I didn’t know who to go with in my mini split system I installed. It had low Freon they came pretty quick !! Then it had a leak they came back fixed it all up for me. Very friendly people and very helpful !!

A Reids staff is personal and professional. Ive used them for both AC and plumbing. They kept me informed throughout their process, letting me know what they did and why. Their staff never made me question their ability, didnt make me feel dumb for asking questions, nor did I feel taken advantage of. Very efficient and great customer service skills. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Quick prompt professional service, the team took care of business and had my furnace working in no time in subfreezing temps. They replaced my blower motor at a fair price. Definitely will do business with them again, if needed.

Reid saved me out of danger and desperation on 6/29/2023. I will use Reid forever. They are honest and fair.My tenant called 7am because AC was not working. I called a technician I got through referral. He ripped me off. He fixed the AC and after an hour the tenant called again that AC was not working. Desperately I went online to Angi and found Reid team. Within an hour a Reid technician arrived at the tenants home and fixed the AC instantly.I dont know this team but I trust them like I have known them forever.Thank you Reid team.God has answered my prayers 🙏
