I called A1 Air after one of my friends recommended them, and they were the best! It’s been a few years since my system has had any kind of maintenance. Luke and his team came out and did a thorough job. They took their time and even educated me on how to keep my drain line from clogging up. This is a very knowledgeable and professional company that I would recommend to everyone!

Just wanted to give some extremely positive feedback on a local HVAC business… air went out last Friday evening. Of course it went out after hours and on the weekend right? 😂After reviewing all of the positive feedback on Facebook for A1 Air in Lindale owned by Josh and Ashley Loftis, I gave them a call on Saturday morning. Josh literally called me back within about 10 minutes and was at my house making the quick repair in less than an hour. He was honest, knowledgeable, and I got a quick education on other AC questions I had about the system.I cannot say enough good things about this company and their service! If you have any AC issues at all, you can trust that if you give them a call, you will get a good honest assessment of what is wrong and what it’ll take to repair.God bless A1 Air Inc and thanks again!!

I met with 4 companies, was most impressed with A1 Air Inc and I’m very happy I chose them. I was looking for a basic replacement Heatpump system. Luke, the owner, conducted a thorough assessment, answered all of my many questions, recommended solutions to concerns that other companies ignored, and promptly responded to my final questions via email. I was equally impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of their office staff. I spoke with Ashley when I originally called to schedule the appointment and she was the best. They made everything very easy and worry-free, and all at a very competitive price. I also signed up for their yearly pma maintenance program❤️Description of work : Replaced 27yr old heatpump split system, attic ducts, and new blown-in attic insulation.

We had trouble with our AC working correctly but Luke came to the rescue and made it out here very quickly. Him and his partner had our AC back working in a timely manner before it got too hot. He immediately knew what was wrong and took the time to explain and show me what happened. Thank you A 1 Air! They will be the first ones I call the next time anything goes wrong.

Great and reliable service! A company you can trust! We had to our inside air unit raised and A1 did a great job. They were professional and got the job done quickly. Afterwords the unit functions wonderfully. We also had A1 blow in insulation in our attic. The difference the insulation made inside the house is amazing. With A1 you know you’re getting a fair price and A+ work!

He was very informative on what was going on and made sure we knew how to operate everything before he left. 100% would recommend A1 Air. Luke and his team are professional, friendly, and punctual. Luke and his wife were very responsive to texts and emails and answered all my questions. I was leaking freon in my 19 yo unit- he got me back up and running with nice cold air and gave me a VERY competitive quote for a new hvac install. He was back two weeks later for the install of the new unit. Don’t hesitate to call them!

I could not be more pleased with A1 Air Inc., we had them come out for a routine spring maintenance. Luke Loftis and company showed up on time looking very professional. We learned that A1 Air Inc can provide blow-in insulation in our attic to help with energy efficiency. A couple days later A1 Air Inc arrived again on time, and took care of our insulation needs. They were very careful to not make a mess in my home and once they finished and left, you would never know they were here! Thanks A1 Air Inc!

Thank you A1 Air for the quality installation on my new Ruud Heatpump system. These guys provide top notch service. Luke explained how my new system worked and spent the extra time to show me how my new Wifi thermostat worked, and was very patient with us. We had 4 other local companies come out to give us bids on replacing our system and Luke Loftis made the process so easy. We definitely suggest this company and will have them do our yearly maintenance as well.We are very happy!

Luke was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job explaining and evaluating our issues with old HVAC system. Was on time and performed service of installing new system in a very timely manner. Was very cognizant to clean up during and after the process. Once our new unit was installed, he spent time explaining how it worked during hot and cold seasons and also demonstrated use of new thermostat. He noticed some of our vents in the main room were installed upside down and changed those to better distribute the air. Luke and his assistant were respectful of us and our time. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC assistance. Awesome job!
