Ted Garcia did an excellent job on my A/C repair. I had called a different company before calling Ted and after they arrived and saw the label on my system they said that they did not work on R-407C units. They tried to charge me for doing absolutely nothing and even tried to scam me into replacing both my inside and outside A/C systems. I told them no way. I eventually found Ted and he was at my house within the hour. I watched him work and he was a pro. Within minutes he had found the issue with my A/C system. The problem was just a bad circuit breaker switch. Ted knows what he is doing. Id call them again if anything went wrong.

Mr. Garcia from A Pro air was the only person to respond to our call for help on a Saturday night. Within ten minutes of calling his company he was on his way to our house. He had us up and running in less than thirty minutes! Due to the age of our system we decided on getting a new system. Mr. Garcia was extremely helpful with all aspects of the financing, scheduling the installation and following up after completion of the job. His tech Jaime is top notch. He went above and beyond to see to it that the work was done right and done in a timely manner, including staying late to finish so we would be comfortable. Very professional and a very hard worker. For my money I highly recommend A Pro air. I am a customer for life.

We had a good experience with A Pro Air & would recommend them to others. Mr. Garcia came out the same day to inspect our unit and had his crew here the very next day to install the new A/C unit. Mateo did an awesome job! He was very kind, professional, and explained the whole process, very informative. He showed me the damaged motor. Explained how to maintain and keep unit in good condition year round. They call before you arrive. Also parts were ordered and they came through as promised on the day and time they stayed. The 2 gentlemen that came to install motor and clean lines did a wonderful job. They too called before arriving. They did everything fast and clean, so my kids and I wouldnt be in the hot house any further. They too were very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to all, off of my experience. My AC went out Friday night. They came as scheduled, Saturday afternoon, and Monday afternoon we had cool air. Only because the unit we had was not a regular name brand, so it consisted of ordering parts.If not unit would of been fixed much sooner.Happy customer!

Unit went out late night; called A Pro Air and within 30 minutes, answering service called back saying technician was finishing up with a customer and would arrive in about 45 minutes, putting it at a little after 11:00 pm. Technician called at 11:20 and said he was on the way. Very quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the air. Gave some good pointers and recommended we have outside unit properly cleaned to help performance. Was very pleased with Mr. Garcias professionalism and knowledge. System was working perfectly when he left. We would definitely call A Pro Air in the future should the need arrive.

Mr. Garcia with A Pro Air was highly recommended by a family member, who was very satisfied with his work at his home. Mr. Garcia with A Pro Air came to my house on the same day I called and was able to help me out of an emergency situation where I needed some major work done on my AC system. He was able to get me same day financing with no money down at a very low interest rate. All of the equipment was verified to be a true 16 seer system as proposed. This was done by AHRI certificate. I highly recommend him and his company if you need honest and professional service.

Which we appreciated .So after he than talked to us about what the costs of the job would be. We told him that we were low on funds and his answer was he can get us financing which he did to cover the whole job .It was quick and easy. We had a MAJOR gas leak inside our house from the heating unit. Centerpoint energy came out and detected there was in fact a leak so I proceeded to call my house warranty company to file a claim. Someone from there told me that I should hear back from a technician within 4 hours. I did not get a call from one of their technicians until late afternoon the day after I made a claim. Meanwhile, while I was waiting for this guy to come out, I decided to look into hiring a company on my own since this to me was a very serious issue. I phoned Mr. Garcia from A Pro Air and explained the whole situation to him. He was very helpful and told me to call him if I needed but since I already had an appointment in line with the company the warranty company provided, then I should follow through with that. The company came out and said there was no leak, they detected nothing and went on about their day. After they left, I started to smell gas very strongly again so I called Centerpoint out again. They came and detected MAJOR GAS leak and red tagged our unit, which means DANGER!!!!! Do not turn on!By this time I am extremely frustrated and scared for my families safety so I decided to call Mr.Garcia back from A Pro Air and explained what has happened since we last talked. He sounded very concerned and said he had lots of appointments but would HAVE to squeeze me in because it sounded like a safety issue. He came out within the hour and gave me a heads up on EXACTLY what was the reason why it was leaking and what needed to be replaced and was even willing to work on the charges for all repairs. I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone that needed repairs done in the local area. He is a very nice family man whom I know was just watching out for my family. He basically saved our lives! Thank you again for EVERYTHING Mr. Garcia!

