C.J. and Carolyn of A Degree Above are a pleasure to work with.They did a total replacement of the heat and air in our home in Spring in 2014 (14 yr. old unit). In 2017 we moved back to Oak Ridge and in May 2024 we had to do a total replacement on the 19-year old heat and air unit, original to the house.Over the years, every service call, repair and quote request has been handled punctually, professionally, and at fair prices. I have always been pleased w/their professionalism and competence. This weekend CJ was able to top his already stellar service record, he fit me into his schedule on Saturday!
