhile, and I received a gift in the mail--homemade oatmeal raison cookies. Again, thank you A&A Plumbing for your help in times of need.

Called A&A Plumbing at 7:00am on Monday morning, and they were out to the house by 8:45am. Chris and Jordan arrived; they listened to my concerns; and started troubleshooting/repairing. They fixed the immediate problem of leaking toilets, but discovered the root cause was a crumbling main sewer line outside the house. The only solution was to dig up the backyard and replace the line - we scheduled that later in the week. Bottom line: I can wholeheartedly recommend A&A Plumbing, and Chris & Jordan were the utmost professionals who took care of my elderly parents house.PART 2: February 13, 2025 - Seth Dewey and his teammate came out in the morning on time, dug up the back yard, replaced the collapsed sewer pipe, and finished earlier than expected. My gratitude to Seth & partner for another great experience and another show of utmost professionalism. Seth even closed & tightened the phone box (required a tool that I did not have) on the outside of the house due to the utility line folks leaving it wide open when they were marking the utility lines.

They were able to send a technician to our home within a half hour of me calling. We had a problem with our refrigerator water supply line that required us to shut off the water to the house to stop a virtual flood. Paul, on very short notice, volunteered to respond to the service call, even though he was off that day. He was here in 30 mins, replaced the defective supply line bibb & had the refrigerator back in service within the hour. I signed an annual maintenance service contract with A&A the same day and now A&A is my plumbing service. Paul also returned on Thursday, with his coworker, Alec, to conduct a VERY thorough home plumbing assessment — the best I’ve ever received. I’m a very happy new A&A customer.

We had our home water heater rupture early one Sunday Morning - we caught it early, shutting the water off as soon as we could. On the recommendation from our next door neighbor (we are new to the area), we called A&A Plumbing. A message was left on Sunday and A&A called us back early Monday morning. Before midday, Paul Rodriguez and Haley Giddens arrived at our house, assessed the situation, and made a plan to correct the situation. Paul sat down with us and presented some options available to us. There was no pressure at all for us to purchase and have installed any items which we didn’t want. Paul did mention a service plan which we decided to subscribe to, based on the savings now and for future service calls. Domestic water pressure was checked and had to be reduced, as well as correcting issues not up to current code. The permits were pulled, new water heater was installed (to code this time), new pressure reduction valve was installed, new street side shut-off was installed, and the job was finished in a very timely fashion for a fair price. Paul and Haley were professional from start to finish, with us being fully satisfied. A few days later the city inspector found that everything was satisfactory.Overall, a very positive experience. They were very thorough, worked hard outside despite the heat, and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with their work. A&A Plumbing is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Sure enough, they found the blockage being caused by roots front a nearby tree that had grown into the pipe compound by a buildup of grease tgat had accumulated over a 30 year period. The good news is they were able to use whatever magic tool they had to remove the blockage although it will require additional work to insure the sewage pipe is not at further risk. The cost for 2 hours totalled approximately $350 with a senior discount so very reasonable. I cant thank them enough.

I wish i could give A&A ten stars for how amazing and understanding they were with the situation that my husband and I went through. Our HVAC system was improperly installed by an HVAC company that was chosen for us through our home warranty. Being first time home owners we trusted that they would choose companies that are reliable and helpful for their clients. We were wrong.That whole process was a nightmare and all I would hear was your unit is fine. I finally got fed up and reached out and found A&A. Our service technician Paul came to our house and immediately found the problem. He informed us that the unit they installed in our house was too large and that it was causing excessive humidity and moisture to sit in our house. He put us in contact with a remediation company so that we can make sure there was no harmful mold growing. They also put us in contact with a water mitigation company.Long story short we had to file a claim due to water damage from the unit being improperly installed and causing excessive moisture. Right away Paul was there with solutions. He showed us a better unit for our home and would make us feel more comfortable. We opted for them to redo the ducts and install the new unit, as well as add extra insulation. Carlos De La Rosa, the HVAC General Manager as well as Jordan G, Alec B, and Matt S. removed the unit so that remediation could begin. Upon removing the unit they found that the drain line and copper lines where within the foundation itself (1960s home), and they redirected those lines so that they would not go directly into the foundation. They removed the existing duct work and laid out the new flexed ductwork and designed it to personally fit our home. Then they came in and installed the new unit once all the construction was finished. When they installed the unit they also added three new vents in our home that were not previously there to help with the air flow. Finally, Paul went over how to properly set up our system and ensure it was working properly.These guys are amazing and so knowledgeable about what they are doing. They were so willing to help us when others just wanted to offer simple solutions, A&A really went above and beyond! I would trust them with HVAC, Heating, and Plumbing! Thank you guys again!

Jesus and Cisco promptly covered my entry way and carpet under the access stairs before they started installing the insulation. They were very courteous and performed their duties with precision. Really positive experience with Paul and Alec, who were able to come out and repair hot water heater and pressure valve the day after Christmas! they were polite, communicative, professional, approachable. thank you, guys!

We developed a leaky toilet in the bathroom. Have had a great experience with A&A Plumbing in the past, I called and scheduled an appointment. April was most helpful in scheduling an appointment and told me our technician would call or text before arriving. The appointment was scheduled for the next afternoon between 2-5 pm. A few minutes before 2, our technician, Paul Rodriguez let us know hed be arriving soon - and he did.Paul diagnosed the situation, explained our options for the repair work and once we decided on a course of action, Paul quickly and competently made the necessary repairs to fix the problem.This is the third time we have used A&A and have been pleased with all three experiences.