I highly recommend A Pro Air Heating And AC Inc. to anyone that is in need of having their unit(s) serviced, monitored and/or routinely maintenance! The service they provided to me was prompt and efficient and the technicians were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Garcia was incredibly thorough in checking both my air conditioning units to determine the root cause of why they were not working properly. He then sat down with my husband and I to explain his concerns and findings (all of which he photographed and shared with us). He was very patient and gave us the opportunity to ask questions, after which he provided his expert opinion on what our next steps should be, outlining several options until we were able to decide on one that worked best for us. We had a water leak on our ceiling and they provided us with emergence service. We were quoted a price for the repairs and later a dual capacitor failed an A Pro Air installed it free of charge. Fast and friendly service. My ac stopped working at about midnight. I found this company via a Google search with plenty of positive ratings so I gave them a call at about 1am. The woman who answered my call took my name, address, and phone number then told me she would contact someone and they would call me back. I received a call at about 8:30 am and was informed they would have someone over between 10:00am and 12:00pm. The ac tech called me about 12:00 pm and told me that he is running late because someone gave him the wrong part on his previous service call. The tech arrives and does his diagnostics and informs me that the blower motor and capacitor need to be replaced and the part is only available via special order. So I pay them 1249$ for parts and labor and then was informed that they will get the part and should be back to replace it in 1-2 days. However, I get a call a few hours later and was informed by the tech that he was able to coordinate with another member of the company to obtain the part today! They were able to change the blower motor and capacitor the same day and even washed the blower wheel! Now the ac is back on in less than 24 hours!

Our 15 to 18 year old air conditioning system compressor went out late in the evening about 9:30 PM. We called several companies and after being promised they would show up, we waited and no one showed up. A Pro Air Heating and A/C came to our rescue after our system went out due to lightning strike! Mr. Garcia and his team were very thorough during their initial consultation and throughout the subsequent repairs. They were able to repair all faulty wiring pertaining to the heating and cooling system. They installed a new, high efficiency TRANE A/C furnace, coil and equipment. They even handled all of the paperwork for the insurance damage claim. Great customer service and QUALITY work!

I had a new furnace installed at a fair price and the insallation looks very professional. He installed a plywood decking in the atic so now the unit can be serviced safely. A/c unit went out and a pro air came out same day and fix my a/c unit. I been the original owner since they built my house 10 years ago. I had problems with my bed room and rest room not cooling. I know hiring someone to work on your A/C is like a crap shoot. I called A Pro Air and Ted came out and inspected my unit. He informed me I needed to replace my AC units and rework my coils to accommodate a more efficient system. About 12 years ago I purchased an AC unit from Arvil Moore. They took my money and dignity because the system never worked right. Thats why they no longer are in business. I knew I needed to replace it. While I was not prepared to do so it was the only logical thing to do. A Pro Air gave me a price to replace the units and to bring my system up to code. I must admit I hired A Pro Air with trepidation. Normally, I research the hell of out a purchase like this but I did not have the time to do any research. He gave me his word that the new units and the modifications to the rest of the system would meet Pearlands building codes and preform much better than the current units I had.He was right about the AC performance. Our house is mush more comfortable now.However after the installation, my system backed up and leaked into a bedroom and living room. Ted came out and diagnosed the problem as a clogged P trap. Ted cleaned the lines and told me not to worry about the damage. He sent a crew out that replaced sheetrock where needed, some padding under our carpet and painted the damaged areas. His crew was very professional and took care to cover and/or remove the furniture where needed.I know and understand accidents happen when contractors work on your house or equipment. Its refreshing when you find someone that keeps their word and does quality work. I would diffentely recommend them.
