Purchased a ac unit and installation. Representative (Angel Lopez) contacted me immediately after I called and set up a time and date to meet. He is very knowledgeable of the ac systems and installation. He made the financing very simple to understand, explained our options and completed all necessary paperwork and financing very quickly. Installation was scheduled quickly and was completed in one day, which was amazing. The installers were amazing in doing their jobs to complete it in one day. Once the job was complete it was so clean, you would never have known that anyone had done any work. Amazing how they pick up all debris and leave everything looking so professional. We were contacted back to make sure all was well. I actually received this companys info by a neighbor of my mothers that had their ac unit installed and were very happy with. Amazing company and staff working for you.

My experience with A-American Aire was a very positive experience. The entire team from Sales to Installation was very professional. George answered all our questions and was very helpful through the process. I would recommend their services for anyone who needs to convert to refrigerated air. The entire house is so fresh now. Just in time for the hot summer season!

I would like to say when I decided to get refrigerated air installed into my home I did a lot of research and a lot of quotes. Me and my wife sat down and looked over everything. George from A-American Refrigeration was the one who came out to give the estimate. My wife was not there so he came back after business hours to meet with me and my wife to answer all questions we had. George was very polite and professional and explained everything to us so we can understand. George never rushed me like other companies would to see if I was ready for an install. My wife and I went through it and George came out before the install and explained what will happen and what to look for towards the installation. He explained where the unit will be installed. George called the night before just to confirm everything and if there was any new questions that my wife or I had. The day of the install George called and said his workers should be showing up in about 15-30 minutes. Needless to say they showed up right after we hung up. They worked on the install all day. All the workers were very polite and professional and kept me updated of what they are doing and kept everything clean as they performed the install. I would say George and his staff were truly amazing. I would highly recommend them and speak to George for the quote. If you do tell him I sent you and sure you will be glad you did.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. The installation was done in one day, professional, clean, with no issues. Angel is very good to work with, true to his word in every sense - follows up on every detail. A American was recommended by our niece, and in turn I highly recommend them as well. We are loving our refrigerated air!

After getting a number of quotes, we decided to go with them because not only did they have reasonable prices, but George was very patient and thorough in addressing all of our questions. The workers were prompt and polite and George continued to make sure all the details were done to our satisfaction. So far, we are pleased with the work that they did.

Exceptional service from the explanation of service, financing process, installation and follow up. It was one of the best experiences Ive had with a vendor in El Paso. I love being able to cut on my ac and heat with the push of a button not to mention my property value has increased with the conversion. I highly recommend A-American Aire.

George from A-American Aire was 110% all customer service!! Its very hard to find companies that still give you that great customer experience, but A.A.A did not disappoint. They helped me through the process of converting an Evap. AC to Refrigerated Air at my parents house all while I live in Phoenix. No stress at all!!! If you are looking to do a conversion, call them today!!

Just by talking to one of the employees of the company and getting to know them and them taking the time to go over the finances of what it takes to convert to refrigerated air was encouraging and humble experience. Being a senior its hard to find someone that explains every detail and with this company I highly recommend their expertise. Very efficient and great apathy! Made sure I was not left without heat even when it was snowing they continue to work to make sure I had heat on that cold night what more can you ask for a company! Even called for me to find other home improvement repair companies!
