He promptly came to my business to help with my air conditioning malfunction. I have used MR. RITTER twice now, and it has been an excellent experience. He is a Veteran owned business, and being the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, I highly support.

I called them at 9am on a Saturday morning. They called back and were out by 1pm on the same day. He knew what was wrong and fixed it and serviced the unit. Fast, fair and professional. Nice to see these days

A1rTek and Lonnie have been nothing but great since weve started using them about a year ago. They helped us with choosing a new unit when the one on our new (to us) house gave out. Since then Lonnie has come out multiple times with trouble calls (just little things, nothing their fault) and it has been very fast and he immediately knows the problem.Theyve been patient, kind, and just great people.Were grateful for an outstanding and reliable local heat and air place. I would give them a 10/5 if I could!

Called on a Saturday and had someone at my house to fix my furnace within 30 minutes. I’m not sure about value because I wasn’t comparison shopping with a broken furnace, but I’ll pay for good and prompt local service any day!
